Great place to come to also see the fire works over the falls. My hat off to our server Tenzin. Who really knows how to treat customers. She was very attentive as informative. The food was good and she made sure we had the best table for the view

Reservations are essential. Parking is fully validated. We shared the Duck Wing appetizer, which we throughly enjoyed. We both had the Surf and Turf combination. It was a great value, delicious and definitely worth the price. We also had a side of Onion Rings, which were pretty tasty! One recommendation to the kitchen: Heat up the entree plates, so the food arrives hot!! The restaurant gave us a dessert of our choice as an Anniversary gift! (Warning) We were both surprised and disappointed when the check arrived, that they added a 7%+ resort fee to our entire bill for the evening!!

Yes!!! We were staying at The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview and this Restaurant was located on the top floor. If ever you are in Niagara Falls - GO HERE! While it's best to make a reservation, it isn't required. We were sat with a beautiful view of the falls and settled in for a good night. The service was great and the music was grooving. I ordered the steak while moms had the short ribs. Lemme tell you something- theeee best meal for our whole trip. My steak came with asparagus, whipped potatoes, a whole bulb of roasted garlic and a full dish of truffle garlic butter. The steak was elegantly seasoned - and cooked (medium) to the perfect temperature. Thicker cut settled on a rich buttery cloud of whipped potatoes. It was all simple and easy but so delicious. We also had roasted brussels sprouts which were also a tasty supporting character but I couldn't leave the steak alone. Laser focused so only got a teaser of the brussels sprouts. Mom was the same way with her short ribs. We couldn't get our face out of the plates to try the sides, etc. I had the toffee dessert to go. ALSO DELICIOUS. Real decadent treat while sitting in bed watching late night tv. The food was good enough to bring us back for another night. Take-aways from the 2nd night - their cocktails are delightful and the chili wings are a must do appetizer. Definitely stop by and get the steak.

Visiting from Southern California. We enjoyed our evening here. We started with the delicious duck wings. We both had the Surf and turf of Filet and Lobster It included some raviolis and asparagus. It was a wonderful presentation and quite filling! Our only suggestion to the kitchen staff: Preheat to plates! As the ravioli was cold when it came to us! They treated us to a free dessert of our choice for our Anniversary celebration It was a welcomed surprise!! FYI, the restaurant charges an additional 7.2% resort fee to the Total check!! Not mention med or noted anywhere until you get the check Would be return again? Yes. Ps. There Onion Rings are pretty good too!

Prime Steakhouse is a contemporary steakhouse located inside the Crowne Plaza. They are open for dinner only and require a reservation. This was my favorite restaurant I tried during my stay at Niagara Falls. The food was delicious, service was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. I started with the Crispy Fried Calamari. The calamari was perfectly cooked and served with a tasty lemon chive aioli. For my entree I chose the Surf and Turf. It comes with a Petite Angus Fillet, 6 oz. lobster tail, and lobster ravioli. I would have liked to see the lobster served with a side of hot butter and some kind of sauce to accompany the ravioli, but other than that this was an excellent selection. Crispy Fried Calamari - 8.2 Petite Angus Fillet - 8.2 Lobster Tail (6 oz) - 8.3 Lobster Ravioli - 7.5 Asparagus - 7.5 Brussel Sprouts - 8.5 Food - 8.0 Service - 8.4 Value - 7.8 Restaurant score - 81

I'm not sure why the reviews at low. We visited and had a lovely meal. The server was great. Very friendly and attentive. The steak was fantastic. The wine was great. The view was spectacular from our window seat. Definitely recommend.

5 star view. That's for sure. I was semi unimpressed with this steakhouse though. Jayce, our waiter, was super attentive and eventually made us feel like honorary Canadians and right at home! He really took care of us when my steak first came out overdone, then underdone and finally just about what I ordered. I found it slightly embarrassing that the chefs don't know how to cook a steak to order. We were not a cheap meal either. We ordered the lobster bisque, the carrots with whipped feta, truffle fries, tenderloin and I had the surf and turf which featured a whole half lobster and lobster ravioli. Besides not knowing how to cook a steak, I was a little grossed out by the bisque. It reminded me of chef boyardee with small and *liberal* pieces of seafood. I was disappointed. And while Jayce was a great waiter, he choose the dessert for my mother, which was the baked Alaska. Also unimpressive. The ice cream inside was super icy and not creamy. Definitely would have been my last choice, sorry Jayce. Thanks for everything else though!

I chose to celebrate my 30th birthday in Niagra falls and on my birthday, we dined at Prime Steakhouse. From the minute we were greeted at the front, i knew we would have an exceptional experience. The gentleman who greeted this, I'm assuming was a manager, saw that we noted that we were celebrating a birthday. He was very kind in wishing me well and sat us right by the windows. I was elated because the view was phenomenal. Our server was Marco and he was awesome. Very attentive, but not overbearing! To start, we ordered the duck wings which was a first for my husband and I. They were delicious and had a peach and ghost pepper jam making them sweet with a slight kick of heat. For my entree, I ordered forest mushroom ravioli which was to die for!!! My husband ordered his usual - lobster tail which was delicious with a side of truffle fries. At dessert, Marco let me know that since it was my birthday, that my dessert would be on the house. We ordered the white chocolate goat cheese cheesecake which came deconstructed with a candle. I had a beautiful experience dining here & they definitely helped to make my birthday special. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and are looking for a good meal & great views. *The one and only con - they charged a tourism fee on the bill. Wasn't a huge deal or anything too pricey but didn't love being surprised by that when the bill came.

