The best Falls-view dining I've had on the Canadian side! The view of both the American and Canadian Falls is absolutely breathtaking right from your table! Totally worth making a reservation for the best seat. The food was incredible, beautifully plated, and full of flavor. The service matched the view. Perfect photo spot, I love stopping here whenever I'm in Niagara. Pro tip: book your reservation around sunset so you can catch the Falls in daylight and lit up at night so you get the best of both worlds!!

Great place to come to also see the fire works over the falls. My hat off to our server Tenzin. Who really knows how to treat customers. She was very attentive as informative. The food was good and she made sure we had the best table for the view

Yes!!! We were staying at The Brock Niagara Falls-Fallsview and this Restaurant was located on the top floor. If ever you are in Niagara Falls - GO HERE! While it's best to make a reservation, it isn't required. We were sat with a beautiful view of the falls and settled in for a good night. The service was great and the music was grooving. I ordered the steak while moms had the short ribs. Lemme tell you something- theeee best meal for our whole trip. My steak came with asparagus, whipped potatoes, a whole bulb of roasted garlic and a full dish of truffle garlic butter. The steak was elegantly seasoned - and cooked (medium) to the perfect temperature. Thicker cut settled on a rich buttery cloud of whipped potatoes. It was all simple and easy but so delicious. We also had roasted brussels sprouts which were also a tasty supporting character but I couldn't leave the steak alone. Laser focused so only got a teaser of the brussels sprouts. Mom was the same way with her short ribs. We couldn't get our face out of the plates to try the sides, etc. I had the toffee dessert to go. ALSO DELICIOUS. Real decadent treat while sitting in bed watching late night tv. The food was good enough to bring us back for another night. Take-aways from the 2nd night - their cocktails are delightful and the chili wings are a must do appetizer. Definitely stop by and get the steak.

Prime Steakhouse is a contemporary steakhouse located inside the Crowne Plaza. They are open for dinner only and require a reservation. This was my favorite restaurant I tried during my stay at Niagara Falls. The food was delicious, service was fantastic, and the view was breathtaking. I started with the Crispy Fried Calamari. The calamari was perfectly cooked and served with a tasty lemon chive aioli. For my entree I chose the Surf and Turf. It comes with a Petite Angus Fillet, 6 oz. lobster tail, and lobster ravioli. I would have liked to see the lobster served with a side of hot butter and some kind of sauce to accompany the ravioli, but other than that this was an excellent selection. Crispy Fried Calamari - 8.2 Petite Angus Fillet - 8.2 Lobster Tail (6 oz) - 8.3 Lobster Ravioli - 7.5 Asparagus - 7.5 Brussel Sprouts - 8.5 Food - 8.0 Service - 8.4 Value - 7.8 Restaurant score - 81

    Surf and Turf entree.

Visiting from Southern California. We enjoyed our evening here. We started with the delicious duck wings. We both had the Surf and turf of Filet and Lobster It included some raviolis and asparagus. It was a wonderful presentation and quite filling! Our only suggestion to the kitchen staff: Preheat to plates! As the ravioli was cold when it came to us! They treated us to a free dessert of our choice for our Anniversary celebration It was a welcomed surprise!! FYI, the restaurant charges an additional 7.2% resort fee to the Total check!! Not mention med or noted anywhere until you get the check Would be return again? Yes. Ps. There Onion Rings are pretty good too!

I'm not sure why the reviews at low. We visited and had a lovely meal. The server was great. Very friendly and attentive. The steak was fantastic. The wine was great. The view was spectacular from our window seat. Definitely recommend.

5 star view. That's for sure. I was semi unimpressed with this steakhouse though. Jayce, our waiter, was super attentive and eventually made us feel like honorary Canadians and right at home! He really took care of us when my steak first came out overdone, then underdone and finally just about what I ordered. I found it slightly embarrassing that the chefs don't know how to cook a steak to order. We were not a cheap meal either. We ordered the lobster bisque, the carrots with whipped feta, truffle fries, tenderloin and I had the surf and turf which featured a whole half lobster and lobster ravioli. Besides not knowing how to cook a steak, I was a little grossed out by the bisque. It reminded me of chef boyardee with small and *liberal* pieces of seafood. I was disappointed. And while Jayce was a great waiter, he choose the dessert for my mother, which was the baked Alaska. Also unimpressive. The ice cream inside was super icy and not creamy. Definitely would have been my last choice, sorry Jayce. Thanks for everything else though!

