When we inquired about the cold meats the waitress indicated that the meats were in the warmer. We advised her that, whatever the case, the food was cold as if they had come from the cooler. She "replaced" the chicken with the same cold piece of chicken. When asked the waitress if she could simply warm the food in the microwave she declined and said there was nothing else they could do since the food was already in the warmer. The meats were clearly not fresh cooked/smoked. The brisket was the fattiest piece we have ever been served, with cold and congealed fat. This is the fourth time eating at BW's this year, and it is by far the worst BBQ I have ever had. And unfortunately the restaurant didn't seem to care. Sad to say, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

The beans were good as were the collard greens but the greens were not chopped as fine as I've usually seen. The real hit of the dinner was the chicken wings. We got them with buffalo sauce instead of their sticky teriyaki sauce. They were large, well cooked, and just great. I would definitely come back again for the wings.

The food was excellent and the flavor combinations brtween the smoked meats and Indian spices were amazing. I never thought brisket with coconut curry would be so good. The pulled pork has an extra seasoning sprinkled on top that gave it another layer of flavor that complimented the smoked meat well. Last Friday, we ended up at Josif's. After a short wait at the bar, we were seated and our server, Grace, quickly took our drink orders. The menus had a wide variety of appetizers and entrees. We started with the mussels, stuffed peppers, and Bang Bang shrimp. All were very good. I felt guilty because I lobbied hard for the mussels, only to find that the shrimp were amazing and scarfed down as many as I could without looking like a glutton. All of the apps disappeared quickly and we ordered our mains. I had the tomahawk pork chop, others ordered salmon, a fish fry, beef tips, etc. Everyone loved their meals and I was lucky enough to be full enough from the apps that I took some of the chop home. (It was not a pretty picture as Ifeeedily hunkered over the computer the next day gnawing on the chop bone.) The simplicity of the decor inside belies the quality of the food. The dining room is huge, with a couple of big screens and a fireplace. We ordered an app and entrees from the specials menu. The food was fantastic (especially the mashed potatoes!)
