I was craving a late-night snack and was pleasantly surprised by White Rabbit. I've driven by it so many times without stopping, but I'm so glad I finally did! The restaurant has a charming Alice in Wonderland theme that creates a fun and unique atmosphere. Their dessert selection was absolutely delicious, making it a great spot to sit down and satisfy your sweet tooth. Our waiter was fantastic--friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable about the menu, which made the experience even better. If you're looking for a cozy place to enjoy some amazing desserts, I definitely recommend giving White Rabbit a try! read more

I had no idea what to expect of this spot. Came with friends after a dinner, wanting to extend the festivities but not get a drink. This was perfect! It smells insanely good inside, like fresh waffles. The desserts can be a little pricey, but are definitely shareable with a group. Got a warm brownie dessert and a crepe and would recommend both. Fun little spot to check out for something decadent. read more

Came back again after a year or two, I noticed that they have improved their menu bringing in lower calorie and gluten free options! I unfortunately don't see any difference when it comes to options for those who don't eat chocolate. There were only two on the menu. Overall, I thought mine was delicious read more

Went in on a Sunday at about 230, we were sat right away no wait at all. The restaurant was super cute, it is really unique and gives Alice in Wonderland vibes. We ordered the First Draft Pick Brownie, it was absolutely amazing. We split it and it was enough for two since it was sweet. The ice cream was very soft but still good, the brownie was nice and warm. I would recommend this completely. This is a great place to come when you want dessert besides just getting ice cream. read more

I went late during the heatwave earlier this week as I needed a late night option and they're open until 10:30 pm - one of the very few places in Buffalo serving that late. They offer only desserts, starting at about $10 for milkshakes and going to over $20 for something like what I got (pictures). Staff was attentive and helpful and overall it was a great experience. read more

White Rabbit Dessert Experience - A summer only special with homemade gooey butter ice cream, praline topper, bananas and a waffle - Desserts Near Me - Tonawanda, New York

Do not come unless you are prepared to spend. Party of three, one enjoyed their cheesecake, one their crepe, but the third found their cake to be dry and flavorless, even with half a canister of strawberry coulis decorating the plate (very watery consistency). Price doesn't match overall quality, unfortunately. read more

Shadiest spot in the region. $30 is insane for slow service, a single unremarkable latte and a middle-of-the-road quality waffle, but hitting our table of TWO PEOPLE with an undisclosed "large party 6+" service charge is simply dishonest. read more

4 stars because this place is super cute with good service. It was pretty quiet when we went on a Friday night. The service was great and we were in and out in about 20 minutes. We got the banana/strawberry/nutella crepe. It was overall very good I just wish it had a bit more Nutella. My only complaint otherwise is that it is pricy for what you get. However, I would say similar places charge the same prices. They had a good size menu so we will definitely be back to try their cakes next time. read more

Stopped here after dinner for dessert. The server was super patient, being that I was with someone with gluten and dairy allergies. She took the time to go over the menu and make adjustments where needed. I ordered a crepe, which was really good, but didn't think that it was worth the 19 dollars that I paid for it. That was for the option without the ice cream. My friend ordered the Belgian waffle with the dairy free ice cream and I must say that whatever brand they used, was really good. Overall, we enjoyed our desserts, just felt like everything was a bit overpriced. read more

This terrible company deleted my review on Google to try and hide it. I will post it here. I went into White Rabbit Dessert Experience the other day and walked right out. It was SOOOO hot in there. Who wants to try and get ice cream when it is very hot out only to walk into the ice cream shop for it to be basically the same temperature as the outside. Disgusting. And those poor workers faces were red. I do not recommend this place if you are trying to escape the heat. read more

A fun spot if you are looking for a sweet treat after dinner, or any time! The desserts are well crafted but a little pricy although larger so it's easy to share. Been here a few times and it's been great every time. Definitely not an everyday spot or all the time, it can be a little pricy but a nice once in a while treat. I get the s'mores waffle everytime it normally has milk chocolate syrup and milk chocolate buttons but I am not a milk chocolate person so I get it without that. It also comes with white chocolate ice cream, graham crackers, and marshmallow syrup. It's very sweet even without the chocolate. It's a nice big portion could be eaten by two if you wanted to split it. Plenty of booths and places to sit, service was fine, the staff will pretty much let you be, they take your order, bring out your desserts then check on you/ bring out the bill which was totally fine with me, I didn't expect it to be like a normal restaurant experience and I prefer not being bothered, I'm just eating a sweet treat/ dessert. I didn't need much tending to. I will say the last time I went the ice cream was melted a bit by the time it got to table which I was surprised by because the other few times I went the ice cream was pretty cold and solid, my husbands sundae was a bit melted too and was all over the side of the cup. read more