I chose to celebrate my 30th birthday in Niagra falls and on my birthday, we dined at Prime Steakhouse. From the minute we were greeted at the front, i knew we would have an exceptional experience. The gentleman who greeted this, I'm assuming was a manager, saw that we noted that we were celebrating a birthday. He was very kind in wishing me well and sat us right by the windows. I was elated because the view was phenomenal. Our server was Marco and he was awesome. Very attentive, but not overbearing! To start, we ordered the duck wings which was a first for my husband and I. They were delicious and had a peach and ghost pepper jam making them sweet with a slight kick of heat. For my entree, I ordered forest mushroom ravioli which was to die for!!! My husband ordered his usual - lobster tail which was delicious with a side of truffle fries. At dessert, Marco let me know that since it was my birthday, that my dessert would be on the house. We ordered the white chocolate goat cheese cheesecake which came deconstructed with a candle. I had a beautiful experience dining here & they definitely helped to make my birthday special. I would highly recommend if you are in the area and are looking for a good meal & great views. *The one and only con - they charged a tourism fee on the bill. Wasn't a huge deal or anything too pricey but didn't love being surprised by that when the bill came.

Me and my fiancée went for my birthday to Niagara Falls. We stayed in the other side in Canada, I suggest anyone who wants a perfect view while eating of Niagara Falls to come to the steakhouse

We tried several of the sides and especially liked the beef carpaccio, the chicken croquettes and the grilled mushroom. We got to try pretty much all the meats on the menu and while they were all good, we really liked the cheese stuffed prime rib, the Hawaiian strip loin and the bacon wrapped filet mignon. Our server, Ashley, was very friendly, helpful and attentive. She repeatedly apologized when there was a lull in meat coming by, though she doesn't really have any influence over how fast things come out, aside from telling the meat-servers what we wanted. We didn't really mind, because it gave us some time to talk and digest before getting more meat. Overall we had a great experience and would definitely come back when we're back in the area.

Firstly, parking: It's all free, but the lot adjacent to the restaurant has 20 spaces for a business that seats 200 people. Arriving cars are to wait at the curb outside for the white shuttle to arrive, then follow this to a free parking place two blocks away. Reverse the process to leave. It's difficult to enter and exit a high van in a tight skirt and high heels. Just saying. We arrived just in time to see the 8pm floor show, but the music was so loud I was praying for it to end. To order from the menu for AYCE side dishes, you have to have a phone that can scan the QR code: No printed menu was forthcoming, and the print on my cell phone was too small for my husband to read. The music was so loud it made conversation impossible, so I made the choices. The kitchen had already run out of mashed potatoes, and green chimichurri sauce by 8pm, and they seat until 11pm on Saturdays. I was not impressed. There's a chaotic way the servers with the meats circulated. Some tables were served steak three times while we were never served. It's a $90 per person meal where drinks and desserts are extra, our table wobbled horribly, and we couldn't speak to each other. It was the opposite of hospitality. How loud was the music? I'm writing this the next morning and my ears are still ringing. There are many other steakhouses on this side of town: Brasa, Ruth Chris, STK. Next time, I'll try one of them.

Service from the bartender was great. He offered up some suggestions, which I needed because they have a large menu loaded with so many appetizing and amazing looking options. I started with their potstickers... They came out with a hard, fried shell and the dipping sauce went nicely with them. Enough to share, or even enough to enjoy and still have room for an entrée. My main dish was their Chicken & Waffle. This isn't some ordinary chicken and waffle, it's definitely an amped up version, made with unique and interesting ingredients, culminating in great flavors! The chicken was so large and very tender - it was amazing! The bacon and sauce on top went with it nicely, and the chive waffle was great with it! Each bite was definitely amazing! This was a great experience, I can see why they have so many reviews and such high stars, those are well-deserved stars!! Definitely recommend stopping in here!

Upon entering the restaurant, we were appropriately greeted by staff who were very personable, respectful, and informative. The same attentive and personable service was given by the entire staff. We were able to ask questions about how the restaurant operates, being that it is operated by the Culinary Institute and its students and alumni. I'll spare you the details but it is an interesting dynamic. The food was excellent. We went for dinner and while there is a limited menu, the options were varied enough that anyone would be able to find something they will enjoy. This might be the most affordable three course meal I've had this decade. The food was prepared perfectly, the presentation was impeccable, and the service provided leaves nothing to be desired. The entire operation is run calmly and very efficiently. I ordered a black and tan. She suggested I go for the smooth black and tan which I did. It did not disappoint! I may have to have my black and tans like this for the rest of my life. I ordered a cup of the buffalo wing chowder, and she said it's one of the most popular items on the menu. I asked her to bring that out first before my Classic Caesar salad. Let me tell you something about that soup. Now I'm not a big soup guy, but I do like chowders, and this was the absolute best I've ever had. Had. I've had clam chowder all over the United States but man this one absolutely nails it! It has that buffalo wing flavor which just perfect and not overpowering. I should have gotten the bigger bowl of it instead of the cup. Now let's talk about the Caesar salad. It was absolutely perfect! It had the perfect ratio of dressing to lettuce, not just poured on top like most places but actually tossed. Onya said she did it herself, so massive kudos for her going above and beyond the call of duty. Overall this meal hit on all cylinders and did not disappoint. I will definitely be back here a couple more times while I'm in Canada. If you need to find me, you know where to find me. The bottom line? You really need to get the buffalo chicken wing chowder.
