I've had coconut cake here before, and this time I'm here to buy my birthday cake. The interior of the store was bright, and I liked the pattern on the walls. Especially the cushions of the cats were cute. I asked the staff at the store for a popular drink and ordered mango passion fruit tea. This drink had a chewy fruit and tasted delicious. Then I chose the classic cheesecake, which is said to be the most popular among Basque Cheesecake, for my birthday cake. I also bought Mille Crepe Cake (Dorian). I was looking for a place to get bubble tea that stays open late, and this was the only bubble tea shop in the Bellevue area open until 11:00pm. The availability of desserts also made us want to try it after dinner. They offer a wide range of flavors--including seasonal fruit tea, mango pomelo sago, and more. Since it was late and we wanted something light, we picked the Osmanthus Tea. We adjusted the sweetness to 50%, and it turned out really refreshing. They even shook the tea to bring out the aroma and flavor of the Osmanthus flower, making it more aromatic and unique compared to other bubble tea places. Pretty cute little place! There is a wide variety of boba and some pretty unique flavors. Their cakes and other desserts look soooo good and appealing but I haven't tried it yet. I've tried the mango snow mochi and that was pretty good and soft. It can be a little messy to eat. I had the mango avocado milk shake and the fruit tea deluxe which came in a bucket. Like the UW Ave location, the interior of this place feels mostly wooden, with many tables enough to fit any group of people, and the walls make the place feel very bright. Unlike the UW Ave location, there's actually a lot more parking options if you do decide to go here, as it shares parking with many other businesses in the surrounding area. I went here with a friend on a Friday night and grabbed a coffee milk tea with boba, and a tiramisu cake, which you order on a kiosk (along with your desired sugar and ice levels for drinks) so no input on service here. Not sure why I went all coffee flavor at night, but they were both too darn good to pass up! The coffee milk tea had a noticeable tea flavor to it while tasting like coffee. The tiramisu cake was fluffy, powdery and - best of all - not too heavily coffee and cocoa-flavored. It is a relatively small slice for the price it was worth (~$10 per slice) but boba is reasonably priced whether small (~$5) or large (~$6). OKAY THE FOOD: * Mango Sago Pomelo + Boba ; this was my order for both visits as it was the perfect drink to combat the heat wave. I had gotten it at 50% and I found it to be pretty refreshing and not super sweet at all. * Meatfloss Egg Bubble Waffle ; I was very curious as to what this food item was as I've never had meatfloss flavored egg waffle. It was pretty tasty though I did wish they added more meatfloss. *Mango Avocado Smoothie ; it was a very interesting blend and I found that the avocado was much more overpowering despite the mango puree/ chunks. I went here at opening on a Saturday and it was not busy at all. All the desserts in the cases were freshly put out and available. They have a lot of adorable themed desserts. We tried the white rabbit roll cake which was a crowd favorite and the rabbit mouse which was not so good. We also tried the snow mochi in mango and durian which melted very fast and didn't have a lot of flavor. For drinks, I got a bubble tea.. milk tea to be specific and it wasn't anything special. I would not get it again or recommend as it seemed quality of the tea was lacking as well as flavor was just missing. The staff were helpful. Although I was ignored until I figured out I needed to order on the machine even though I was standing by the register for a few minutes with one person a few feet in front of me behind the counter. First of all, this cafe has a cat theme going on in the shop and I am a big cat lover! There are super cute cat plushies throughout the cafe, along with adorable cup and bubble tea seal designs on the drinks. I got the Milk Cream Strawberry drink and my boyfriend ordered the Milk Tea with bubbles, and we also decided on the chocolate mousse dog. I thought my strawberry drink would have tea in it, but I think it was just strawberry juice with mashed strawberries and cheese foam. It wasn't bad, just not what I expected. The Milk Tea is your standard milk tea drink, and the bubbles didn't have memorable flavor, but I did really enjoy the texture (perfect balance of chew to softness). The chocolate mousse dog was very good! The mousse was a bit more gelatinous than I expected, but it was quite chocolatey without being too sweet which I can appreciate. Part of the dog in the middle was cake that was a tad bit on the drier side. The dog was super adorable and quite realistic, it surprisingly was a bit difficult for me and my boyfriend to start eating it at first because it was just too cute to eat. Only thing is that it does lean more towards the pricier side of bubble teas/cafes so keep that in mind (with our three items, we spent about $21). This was a cute place to meet my friend for a quick bubble tea. You just order from the screen and they staff make it very quickly so you don't have to wait too long. The staff were nice but there wasn't much interaction which can be a good thing. There's lots of fun comfortable seating around. Also it's easy to find parking right outside the store. We spent over $50 for 4 drinks, a strawberry mochi and two desserts. My nephew ordered a large dragonfruit smoothie and it was $13 and came out in a twist too bottle that was the size of a small bubble tea cup. He also said it didn't