What a disappointment. Waiting for 20 minutes for our Lukewarm lattes. Dessert arrived prior to the coffee and that was acceptable at best. Nothing to rave about or warrant those prices. Service was poor. read more

Pretty overpriced for what it is. I ordered a milkshake and he consistency was like a smoothie, not cold or thick at all. Tasted more like a smoothie too, but for $10.50. Friends got a cake slice ($15) and sure it's a big piece of cake, but go to Whole Foods and you can get a whole cake for same price. Nothing special. read more

The staff and the experience were great. Can't complain about the ambiance or wait staff at all. However, the food was mehhhh. I ordered the apple crisp cheesecake. $20 for a factory produced cheesecake with canned pie filling and granola was not what I would've expected. The description of "username cheesecake" as they call it was New York style cheesecake with warm apple crisp and caramel. I can even get past the factory made cheesecake but the crunchy, canned pie filling with bagged granola on top being referred to as apple crisp was a reach. Definitely not worth it. read more

The desserts comes in a huge portion (when you order waffle). I definitely couldn't finish it myself and suggest to share it next time. The desserts are a perfect bend of sweet & crunchy. The plating is really cute and pretty! And the interior is colourful definitely good for a date night. The service was great 5/5. The dessert was a 10/5! Yes that good! Personally, plan to come with an appetite or share after a dinner or for date night. I'll be back. read more

A fantastic place! Full of drinks wonders! We tried the Nutella milkshake! It tastes rich and magical. The decorations are so Instagram vibes! The menue was full of nice things. If you're looking for full service dessert this place may be for you; be warned, it is pricey! $12.50 for a one scoop sundae or 6.50 for a cup of tea (it says it's loose leaf at least) to give a couple examples. Pics of the menu in review. I did have a good experience here, it's just not really my cup of tea. It is cutely decorated in an Alice In Wonderland-esque theme and the service came with a smile. I ordered a one scoop sundae called Death & Taxes - peanut butter ice cream with Reese's cups and dark chocolate sauce with a fresh waffle swaddle (at least that's what I'm calling it) to hold the scoop in the sundae glass. It was good, nothing extraordinary. I wasn't really a fan of the waffle swaddle as it was light and kind of crumbled when I broke pieces off rather than having a clean crisp break like most waffle cones. I don't need to have full service with my dessert. I'd prefer to go to other local ice cream establishments and get a comparable sundae that is more than one scoop at about half the cost. So, I guess it's up to you how you like to experience your dessert. read more

Mykell was our server tonight. He was great! My family has only come here a handful of times in the past 2 years because it's a bit pricey but when you want a special treat and time with your kids or on a date... totally worth every penny! Our service tonight was wonderful. He was super attentive and very friendly. He had a few tables but we were seated right away and our orders were placed within a few minutes of sitting down. He was out going with my younger sons and overall just a really nice guy who made the experience all the more worth it. Great deserts. Large portions. Nice and fresh. White Rabbit Dessert Experience - 4 delicious desserts and 4 happy fellas! - Desserts Near Me - Tonawanda, New York

White Rabbit has the best Waffles and ice cream. Unbelievable amazing. It looks great inside.

Decided to try it out last night when my sweet tooth struck. Loved the feel inside, you actually feel like your transported into a fairy tale. The one wall is all a picture of a beautiful forest, filled with chandeliers and the booths resemble couches in different materials. Dessert was great, the ice cream is so creamy. The menu is very diverse to the point that even picky eaters will find something. One down side is the prices are steep. Not ever being there before wasn't sure what to expect, got three desserts, one latte, and a cup of tea and it was $75. That being said desserts can be shared between two or three people because they are huge. read more

Belgian Waffles are one of my favorite breakfast/deserts and white rabbit has a mouth watering menu to drool over while you figure out which one or two (if you're a pig like me) you want. Dolce and Banana, The Walking Brownie, and the Strawberry Shortcake made me follow the last bite of each of them, with the lords name in vain. I can kiss their butt all day but it's easier if you just go and eat there or order online for delivery with one of the apps that carry it. read more

I'll give em another star for this updated review, let me just say their desserts and service are always fantastic! Waffles are decadent, the flavours are on point, and the combination of it all is wonderful! It's just a little expensive.... but a treat is great to support local! Great service tonight and felt very covid safe to dine in! Mostly take out orders so we were actually the only ones at the time. Masks on unless seated and all staff is keeping with covid protocol and very friendly! Definitely try the PB icecream here!! And the candied pecans are scrumptious! Perfect place to get lost in wonderland! Tip for them is to get longer straws for the milkshake haha! read more

Always our first choice for dessert. The portion sizes are huge. We can't ever complete an entire plate even after sharing and have it for the next few days for dessert at home. However the crepes are wonderful and the chocolate tastes heavenly. The hot cocoa was good too, but their cakes and crepes and all that sugar rush makes us so happy. Love the ambience as well. Will come back again and again. read more

