The hot drinks are my favorite. The staff is friendly and efficient. Sitting outside on their patio during a nice day is the perfect little break. I will be back many times and I bring my friends here often.

So yummy!! I love Thai tea & this place does it right!! SOO YUMMY, worth the wait in line (but I went early and there was no wait xD) Super cute cafe & definitely coming again when in Bellevue!

I've seen this place on IG and wanted to experience for myself. It's a cute lil spot. There is a large parking lot across the street which is nice. We walked up into their store to a kiosk to self order, which was easy. If you have any questions, the order window behind you has some really great and very accommodating staff. I ordered the Thai green coconut and my hubby ordered the ube Thai tea hot with that ube marshmallow flower. It was yummy. I'd love to hit this spot up on a nice sunny day. I'm coming back for sure!!

I came over the weekend to finally try Omo. Small little shop within a bigger building, it can be hard to find parking as there is no dedicated lot or garage. There is a small 15 min load zone right in front, which we got lucky and was able to park there. In addition, it was a very cold evening and unfortunately there is no seating inside, purely just grab and go or sit outside. There wasn't anyone else there when I arrived so my order was prepared very quickly, it was ready for pickup within minutes after ordering. I got the Thai tea float with swirled ube and Thai tea soft serve, added boba. For $1 extra, the boba was not worth it - the texture was a bit soggy and the quality was simply not worth $1. I got my order half sweet, which I thought was still very sweet, but the soft serve and Thai tea were creamy. I would like to try their Thai tea on their own next time as the soft serve could've made it more creamy. I can see that this would be very refreshing on a warmer day. I also got to try my friend's rose Thai tea. I didn't think I was going to like it since I don't tend to like rose flavored foods. To my surprise, the rose flavor was not overpowering and balanced well with the tea, as well as having a bit of a strawberry flavor. Are the flavors better than a normal Thai tea from a Thai restaurant? Probably not, but I appreciate the Thai tea float which is unique. They also have hot drinks and different varieties of Thai tea that are unique. If you're looking for a regular Thai tea, you might as well go to your local Thai restaurant, but if you're looking for a unique Thai tea sweet treat, Omo is a good option.

Stopped by around 12:30 and got lucky there was only one person in front of us, and right after we ordered a huge line started forming. This spot is definitely more of a hole-in-the-wall, grab-and-go kind of place. You order, they make your drink, hand it to you, and you're out. No seating inside, so plan accordingly. Parking was the toughest part. It's very limited in this area and I had to park down the street in a paid lot just to run in and grab our drinks. As for the drinks: the ube cloud hot Thai tea was delicious. The ube marshmallow foam on top was beautiful and added the perfect sweetness and texture. The green coconut non-dairy drink, unfortunately, was a miss. It tasted like coconut water mixed with a bit of coconut milk and random pieces of dried coconut not something I'd order again. Overall, one drink was a hit and the other wasn't my cup of tea, but if you're curious about the ube options, that one's worth trying.

I am a huge fan of OMO's Green Thai Tea, it's one of the best I've had. I have a pretty big sweet tooth compared to most people though, so if you aren't a fan of sweet drinks then this may not be the drink for you. I also recently tried the viral Hot Chocolate w/ Toasted Marshmallow, which was a fun experience; the chocolate itself was super rich, it was hard to finish, but I would still recommend trying it (and maybe sharing it with friends). The kiosks are great for ordering quickly. I love that they have an outdoor seating area for enjoying your drink.

Strong thai tea flavor! I got the green thai tea float with the original thai tea soft serve and I enjoyed it! I would say that the original thai tea flavor is stronger than the green thai tea so I kind of wished I got the original thai tea base but I wanted to try both. Small interior just for ordering kiosks and receiving drinks but they have some seatings outside.

We went to OMO on Sunday afternoon around 3 and the line was loooong for drinks. The online order wasn't working so we waited for about 30 minutes before ordering on a kiosk inside. It's a small store and there's just a couple of seats outside. The drinks came out pretty quickly once we ordered them, so it's honestly probably people taking a long time to decide what to order that makes the line take a while. We got the green Thai tea and the green Thai tea with cream, both iced. I thought the green thai tea was good, although not a strong flavor. However, I loved the green Thai tea with cream! It was creamy, sweet, and fragrant. The perfect a balance of flavor and I really loved the dusting of cocoa powder on top. I can tell they have good quality cocoa powder and would love to come back to try their hot chocolate. Will be back, hopefully the line won't be as long!

Really yummy Thai tea, great whipped cream. Quick and easy kiosks with nice wallpaper. Love the candles too! Would recommend them as well!

