My mom and I dined here last night for a combination birthday/bucket list trip. I made a 7:35pm reservation about a month before and purchased a fallsview table by the window to make sure we had premium seating for sunset and the start of the lights on the Falls. Everything was exactly as I had hoped! A few notes to be aware of, because my mom is a little mobility impaired I had rented a car and dropped her off at the door. Valet parking for the hotel was $65 (canadian) which I thought was a little ridiculous for a two hour dinner, but I was able to find street parking about one block away. It wasn't super convenient, but it worked for us. Second thing to be aware of is that the main door with the big awning was not open and when someone answered her on the speaker, she was directed through the garage. About 15 minutes later when I entered, I did not have a problem coming in through the main doors, but this is just something to be aware of if your party is splitting up while someone parks. Now the GREAT stuff. Our table was perfectly situated looking over the Falls. And they had a dinner special that was $209 (canadian) for a dinner for two people. It included two appetizers, two main courses, a bottle of wine, and a shared dessert. It was beyond delicious and more food than we could eat. We took up home to have lunch the next day! We started with a bottle of local Merlot, and then each ordered appetizers. My mom went for the French Onion Soup and I went for the wedge salad. We split both and agreed they were equally delicious. For entree, my mom had a perfectly cooked filet mignon (with potato) and I ordered the roasted brick chicken, which came with broccolini and a baked potato. We also had the crème brûlée for dessert. Which we were too full to eat much of, to be honest. Because it was my birthday, our waitress, Lisa, was so sweet and took a picture of us which she delivered to the table and it could not have made the night more special. We also were able to get some really cool pictures out of the windows of the Falls changing colors. We were there for 2 hours and did not feel in the least bit rushed, but celebrated! We also did the math and if we'd ordered a la carte, our meal would've been nearly double. It was definitely a dinner to remember, and it could not have been made more special by the incredible service staff and the entire team at Morton's. Thank you for an unforgettable night!!

Went here for Happy Hour first night at Marriot Fallsview Hotel & Spa and it was amazing! Staff were very attentive. View of the Falls was breathtaking. For drinks we had a few Cosmopolitans and Old Fashions. Food wise we tried just about everything on the menu. We had the wedge salad, Margherita Flatbread, Filet Mignon sliders, and Smoked Gouda Tater Bites Everything was tasty and shareable in size. Very lively place definitely make a reservation for dinner! Happy hour seating is at the bar and high top tables only.

Food: 5* Service: 5* Ambiance: 4* Price: 3* Value for money: 4* This is our third time here. It has become a tradition. The food is consistently great, matched by its excellent service. We had the tomahawk pork chop which was juicy, perfectly seasoned and perfectly cooked. The 8 ounce New York steak which was fantastic, juicy, tender, and well seasoned. The asparagus was great, crisp tender and delicious. The wedge was plenty to share and great. The mashed potatoes were creamy, a little chunky, and tasty. We also shared the molten chocolate cake, which was warm and gooey. All in all, this place continuas to be a very solid place to ahoy a very memorable meal.

A lovely convenient steakhouse in the Marriott Fallsview and Spa, you won't go hungry from this rich food experience. It's in the same breakfast/lunch space so don't expect an atmosphere upgrade from your pancake buffet that morning and the edges are a bit frayed. You won't get the supreme falls view due to the foliage but it's still a beautiful view better than most chain steak places. One thing I really appreciated was having mocktails on the menu since I wasn't able to drink. They are very overpriced but delicious and refreshing and nice to feel extra special without alcohol. There are no surprises at Morton's but that also means no real disappointments. I wasn't wowed on anything but there's also plenty of large portions- honestly one nice appetizer and one main dish is plenty for a full meal! Sides are huge and pricy but if you are out with a group may be worth it. I loved the cheesy tater tot balls with bacon, well balanced richness. If you're in Niagara you may want to try something more unique, and this is definitely not a "really fancy" atmosphere place, but service was consistently and easy. We were prompted to leave reviews for a contest and Tawnia is worth a shout out, but I do reviews anywhere.

    Breathtaking view of Niagara Falls.

The cold continental breakfast had a good selection of foods. The fruit was amazing. Had a good selection of gluten free options as well. Service from MacKenzie was fast and friendly. When you overlook the falls it is hard to beat the ambiance. We were very grateful for the opportunity to eat there.