My family and I have been there on a couple occasions and was very very good. My wife and I had the crape with ice cream and it was delicious. I had mine with no sugar and it was just as good. The next time we changed it up with French toast instead of the crapes and it was even more delicious than the crapes. Our boys, one had shakes each time while the other mixed it up and tried something different each time and loved it, but was very full both times. Their portions are HUGE! Both times we went soon after they opened and it was empty. We were told that they get busier as the day goes on. Great experiences. read more

First time experiencing this dessert shop. Honest overall opinion: OUTRAGEOUSLY OVERPRICED for what you get. It's ice cream people in BUFFALO, NY. This ain't NYC or Miami!!! It was an ice cream dessert...I mean, what do you really say about it? It was cold : ) I definitely don't feel that the concoction was worth the almost $25 we spent on one dessert! On top of that we had our order packed up to go, and when we got it home, there was this "marshmallow fluff like substance" smeared all over the to-go box inside the brown paper bag and all over the outside bottom of the bag itself. By the time I finished cleaning up marshmallow from all over our house ..... the ice cream that came with the dessert that we bought was almost completely melted! Messy, uncaring, sloppy ....whomever packed it up and made it obviously was lacking pride in neat presentation! So in conclusion .... We will most likely NOT be ever eating at White Rabbit dessert experience again. Spent half the evening cleaning marshmallow crap off my counters, and the dessert was well .....dessert. Nothing to write home about. read more

I'm torn in writing this review, to clarify: there are half pros and half considered to my white rabbit evening out. On pro side ( I prefer to be positive) the food is literally to lose your head over ( couldn't resist...) My date and I split a piece of cheesecake and order of homemade ice cream (I'll explain in Con's) folks, both were DEVINE! I was pretty neutral on ambience, and "Alice" theme was pointless and honestly half a baked. I ask: why the gimmick? Let the impressive food quality speak for itself. The Cons: after skimming the menu, I was stunned by the prices, almost considered leaving... But I wanted to make a nice night for my (wheelchair bound ) date, and opted to nuance a compromise, suggesting we split an order. I have NEVER DONE THIS IN my LIFE. AND the DARK Cherry on top was the staff oscillating between ' missing in action' and indifferent / rude ( especially towards my date). Minus this behavior, I may have glossed over the 'dinner for two price for a dessert for one '. With memories of how good this dessert was, a nearly weep for what a delightful overall " experience " this 'could' have been. So it when goes when both the owners and staff appear to see the patrons as no more than a quick and easy cash grab opportunity. read more

I have quite the sweet tooth but Sweet Life's desserts are way too sweet for my liking. First off, the portions are huge so I recommend sharing a dessert with 1 or 2 other people. My friends and I made the mistake of ordering a dessert per person and none of us were able to finish it. The desserts are also pretty expensive but the prices aren't that bad for the amount you're getting. The desserts are nothing special. It's just sugar on top of sugar. I ordered a scoop of vanilla ice cream with Oreo bits and brownies. The brownie bites were too hard for my liking. The service was decent. This spot is also good for those craving a late night snack as they're opened pretty late! read more

This was a nice place, a cute after dinner date spot or just if you want to grab dessert. Smells like fresh bakes goods inside. When we went there weren't many people inside, the ambiance was nice though. I got a apple pie warmed with ice cream. The apple pie crust was different and I didn't care for it, I like traditional crust. The ice cream was good though. My husband got the chocolate cake and loved it. This is a sit down dessert restaurant. Nice ambience, and service was fine. Seems like it could be a date spot, however EXTREMELY overpriced. It was a waste of time and nothing special at all. The desserts can be on the more expensive end but it's a unique and delicious experience! Our waitstaff has been lovely every time we've gone. The decor is a play on Alice and Wonderland and is whimsical. Generally, it's been quiet when we've visited! Try the Nutella Club coffee! read more

I have always enjoyed this place. The decor is amazing and so is the food! But truthfully it's always the price that steers me away. 15 bucks for a slice of cake when you could buy a whole cake for that price. Chocolate cake was good and so was the ice cream even through it tasted like Perry's. So very convinced it isn't homemade like they claim it is. Fresh strawberries are in smoothies but can't be used on cheesecake? Nope you get canned apples on your cheesecake. Staff is friendly although it seems like they had one Waite for the whole place. I'll be back but not for awhile the price just isn't worth it. read more

Not the Worst service I've ever encountered in my life. But definitely won't go again. Waited to be seated over 20 minutes that's fine. After being seated and ordering 3 ice creams (no cookies no food that needed to be prepared in an oven) it took another hour before the ice cream came out. The server brought out melted ice cream with his hands in the bowl in the ice cream with no gloves. Not sure how the ice cream tastes because after arriving at 8:50 and we left a hour later without the ice cream. read more
