Neve ever going here again. Got a popcorn chicken that only came with 6 pieces and they said that's normal. Absolutely not, this is horrible

Got a taro sago milk and it was pretty good! Real taro cubes in the drink, and no purple food coloring that you typically find in artificial "taro flavored" drinks. Boba Express is located inside the food court at Crossroads. There was a line, but drinks were made quickly so there wasn't much of a wait.

The drinks here are amazing. I love the jasmine green tea. Every time I have been they have been so helpful and kind. The location is in a food court surrounded by other amazing places.

Almond Milk Tea with Boba super fast service on a hot day during a farmers market outside. No improvement possible. Crossroads Mall's premier Boba place.

I've only been here twice so far, and got the Grapefruit Green Tea both times. It's my favorite one that I always get at the other location in Factoria. I can't say much on the other drinks and flavors here, but I do like the Grapefruit Green Tea because they put actual grapefruit in it. Although it doesn't say you can adjust sugar level (I've never asked), the Grapefruit Green Tea actually isn't too sweet. Not sure if I'll ever feel the need to try other flavors, but I know I'll be happy with my usual.

I stumbled upon Boba Express while out running errands and thought I'd give it a try. It's located inside Crossroads mall and gives hole-in-wall energy. The first thing I noticed was that the glass was covered in posters, so it was hard to see inside. There was a window area where I could place my order with a menu hanging behind. I ordered a small fruit smoothie and added boba and the total came out to $5.50, which seems overpriced for a size small, but I have to say it was really tasty. The fruit smoothie was the perfect sweetness and the boba was delicious, however it took up a big portion of my smoothie. I almost wish I got more of the fruit smoothie and a little less boba. Overall I might return if I'm in the area again, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way.

I didn't purchase any food today, but it does look good. The service was great. The ambiance is a Boba Milk Tea shop inside a Mall.

3 1/2 stars, to be fair. This is a very generic bubble tea spot, conveniently located in crossroads mall. It looks quite run down and a bit dirty, if I'm honest. But the ladies seemed to follow proper food handling guidelines, so I think it is more just the general vibe of the store. I asked for water and because they were out of cups I agreed to pay .75 for a bubble tea cup. It was cute. My taro bubble tea with tapioca tasted good and the tapioca was cooked well. The texture that is expected. Although there were quite a few random tiny balls mixed in (like the size of nerds candies) so that was strange. But no complaint here. Hubby got a peach smoothie and it tasted good, but was not mixed together well so there were sips of pure peach sugary-ness. I wouldn't go out of my way to come here but I would get it again if I were in the neighborhood.

Looks unimpressive, customer service could use some work, but they are fast, the bubble tea taste is great and it's super convenient. Fast, reasonably priced, and delicious gets 5 stars from me. Don't judge the book by it's cover when looking at this place for bubble tea. They are super quick which is wonderful when I'm (or anyone) is in a hurry. I've been here maybe 7? Times and they have almost always made my drink in less than 4 minutes. Excellent flavor every time too.

It's nice here. Sometimes it's poppin' and sometimes it's super slow. They have a good standard selection even dairy free and flavored smoothies. Small food options, prices have always been rising but even so I still pay $6 for a drink. (With all the toppings and boba of course) service could improve but it's meant for a chill environment

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #99…read more Moge Tee is a chain from Mainland China that also has a couple of locations in Michigan which I've visited and mostly enjoyed. They have a bit higher quality tea than most boba shops that came before them, but have since been overshadowed. This particular location is inside the Nan Noodle restaurant, making it a convenient place to order from while slurping on noodles. They have a kiosk for ordering near the front door. When we visited, there was only one worker who was cranking out a huge order of drinks (I'm talking 20+ drinks). Unfortunately we were behind that large order so it took over 30 minutes before our drink was ready. Dahongpao Bubble Milk Tea, Large, 50% Sugar, 50% Ice ($7) - The taste of the milk tea first starts out very nutty, a bit roasty, and quite sweet (distinct and separate from the sweetener). It then descends into something that's almost a little stale and tastes mildly of rancid fat. I feel like there's a chance that the creamer they used in the drink is old and/or on the cusp of going bad. It's not a super strong taste, but it's there, giving the drink an unpleasant aftertaste. The boba is very good however. Golden pearls, smaller than average boba with great chew and bounce. They are soaked for a while in sugar solution, giving them a sweet taste that penetrates the top layer of the boba. Due to the soak, some of the boba sticks together into larger balls, and the exteriors have a softer velvety layer rather than being smooth. Milk Tea Rating: 1/5 Boba Rating: 4.5/5 I have to assume that their drinks don't normally taste rancid... Maybe something was just wrong with my taste buds that day? Then again, given my disappointment, I visited another boba shop right after and that one tasted fine. Note: My rating of 3 is because the boba and milk tea have equal weighting. The boba is very good while the milk tea is terrible due entirely to the rancid/stale aftertaste. Bathrooms - Two larger ones, shared with Nan Noodles.

The cafe has tons of mango decorations inside so it is pretty cute, although there are many mango boxes around the store. That's how you know it is fresh! The mango romance with the trio of their best sellers is always a good starting point for first-timers. My favorite thing to get is the jumbo chewy rice ball, mango coconut jelly, and mango mochi. - The chewy rice ball is served with fresh, pureed mango and it is perfect for a hot day if you are planning to sit at the restaurant. I love to get the mango coconut jelly to-go. - The coconut jelly is creamy and plentiful, topped with sweet mango chunks, agar pearls, and the chewy rice balls. SO good and underrated in my opinion. - The mango mochi features a chilled mango chunk wrapped in soft, stretchy mochi and covered in coconut flakes. Also a great snack and everyone who has tried it has loved it! - I've also tried the curry fish balls. They are a good savory snack, nice curry flavor, and an enjoyable bouncy texture. Hui Lau Shan will always be my favorite dessert spot - especially in the summer. Any mango fans have to come by!

I thought I'd give this chain a try and I was very disappointed. Parking: mall garage, free. Atmosphere: no seating, long lines for ordering, waiting for your order to be completed is longer than waiting in the line (I presume it is because they fill mobile orders at the same time). Menu: posted on the back wall above the register, also a smaller menu at the beginning of the ribbon divider. Service: order and pay at the front, wait for your order to be announced, grab your own straw. Mango Sago Smoothie: I requested 30% sweetness and it was still very sweet but that wasn't the worst part--it wasn't until I reach the bottom of the cup that I saw the sago was nothing but two large coagulated clumps. It was clearly poorly made and not fresh. The mango tasted mediocre and was nothing to write home about. The boba was also very unevenly cooked and was mushy on the outside and rubbery/hard inside. I noticed this on the first sip and wasn't going to stand back in the 10 minute queue to get it remade.