This place is such a treat! Maps took me to the other side of the street so beware of that but the correct location has 15 minute parking out front which was perfect to run to the little kiosk and order at 2:30 on a weekday. I did the Thai green tea with cream and boba, less sweet. The cream on top was sweet and delicious. The tea itself did not have a ton of overwhelming flavor but was good. I wish I could have tasted more of the floral notes other reviewers mentioned but overall it was a delicious drink. I was sucked in by the pictures so I also ordered the ube s'more toast. The actual toast part is just a piece of white bread but the marshmallow was so tasty and the purple was of course beautiful. I wasn't even hungry but it was such a fun treat. Service was incredibly friendly for ordering at a kiosk and waiting for my name to be called. He came all the way out and offered to bag things up for me which I appreciated. I'll be back to try some drinks with soft serve!

Came to try this based on something I saw on a TikTok video. This was the best chocolate milk I've ever had. Very rich, creamy. Almost like drinking chocolate pudding. Very tasty. Also $10. A bit pricy given the amount of ice cubes in the drink. There were other interesting flavors I'm interested in trying but at that price, it will be a once in a while treat.

I've been seeing this Thai tea spot on my socials for awhile and I finally got around to trying it when my friend was in town visiting. I had heard they brew their tea leaves here so I had high hopes. When we arrived on a Saturday night, there was no street parking. The shop is a bit hidden right underneath a main commercial building and had very limited parking options in front of the store. We made the mistake of not paying for the diamond parking lot across the street (even though we were only there for 10 minutes), and got an $80 ticket so beware of that. The actual store space was really small space and they had a self service kiosk for ordering. The service was good and the barista at the counter was kind enough to explain different menu items as it was our first time visiting. There was maybe one party before us but other than that we didn't wait too long to get our drinks which was quite shocking for a weekend. We waited outside where they had a couple seats/round tables & called out our order when it was ready at the pickup counter. We ordered the thai tea classic with boba and a hot Thai green tea. I was honestly underwhelmed and disappointed by the flavor profile of the tea and it was way too sweet for me to the point I couldn't really even taste any tea flavor. My friend who ordered the hot Thai green tea also thought hers was way too sweet as well. Maybe we visited on an off day but to be really honest, given the price range (~$10 for a drink), limited parking options, and flavoring of the tea overall I don't see myself coming back soon.

First half of review is about parking/ambiance then end will be review of drinks! I have been eyeing this place for MONTHS every time we came there was a line out the door so I have decided to come back and no line! I will say there is no parking here you will need to go a street over and pay for parking or park by xian noodles and walk to OMO. It's so cute when arriving. They ask to have 1 group order at a time since there is only one kiosk. They have QR codes to scan the menu while you wait. I didn't expect it to be so small in the inside but makes sense a line can build up. Lots of seating outside while you wait for your drink. We got the Ube Coconut Thai Tea it's definitely different taste but not bad I would say 7/10 and then the regular Thai tea and 9/10! The Thai tea taste almost chocolatey not sure if that is how traditional hand pulled taste normally but I didn't mind it! Glad I was able to stop by and try it I would only try again if I'm in the area and want a Thai tea.

There is always a long line, so it seems to be quite popular. Today there was a buy one get one of a new drink, the golden oolong yuzu, so it was especially busy. I got the Triple Supreme Matcha Latte and ordered on the heytea app instead of waiting in the line to order. After placing my order, the app said there were 50 drinks ahead of mine in the queue, and about a 20 min wait. Staff were accommodating of my reusable cup and were, after some initial hesitation, able to serve my drink in my glass tumbler instead of the plastic cup. Thanks for supporting sustainability even while it was super busy today! The Triple Supreme Matcha Latte was really good, consisting of a strong matcha latte with matcha mochi and matcha jelly. The mochi is very soft and the jelly adds a nice texture to the drink.

