Loaded nachos, soup, and a coke.
Sarah D.

I had been here once prior and knew this place had great food, so I decided to order from here for lunch. The first time I came here, I didn't have to wait long. I walked right up and placed an order. I called my order in and had to wait in line to pay and receive my food. I wish they had a better system, where if you called in an order, you could skip the line. I saw online that they had loaded nachos and a chicken with wild rice soup. Both items were great, especially the soup. I paid cash. They accept credit cards. You have to have at least a $5 order to use a credit card. I was given a punch card to use for future orders. The staff are really nice. I'm glad I stopped here today.

A tasty last minute lunch at this downtown establishment. I ordered a chicken cordon blue wrap with a side order of macaroni salad via phone . The order was ready within 15 min and I was given a punch card for future orders. Came to under $10 (any lunch under $10 is ok by me!) Wrap tasted fresh but could have used more chicken and cheese. (less lettuce) Macaroni salad could have used a bit less mayo but was nice and flavorful and had a good crunch factor with the carrots and celery . I would like to try some more of their menu as it is reasonably priced and a convenient location to grab lunch from my office.

I am obsessed with the cobb salad, it is so delicious and the bacon is so crispy. 5 stars

Seven Hearts Coffee in Buffalo was exactly the cozy little gem I was hoping to find…read more Nestled inside a charming old building right next to a bookstore (which you absolutely should pop into while you're there), this spot had the perfect vibe from the moment we walked in. The atmosphere was warm, inviting, and effortlessly cool, the kind of place that makes you want to linger for hours with a good book and a great cup of coffee. My fiancé and I each ordered one of their specialty coffees along with bagels, and everything was fantastic. After a less than stellar experience at Tim Hortons earlier in the trip, Seven Hearts completely redeemed our coffee expectations. It was exactly the aesthetic and experience I had been searching for. What really made it special was how quickly it felt like a place I could make part of my routine. If I lived in Buffalo, this would absolutely be my go to coffee shop. Before leaving, I picked up a couple of honey sticks and a bottle of their house made lavender syrup to bring home. Now I get to enjoy a little taste of Seven Hearts, and Buffalo, with my morning coffee for a few more days.

Stopped in here to kill time before an appointment after seeing the high ratings, but unfortunately…read morethe experience didn't live up to them. Most of my rating is based on the service. Upon entering, no one greeted me, and I felt rushed while looking over the menu. When I asked questions, it felt like I was inconveniencing the employee rather than being helped. I ordered the blueberry lemon bar matcha and hoped the drink would redeem the experience, but it was disappointing. The flavor combination didn't work well in a matcha drink, and it left a strange aftertaste/coating in my mouth. I also specifically requested no dairy (asked for oat milk) yet it still came topped with cold foam, which upset my stomach. It looked cute, but for nearly $9, it wasn't enjoyable. I had originally planned to order food as well, but the overall atmosphere and interaction felt so uncomfortable that I decided to just take my drink and leave.

Fun coffee shop in the heart of downtown Buffalo, definitely worth a visit…read more I was staying at Hotel Lafayette for a couple of nights and right before I checked out I decided to swing by to grab a coffee. While you can enter from the street, it's also connected from inside the hotel, which is honestly how it caught my attention. The space is actually pretty big, bigger than I expected. It's open, colorful, there's a ton of natural light, cool murals all over the walls, luscious greenery, and a variety of seating options. The counter where you order is nice and open, with a big menu, and a sheet of glass between the customers and what I quickly came to know is their staple item, the cruller - a donut-like pastry that's super airy on the inside with a delicious icing glaze on the outside. Along with my oat milk latte, I had to try one... ok two. I got a seasonal Pride one and I can't remember the other one. Both were dreamy and it was easy to see why they are so popular. If I lived in the area this spot would totally be a go-to for working out of when I want to switch up my scenery.

The location makes sense as the residents of Williamsville are generally well-educated and worldly enough to appreciate authentic Yemeni cuisine; the same cannot be said for most of Buffalo suburbs, unfortunately, so I'm grateful the Buffalo metro now has one. Ordered the Qamaria latte, traditionally-spiced with cinnamon and cardamom. The spice notes were potent, but not at all overpowering and the beverage remained balanced. Had a chicken malawach as well; flaky and savory, and also well-spiced. It was a bit greasy which was the only regrettable thing about the experience, but not extremely and it didn't compromise the flavor or texture. The dining room itself was clean and elegantly decorated with Arabian and Gulf motifs, and the staff were friendly and helpful when my mother had questions about the menu. (I give any practicing Muslim props for working in food service while fasting during Ramadan.) All and all, grateful they're part of the community; I just hope they don't overexpand and sacrifice quality for quantity like many others.
