Waited a VERY long time and the milkshake came out. Waited MUCH longer and they passed out our order, but only got ONE fry. Asked about the Slushie and it was only then that we were told that the machine wasn't working so asked for another milkshake instead. Sat down to eat our "partial" order and both burgers were COLD, not even lukewarm. They apologized and said they would remake. Finally after waiting again, a girl came to the window and said, "What were you waiting on?" I pretty abruptly said, "Just about everything. We got 2 cold burgers and never got our 2nd fry." Several minutes later the 2nd fry comes out and several minutes later again, our remade burgers. The girl apologized saying someone never took the burgers out of the freezer from last night. Sat down, AGAIN, to eat .. only to find that the 2 new burgers were also cold. Finally asked for our money back and had to eat elsewhere. Awful start of the season! While we were there, another customer also returned 2 cold burgers and asked for his money back. That's 6 burgers in the garbage! Do better!

First of all, all the ladies working were very friendly! Kindness always goes a long way for me! Also with the orders I picked up, there was a little wait, because they truly make things fresh! I had to hold myself back from muting myself an amazing purse and high heel made of chocolate! I tried two flavors: Oreo Brownie Smash and Orangey Eggnog Stracciatella. Oreo Brownie Smash is Oreo cookie ice cream with brownie batter swirls, Oreo cookies & cream cookie dough, and half-baked brownies and Orangey Eggnog Stracciatella is spiced eggnog ice cream infused with Jim Beam and Platter's dark orange chocolate stracciatella. Just. WOW! Absolutely no complaints, each was bursting with flavor and packed with so many mix-ins. I loved finding huge Oreo cookies & cream cookie dough chunks and just how chocolatey Oreo Brownie Smash was thanks to all the brownie bits swirled in. So I didn't order these pints so I can't give you the most accurate pricing info, but after trying a couple flavors, I'm happy to order a few pints myself without thinking too much about the cost. I'm really glad Living the Cream is out here, churning up amazing ice cream flavors for Buffalo! As a few other Yelp reviews mention, make a little room in your freezer and treat yo'self to a couple pints of some of the creamiest, mix-in full ice cream you'll ever have!