Good food and beautiful company and views marred by the staff's unwarranted rudeness... Had dinner here for my friend's bachelorette, we were a party of 9. From the start we were not received warmly. Our server SARA R (who didn't introduce herself, got her name of the receipt) was curt and inattentive, she would take one drink order and simply walk away without asking if anyone else wanted a drink. Another instance is she filled everyone's water but failed to fill the last glass, without a word just walked away. One member in our party ordered her steak as medium, only to discover it was actually rare. Upon speaking to SARA R, she was very dismissive and didn't take the time to listen. The manager BHARGAB attended and we told him about the undercooked steak as well as the attitude we had been receiving from the server. Instead of listening to what we had to say, he just kept asking the same question in a snippy manner, even though it was already explained to him what we had decided to do. Clearly he wasn't listening and already had prejudice towards us and was ready to be combative as he accused my friend of being rude and giving him attitude. They did do us the courtesy of taking that steak off the bill. As we waited for SARA R to return (which was a long while), we asked another waitress RENA for our bill, she tactlessly responded with "you'll have to ask SARA" as she waved us off with her hand. She could have simply said "I can get SARA for you". As we asked for the manager BHARGAB a second time, his cowardice prevented him from returning to our table and instead sent the bartender to take our payment. As a manager, it is BHARGAB's job to face the customer, not send an employee to be his scapegoat. It should be noted, our party was very quiet and respectful from the time we walked in, we were not rowdy in any way and did not do anything to warrant the treatment we received. It was very disappointing to receive this kind of service from a premium steakhouse. I recommend Ruth's Chris where you will get better service and even better food!

Of course it is more expensive to eat here now, but still worth it! Delicious food, especially the appetizers. We were sorry to miss our favorite, Kayleigh, but Julie was great and very patient with our table (lots of loud talking and we took forever to choose what to have, lol). TO Bestie joined Boyfriend and I for dinner and really enjoyed her first visit! We shared the goat cheese and beef tartare apps... omg... go just for the apps! Absolutely perfect. She had the chicken and I had their new mushroom pasta as mains. Very good. Boyfriend had a Caesar salad and some steak - I think it was a striploin - he didn't care that much for the steak which was a bit tough. He would definitely stick with the filet mignon next time. Great restaurant and absolutely one of the better dining options in Niagara Falls. Also 18+ so no children running around, and great atmosphere. Beautiful fireplace. All I would add is ambiance music or something (if there was any, we couldn't hear it).

Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! The atmosphere was calm and relaxing, which made it even more enjoyable. I ordered fried calamari along with single chicken wings tossed in an Asian sweet and spicy sauce--both dishes were flavorful and satisfying. The combination of crispy textures and bold flavors really stood out. What made the experience even better was the service. Our server was amazing--attentive, friendly, and truly great at her job. Assorted Bread: I'm not a bread person, but I enjoyed their bread. The standard roll was good, the Roll with (dill?) was good, and the one infused with brisket was also good. The dips/snacks that came with the bread were perfect complements to the bread. The pickles were confusing, but I enjoyed them on their own. Chef's salad: A good salad is underrated, and their salad was a case of basic done right. I enjoyed the blue cheese the most, since I haven't had it in a salad in a long time. It was a good mix of softer textures provided by the apple, cheese, and greens, while providing crunch via the nuts. Arayes: I'm expecting a crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside pita. I wanted a juicy and flavorful lamb, and I wanted the tahini + tzatziki sauces to be good. I got all that and was pleased. Shrimp Scampi: I was a bit disappointed by the portion size, but I had to remind myself that the lunch special was $16 and I had already gotten bread and a nice appetizer. The shrimps were big, and the flavors were light. I liked the fact that the dish wasn't oily. Some people might find it dry, but I like it. Jagerschnitzel: This was the best bite of the meal, and I regret not ordering it. The pork cutlet was very good, and the gravy helped improve the dynamics of the flavor. I've never had caraway spaetzle, but I must say that I enjoyed it, and the red cabbage didn't taste like cabbage, and it almost felt like a red spaetzle. It's a beautiful dish visually, and an even better dish when consumed. Dessert: I..... was not a fan. I thought it was too sweet. My companions liked it though. Ambiance: I felt very underdressed. The establishment definitely gave a white tablecloth environment where diners were pressured to buy a bottle of wine. I had to remind myself that it's a school, so the students needed to learn a certain standard. A standard that I could see. It might be better if there was music, but I'm not gonna complain about it. Service: Excellent. I could tell our wait staff was nervous. Who wouldn't be? I'm sure he'll do fine in the future. It would've been nice if our food arrived a bit faster, but I understood the need for pacing in these course menus.

The chef is very much into sustainable cooking / ingredients including his own garden for locally grown produce and sources all other ingredients from Organic farms and purveyors as well. For this special menu, they had curated items from their normal ala carte selections as well as a few other unique items based on seasonal ingredients. Each meal offered three courses including an appetizer, main and a dessert. My wife and I each chose different apps (sunchokes for me, salad for her), but both had our hearts set on that beautiful looking beef tenderloin and who can't resist a dessert called Chocolate Chocolate? Our server was a transplant from the states, she was super-attentive and full of energy and smiles. It certainly added to the ambiance of the evening. My wife had a glass of red from a local (Organized Crime) which she said paired perfectly with the richness of the steak. Each dish was superbly crafted, cooked and presented.