taste very good and had a watery consistency instead of a thick smoothie consistency. Could be from over blending or not enough ice added. We also got a small strawberry milk tea with boba which you can't mess up on, it's a classic. The pomelo sago drink and a coffee pudding milk tea. Drinks are ok but not worth the price. Man, I really wanted to like Timeless Tea since it's near where I get massages. But sadly, my first experience at Timeless Tea was likely the only time that I'd spend here, as my drink was very disappointing. I visited on a Saturday in the late morning and was the only patron inside. The place is cute, I'll give it that. If you like cats then you'll love this place as it's cat themed and they even sell cat keychains. But I should've known that was my hint to stay away since ya know, I'm a dog person. I really needed some caffeine since I already had a busy morning. When I asked the staff at the counter about which teas had more caffeine, they kept looking at each other because they had no idea. Then an employee who overheard me from the back mentioned to get the four seasons green milk tea, so I went with that suggestion. I also ordered an egg yolk pastry and a taro mille cake slice. When the drink was ready it looked so milky that I had to double check with the staff to make sure it was the four seasons green tea, which they confirmed. And unfortunately, my suspicion was correct - the tea was soooo milky that I could barely taste any tea. Even just looking at the drink you could easily tell it was too milky, which was very unfortunate since it costs more than six bucks. The food was better, but not an anchor to save this place. However, the egg yolk pastry was super dry, so I wouldn't get this again. The taro mille cake was good, but better can be found elsewhere. Plus, the cake slice was about $10, so it's pricey for what it is. Sadly, my time has run out at Timeless Tea. I found it to be a waste of money. read more

I love this tea place. I've been here multiple times and every time I come here I leave happy. The tea is not saturated with sugar and is a perfect Sweetness. Known for their acclaimed teas, bulldog mousse cake, crepe cakes and other elegant desserts, Timeless Tea is a terrific addition to the Eastside. When I visit a boba tea shop, I always ask myself if I should try something new or stick with a classic that I know I'll enjoy. This spot has a very diverse menu with some of the most creative drinks I've seen, such as Cherry Tomato Fruit Tea, Peach Gum Tea and Okra Lemon just to name a few. I wasn't feeling extremely adventurous on that day and their Milk Cream Mango ($5.00 small + $0.50 boba) seemed like a safe and tasty bet. The finished drink was nicely presented with distinct layers of foamy cream topping, bright mango tea and my addition of boba. I believe the intended way to drink this is tilting it at a 45-degree angle so that you get a bit of cream and tea in every sip. However, due to the boba, I had to use my straw and therefore stirred the cream into my tea. The cream was fairly salty and the tea tasted more like a sweet mango nectar, so mixing it all up made for a balanced drink (which honestly seemed more like a dessert to me). I wish the tea flavor itself was more prevalent, but I enjoyed it overall and would gladly order it again. The 30% sugar level was great; anything more than that would have been overwhelming for me. One person in my group got the Black Pearl Coffee Milk Tea ($5.25 large), which she wished had a more powerful coffee flavor. Another one of us got the traditional Milk Tea ($4.25 large) and it was an ideal strength. We all agreed that the boba was superb, being both the perfect amount and have that chewy texture. The staff seemed to have a good system going for preparing the drinks and kept up with demand for both delivery and walk-in customers. I also appreciated how the cashier provided her honest opinion about how a decreased sweetness level may impact the taste of the drinks. The pricing for their "pure" tea and milk teas are pretty reasonable, but the fruit teas seem a little steeper than average. They also have a selection of smoothies which look delicious. I would have tried their dragonfruit one, but changed my mind after seeing it costs over $10 for a fairly small size. As a final note, I just have to give a shout out about how sturdy their plastic cups are! Along with the typical seal covering, they also add a lid on top and place all drinks in a bag automatically. While I don't see the purpose of the seal, lid and bag altogether, it does make the drinks appear more polished. However, as aforementioned, it all comes at a price. Even with this said, I'd still return when in the area as their Milk Cream Mango is unforgettable! read more

Very refreshing and you get slices of watermelon and oranges inside the drink to enjoy when you are done! Bunny Coconut Panna Cotta: oh my gawd. Isn't this insanely cute?! It's a lightly sweetened coconut flavor with tiny chocolate eyes. The texture is slightly more solid than greek yogurt but it is still smooth and melt in your mouth. I'm a fan of the coconut flavor but my taste buds would have preferred some sort of filling inside. Pug Chocolate Mousse: The chocolate mousse is very light and creamy. I did enjoy the flavor and it wasn't overly sweet. The cake inside was light and fluffy but was much smaller than I expected it to be. I personally would have enjoyed a bit more sponge. Lotus Paste with Yolk Pastry: this is my all time go-to pastry at any Asian Bakery. It is a very flaky pastry with a sweetened and almost nutty paste; and in the center is a savory salted egg yolk.