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #100…read more One hundred Seattle-Area boba shop reviews, in less than a year since moving to Washington. Yeah, I drink way too much boba... This is certainly the most unique Don't Yell At Me location, consisting of a little standalone building fully enclosed with floor to ceiling windows. The bobarista station is situated right in the center, and there are full walkways with seating surrounding the center in a circular pathway all around. While they don't have dedicated parking, there's limited street parking in front and free 30 minute retail parking in the Bellevue Tower Garage down the street. Traditional Milk Tea, Less Ice, 50% Sweet, Lactose Free Milk w/ Golden Honey Pearls ($6.85) -This drink has a pleasantly strong tea flavor. It's very nicely sweet (not from the sweetener) and has a robust earthy and herbal flavor that kind of tastes like liquid grass jelly. Quite pleasant, and stronger than what I remember receiving from other DYAM locations. Too bad the boba is mediocre. The pearls, small transparent golden balls, are sweetened well in honey, but are far too firm to give a great chew or bounce. Definitely undercooked, albeit not rock hard. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 Given the undercook on the golden honey pearls and the typically softer brown sugar pearls, I might have to opt for the latter in any future visit. Turns out it's a boba spot. Since we were already there, we decided to grab a snack and hang out for a bit. They've got Hong Kong-style egg waffles for about $5, plus an assortment of desserts like Japanese dessert sandwiches, egg tarts (a few looked a little on the "extra toasted" side), and boba tea in more variations than I could keep track of. If we'd been hungrier, we probably would've ordered more, but we settled on the egg waffle. The space itself feels almost like a bonus add-on to the building kind of a big kiosk and I saw the running supplies over from the building next door. There's a small seating area by the pickup window, but most people seemed to take their orders to go. Our waffle took a long while to come out, but when it did, it was perfectly baked warm, crisp on the outside and that perfect chewiness on the inside, ideal for snacking as we continued exploring the fair. If you're driving, parking nearby might be a bit of a mystery, but if you're already on foot around the Bellevue Galleria, it's worth stopping in for a boba or a quick treat.

It did not come automatically, and it also was not listed as an add-on option at the kiosk. So, if you want boba, order at the front counter instead with a representative. I wish that they clarified that upfront because the visuals were misleading. The staff was not interactive. They were focused on making drinks and keeping the space clean -- which is the bare minimum -- but it did not feel welcoming at all. There was also no clarity on when orders were ready. They would just place the drinks at the front and move on without calling out numbers, or confirming which order was what. It would help a lot if they announced the order number and drink name so that customers know when to step up. There is not much seating here either. It is a pretty tight shop, but thankfully there are other good restaurants and stores nearby, if you want to hang out elsewhere. The shop is tidy and had custom Seattle / Bellevue art on the wall, which was a nice local touch. There is a very small section of seating inside, but no tables, so most customers merely just pick up their tea and go. Macu specializes in dessert drinks which sound tempting and indulgent, but all of them are "fixed", so you need to order them as-is with no customizations to the sweetness and ice levels. Since I had just finished lunch, I wanted a lighter drink and noticed their Golden Leaf Tea is a "Macu Exclusive", so I knew I had to try it. It's described as a unique variety of Oolong. You can get the Golden Leaf Tea in just its plain brewed form, in a milk tea, or as part of their Chi-Chi series, which comes topped with cheese foam. + CHI-CHI GOLDEN LEAF TEA w/ 10% sweetness & light ice ($6.00): I feel perplexed by this drink. Despite not having much of a tea flavor, I endured a little caffeine buzz a couple hours later. I am not sure if the tea itself is supposed to be more mild in flavor, but I just couldn't sense its strength. However, the drink was crisp and refreshing, with the 10% sweetness level being perfect for my taste. The cheese foam was pretty light, smooth and not too salty. As I sipped it, the foam melded gradually with the tea and took over the flavor, making it slightly creamy too. One of my companions got the RUBY GRAPEFRUIT LI-LI TEA ($6.75 + $0.75 boba) and couldn't taste the tea either. It was very grapefruit-forward, including lots of pulp from the fruit. She said the boba was nicely cooked and lightly sweetened. We ordered at the kiosk and the staff called our number in just a few minutes. It didn't take long since they just had a couple mobile orders other than ours. I am willing to give Macu another chance, but was just let down since my tea seemed quite diluted compared to other Oolong teas I've ordered elsewhere. 3.25 stars.

I've had issues with Tendon and Bobae either changing up the brand or the roast or adding too much milk on any given day. One of my gfs loves their horchata hojicha so there's that. I tasted it and it was objectively good. I wouldn't get it only because I'm not a huge fan of cinnamon, but if I were, it would be another go-to drink.

I've been here twice, once a few years ago with my cousins, and another three days ago. The people working were attentive and quick with their service. The ambiance of the place is cute, a lot of pink and green, very instagram-worthy, and I saw a few people with friends or working on their laptop so it seems like a great place vibe-wise. To expand on my matcha critique, I found the color to be a little on the green-yellow side, which isn't the end all- be all quality indicator for matcha, but I find matcha lattes that are more rich in color tend to taste better and this tasted like a matcha drink I could make with costco matcha. I've made some decent lattes with costco matcha but once I switched to the more higher quality ones, well, it sorta refined my tastes. There isn't a lot of parking, and to be fair, a lot of people who are in downtown Bellevue are parked elsewhere else and likely just meander their way to the cafe. However, if you're coming in by car, I'd suggest parking by the apartments nearby, DO NOT park at the Chase Bank lot, even if the bank itself is closed (learned my lesson...). Overall, a 3.7-3.9. Could be better. Maybe with other additives like cold foam or strawberries, the drink is better, but I'm judging based off the basic latte.
