Because of a change in diet for health reasons, it's so good to see how some eateries will adapt to the clients' requests. There aren't too many places where I can eat these days and have an item on the menu changed due to health and lifestyle changes. With all the red meat and other items on so many menus these days, bad for the diet and especially for older males, I'm surprised why more people aren't dying younger. The bottom of the slices were almost black (see one of my pics) because of being overcooked, making them very hard to bite into, and far too chewy/crunchy. Thanks, but no thanks--it's just not worth the hassle. I rather choose one of the other local places with normal operating hours, and better quality control.
