Care was put into making this an overall pleasant bathroom experience. As I was entering the restroom I noticed the restroom sign was not the normal one with the man and woman stick figures standing upright, but with the man and women stick figures clutching their crotches. The bathroom decor was industrial with grey painted cinder block walls, which went surprisingly well with the bonsai tree on a shelf next to the sink. It was clean, had a strong fragrance smell, and a bit on the cold side. Overall not bad, I would use it again. ...and the food was pretty good. read more

A surprisingly yummy find tonight. Very friendly service and food that tasted as good as it looked! I tried the chicken bae and the fish bae, small pita-like sandwiches. Except the "pita" bread is soft and made from the dough dim sum rolls have. The flavors were amazing. My favorite was the chicken one. It was sweet and tangy, with homemade sweet, pickled cucumbers inside. My husband ordered Tiger Fries, which he can't stop raving about. He says he'll never look at fries the same! He also had the beef bento bowel, which was good. For dessert, we a tried grass jelly dish with sweet beans. It was herbal and yummy. A barely sweet, delicious ending to a great meal. Portions were generous. We brought home lots to enjoy tomorrow. We'll be back! read more

The milk tea is pretty good, it really reflected half-sweet. My low review is due to their surcharge policy of 0.50 for credit cards transactions under $10.00. At $10.00, that's a 5% fee they're charging their customers. I paid $5.00 for my tea, which amounts to a 10% fee. That is a lot higher than the fees they have to pay in association with card payments. Sure, I can always pay cash and the business has the right to a surcharge policy... BUT regardless, it is bad posture to deliberately take an additional margin from the consumer. It doesn't make me feel good as a customer. read more

The second time I came was the total opposite , the pork was dry and the drinks tasted watered down. Also came here to try the tiger fries but unfortunately they have Not come up for a recipe for the meat. It should be taken off the menu until they are ready. Tried it and was underwhelmed. Pricing is way overboard while the serving size for some of the items are way too small. If you're going to have such small servings, do not use a big tin pot to hold it as it just make the situation worse. The pork belly bao was good, but the pricing is just a bit unacceptable. A bun and a bubble tea for over 15 bucks and doing your self busing ... The staff is eager and I hope that they will tweak their pricing or serving sizes. Update: tried it again a couple months in. Pricing is still way off. For the price of the single bao, I can get two in a nearby Taiwanese place. Bubble tea prices are also uniquely priced. Never again. read more

This is one of the many milk tea/boba tea restaurant in town. Food and drinks are above average, typically Taiwanese dish. However, I am very disappointed with their service. I ordered a milk tea drink and the cashier lady did not ask me if I want it cold or hot. When they served me that cold drink I nicely tell them I was expecting a hot one . All she reply me is " YOU DID NOT ASK FOR A HOT ONE" .... certainly you didn't ask me what is my preference either . She just walk away on me. Anyways we ordered, and the place is so so so cute, it has so much potential but the only thing that tasted good was the Kim chi fries and pork belly bao, and the black tea with crema and pudding' ... the chicken bao on the other hand tasted like chicken that was sitting out and pre-cooked in the morning. It was sooo dry and oddly cold? The popcorn chicken which I was sooo excited for was wayyy go over cooked and dry , and to make it worst the lack of flavor. I wanted to have them remake it but my husband told me to let it slide and get going with our day. -- anyways, this chicken needs some salt... and more spices. Or at least flavor the batter better. We did take the rest of the food Togo-- because we don't have time to go to another place. :( sadly The music played here is pretty awesome.
