Perfect. Every. Time. I love the Niagara Falls Five Guys. There is no place that consistently has the taste, service, and speed of these folks. They always greet me by name, and get the order perfect. I live five minutes from the restaurant, and when I order in the app, by the time I put on my shoes and drive there, they they have the burgers ready. I enjoy Five Guys and decided to grab a burger for lunch over the weekend. The wholeee thing was an OK experience. The burger itself is delicious as usual, but the ordering process through COVID is a bit confusing. I ordered via the app, but then the app says they won't start on the fries until they hear from you. Well, I tried to contact them....but the phone never worked. So I had to walk in, which I hoped to avoid. Most people inside wore a mask, so it was okay, but ultimately would have preferred to avoid walking in. Came here for the first time with my daughter I ordered a little bacon burger with no bun and a lettuce wrap I didn't even know they did that I was so excited because I'm on a low-carb diet my daughter ordered a Little bacon cheeseburger and little fries and wait to you see the picture of the food we got and it was all delicious too I'll definitely be coming back here. My only complaint is the music is a bit too loud. I just had to give 5 stars to Five Guys. They're always consistent and always satisfying. The burgers are always thick and juicy. They have a crazy long list of toppings to choose from. My favorite: grilled onions, raw green peppers, lettuce, and mayo. They always give you more fresh-cut fries than you can handle (they have regular and Cajun). Their Oreo milk shakes are the bomb. Can't go wrong if you're craving a good burger, some fries, and a shake. P.S. Definitely do not go here if you are allergic to peanuts. Burgers here are great. They are super greasy and super delicious. I think its great that the regular burger is two patties and the small is one. If you like to customize your burgers then this is the place for it because they have plenty of toppings and they are all good (I like A1 with mayo and pickles, extra cheese). You can tell the burgers are fresh and not frozen. The fries are home cut and amazing. Its awesome when you get take out and you go to pull out your fries and there is like two orders in the bag (try tossing them with salt and vinegar its amazing)!!! The milkshakes are really good too here. There is plenty to choose from and many different combos you can make as well. Consistently good food (especially the burgers and fries) and the service is very friendly and customer forward. I appreciate the fact that in these days of a severe labor shortage, that the location was able to stay open from 11AM until 10 PM each day when some of their local competitors have to reduce their hours on short notice. Also they are doing a pretty decent job in keeping the prices reasonable despite fighting raging inflation of all of the costs the restaurant incurs. It is our go to burger spot! read more

My first impression of my first five guys experience was not great. My bun was smooshed like a McDonald's burger in a take out bag, and honestly it was about the same size patty for five times the price (although the toppings are free). The wait was over 30 minutes and the whole reason we went there was to not have to take an hour to eat a meal. But the free peanuts kept me busy for the wait and I did get extra fries in the bag as friends had promised. Fries are the same: if you have 4 or less, only get a small, if you have a group of 6 I'd get a regular... The large is pretty big and I would recommend 2 regulars instead of a large! Everything is served fresh- potatoes are imported from various places and there is a sign to tell you were today's potatoes were grown! You also can get some complementary peanuts! I almost forget that this location exists, if it wasn't for my craving of a really good burger and someone reminding me about this place, I would have just passed by it without second thought. I'm glad I didn't! I ordered a Salted Caramel Milkshake, which was the most delicious milkshake I've ever had. It has a thickness to it, but not so much that you suck your brain out before you get any. You taste the salt after the caramel, has a creamy taste to it, light on the stomach. I decided to order a Bacon Cheeseburger which is on the expensive side, but totally worth it. I'm plain jane with my condiments and just had them add mustard to it. The burger was hearty, very filling. I received two beef patty's, melted cheese between both of them and crispy bacon piled on top. Definitely not a regular burger joint, prices are a little high. I had also ordered a Regular Fry, which confused me when I got it. I had not only received a regular fry, but also a handful of fries on the bottom of my bag and a handful underneath the napkins that were on top of my burger. At this particular location of Five Guys I was fabulously greeted with a smiling face. I had every intention of sticking to my Little Fry order but was quickly convinced, with a slight twist of the arm, to try a milkshake. There are many flavors to choose from and much like their Coca Cola machine, you are encouraged to mix and match flavors! In addition to my not so little, little fry and my not so little, little burger I enjoyed a milkshake with Chocolate and Strawberry. Just as delicious! Note the sizes at these stops as there is plenty of food to be had when ordering. My husband enjoys the Cajun fries while I stick to the plain stuff, which is also less than boring! The milkshake was delicious, with a hint of fresh used strawberry's as the seeds grazed my teeth. Oh! Just tried this place for the first time ever and it was a totally solid fast food experience. The burgers and fries were fresh and high quality. The food comes out in less than five minutes even though they were pretty busy. They have big containers of peanuts out that you can dig into. They have one of those computerized touch screen pop dispensing machines that has every flavor imaginable. The inside of the restaurant is really nice and clean too. Prices are slightly higher than what you get at BK or McDonald's but this is way better quality. I really enjoyed digging into this burger. The regular size is two patties instead of one. The burgers only Coke one way, well done, but if you are concerned they will be dried out, and not juicy, fear not! My husband and I get a regular fries to share, and there are typically leftovers. They have a wide variety of toppings you can put on your burger, so check out the list on the sign before you order. They have the Coke machines where you can pick and add crazy amounts of flavors, and this always seems to be a hot spot for the kids! Went for my first time in early May. OMG it was SO delicious!! I got the cheeseburger with bacon, grilled mushrooms and my mouth was in heaven!
