It's more of a warning, we didn't even have the opportunity to have the food. Ordered by Doordash, Dasher with 8000 deliveries reached out to have us call the location due to past experiences. We called and it rang until the line went "busy." The dasher informed us this location manually changes orders in their system to put orders by Dash customers "on-hold." We waited over an hour with the dasher at the location and no food. Typically and unfortunately when we do order from here, there's usually items missing or carelessly made. I went through the drive thru to get my order.i misspoke and told the girl (looked around 17 or 18) not to add something to the wrong thing. I pull around so they can add it to the side, (which she didn't add) and when she handed me my order,she looked down at lap. I'm not sure what she was looking for, but all she saw was my drink. I just went the drive through and places an order for 2 bean burritos and 2 caramel apple empanadas. there was no one in front of me are the window. the guy told me to pull forward to wait for my food where there where already 2 cars in front of me waiting. I waited for a good 15 minutes be the other 2 cars where served the their orders. in the mean time 2 more cars pulled up next to us and where also waiting for orders. I waited another 15 mins while the other 2 cars the have placed orders AFTER me, got served BEFORE me. I waited 30 minutes for fast food and then was served after the other 2 cars that showed up after I had already been waiting for 15 mins! I get that places are short staffed, but that's ridiculous!! When the drive through guy finally came out with my order I asked him if it was the right order since 2 other people got their orders before me even though they ordered 15 minutes after I had already been still in my car waiting. Pulled into the drive thru with 3 cars ahead of us. Once all the cars waiting at the window was cleared we sat at the speaker for 5 minutes until someone took our order. We got to the window and paid and waited an additional 20 minutes until our food was out the window. Overall it took over an hour to go through the drive thru. The staff was too busy serving themselves. I saw several people eating while at the window and I saw people walking out with bags full of food while they were over 15 cars waiting. This is a management issue there is no one there to manage this restaurant after hours. I went there at 10:30. the only positive take away is that the food was hot and fresh when I finally got it. After visiting this location only 5 months later, I can say with confidence that the service and quality of food has decreased significantly. We came here on a Thursday afternoon and ordered our standard but this time around the cashier was slower than normal. Every single item we ordered was vegetarian except for one burrito. Once we received our food, we noticed that the fries were not ready, we were given two beef burritos for some reason and the vegetarian and chicken burritos were mixed up and mislabeled, meaning my sister who is vegetarian was given the chicken burrito and didn't realize it until it was too late. Once our order of fries was brought to us, they weren't even filled properly, they were actually only half filled. We did go back to the counter to complain and they offered to make it right, but they still had trouble grasping what was made wrong. It's still so unbelievably frustrating to have your order so completely wrong especially when it comes to vegetarian and non-vegetarian items.