Tonight, I ordered grill asparagus and the lobster mac and cheese. I have to say, the asparagus was amazing, but lobster mac and cheese dish fell a bit short of expectations. I called the restaurant from my room, and McKenzie, the manager, was both empathetic and professional. She apologized sincerely for the inconvenience and made several thoughtful offers to rectify the issue. Her friendly and accommodating approach really stood out. I genuinely appreciated the way McKenzie handled my call and extended options to ensure I felt taken care of. I was truly impressed with how the situation was handled. That level of service goes a long way. I received a credit for the lobster mac and cheese order and enjoyed the asparagus.

This is a bustling and energetic restaurant. Classy decor. The bar was great! I had the state street Manhattan. A Woodford reserve Manhattan topped with a strip of candied steak. OMG! Yeah, gotta have that again. The onion soup, shrimp cocktail, and iceberg salad (which was huge) were delicious classics. Barbacoa tacos were decent. Broccolini was tasty. I was too full for dessert. The service was excellent.

The "medium-well" steak they brought out after burning the first one was still overcooked on the bottom. Completely RAW

Ordered a filet medium-well, and the first time they brought it out, the entire bottom of the steak was burnt. When they went back to remake it, the inside was raw. Not to mention, by the time they brought it out the second time, we were already done with everything else. Overall, horrible service--take your money elsewhere. The food is overpriced, and the service is very unpleasant and unprofessional.

Food was great, service great, clean, and conveniently located inside Marriot Hotel and Spa. Breakfast buffet was great with variety of options.

The sauce was sweet: would have benefitted with more acidity and salt. Use salt. 3/5 Pork belly - Tough and overcooked by about a long weekend. Flavour ok. 2/5 Beet Salad - Best appetizer, but it's just beet salad. 4/5 Ribeye - over cooked. Does not taste dry-aged or like "prime" grade beef. I would consider this close to SCAM territory. 1/5 Lobster Tail - Rubbery, but well seasoned. Edible. 2.5/5 Scallops - 3 x Tiny abductor muscles that did not warrant the $22 price tag. Rubber. Not edible. The waiter would not admit it was cooked from frozen 0/5 Mashed Potato - great. 4/5 The service was attentive and friendly. 4/5 Restaurant looks simple, but has a great view. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! Assorted Bread: I'm not a bread person, but I enjoyed their bread. The standard roll was good, the Roll with (dill?) was good, and the one infused with brisket was also good. The dips/snacks that came with the bread were perfect complements to the bread. The pickles were confusing, but I enjoyed them on their own. Chef's salad: A good salad is underrated, and their salad was a case of basic done right. I enjoyed the blue cheese the most, since I haven't had it in a salad in a long time. It was a good mix of softer textures provided by the apple, cheese, and greens, while providing crunch via the nuts. Arayes: I'm expecting a crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside pita. I wanted a juicy and flavorful lamb, and I wanted the tahini + tzatziki sauces to be good. I got all that and was pleased. Shrimp Scampi: I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, but I had to remind myself that the lunch special was $16 and I had already gotten bread and a nice appetizer. The shrimps were big, and the flavors were light. I liked the fact that the dish wasn't oily. Some people might find it dry, but I like it. Jagerschnitzel: This was the best bite of the meal, and I regret not ordering it. The pork cutlet was very good, and the gravy helped improve the dynamics of the flavor. I've never had caraway spaetzle, but I must say that I enjoyed it, and the red cabbage didn't taste like cabbage, and it almost felt like a red spaetzle. It's a beautiful dish visually, and an even better dish when consumed. Dessert: I..... was not a fan. I thought it was too sweet. My companions liked it though. Ambiance: I felt very underdressed. The establishment definitely gave a white tablecloth environment where diners were pressured to buy a bottle of wine. I had to remind myself that it's a school, so the students needed to learn a certain standard. A standard that I could see. It might be better if there was music, but I'm not gonna complain about it. Service: Excellent. I could tell our wait staff was nervous. Who wouldn't be? I'm sure he'll do fine in the future. It would've been nice if our food arrived a bit faster, but I understood the need for pacing in these course menus.
