The person at the counter was very nice and helpful. She was able to recommend a variety of options from different categories. The tea was also nice and refreshing, and I love that they use real fruit! The have an assortment of toppings as well that aren't always common, such as mango and lychee popping boba and mango crystal boba. Would come back again!

Was in the area and wanted bubble tea, and this popped up as the closest. So, came here and I was wanting fries, but they were out. We got the Grapefruit Jasmine Green Tea, Kiwi Fruit Tea, and Orange Creamsicle, and they were all good. The boba texture was a but too soft, but it was still okay. I got the fruit teas at 25% sugar, but the Kiwi Fruit Tea did seem still too sweet for being 25%. I will try more flavors if I'm in the area.

So, as a stereotypical boba Thai milk tea orderer, I came in looking for something less rich and sweet. After talking with the GENIUS at the counter to help me narrow down to the perfect drink, I went with her recommendation and got a Grapefruit Green Tea (50% sweet = 0.6 ounces of cane sugar) with the addition of Aloe to neutralize some of the bitterness of the grapefruit. AMAZING is all I have to say! Great addition to the neighborhood - have found my new refreshing drink order! (and it's pretty with a fresh slice of grapefruit)

So I have been to BBK tea multiple times and have alhad different reactions every time. First of all the fruit teas and the milk drinks on the menu that aren't fresh milk have a flowery after taste which I do not recommend. Personally, the best drink there is the Srawberry fresh milk with boba which tastes so amazing. Honestly anything in their menu which is fresh milk is amazing. Lastly, their popcorn chicken and regular fries are also delicious. :)

Great tea flavor! Fruit teas are so refreshing... and they use real fruit. They also use nondairy creamer for their milk teas which is awesome for lactose intolerant folks! One of my favorite spots in the Sammamish-Issaquah area. Better than the chains. Support local!

Kiwi fruit tea - so refreshing!

Hands down best new boba shop in the area! All of the drinks are delicious and made with fresh ingredients. Their cloud is delicious, I recommend adding it to their smoothies and milk teas! Their snacks are also to die for - best sweet potato fries I've ever had. The service is amazing and you can tell they put lots of thought into the cute store and their customers. Will definitely be back!

You will look around spending about ~$7.50 or more for boba/tea. 30% still too sweet for me (note to self). Parking isnt' the easiest.

The…read moreinterior features a cherry blossom theme and they also offer adorable merchandise like greeting cards and little trinkets. I've visited twice so far and both times, I was able to order right away at one of their two kiosks. I can imagine kids hanging out here on weekdays after the nearby high school is dismissed, but when I went in the early afternoon and on the weekend, it was a quick stop in and out. I've really only interacted with the one employee at the counter who makes the drinks, but he was welcoming and helpful, answering a couple questions I had with a smile. + HOUSE SPECIAL MILK TEA ($6.75): The menu describes this as having "special sweetener and rich tea taste", made with black tea, condensed milk and evaporated milk. The employee said most people will order it with boba or lychee jelly, but I opted for it without toppings and at 25% sweetness. For me, the 25% was just right, and I don't think I could tolerate a higher level. I believe this is their version of a Hong Kong Style milk tea and while the flavor was fine, the tea seemed diluted and didn't have that richness as advertised. + PINEAPPLE GREEN TEA ($5.55 special* + $1.00 cheese foam): This was quite refreshing and crisp, but even at just 25% sweetness, it was on the sugary side, considering it also had pineapple pulp on the bottom, so the natural sweetness of the fruit came though. Again, the tea flavor was weaker than I would have liked, but very pineapple-forward. I enjoyed their cheese foam which was velvety, balanced between milky and salty notes, and had a flavor similar to marshmallow. All toppings (boba, sago, pudding, etc.) are $1.00 which is on the steeper side compared to other tea shops. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program where you can earn "bubbles" for each drink purchased. Keep in mind that it doesn't automatically track when you enter your phone number... you actually need to take an extra step to opt in and sign up. *They have monthly specials where a couple drinks from their existing menu are offered at 15% off, like the Pineapple Green Tea I got at the discounted price. I am up for trying Tea Talk again, but with hopes that I'll be able to actually taste more of the tea next time. 3.25 stars.

There were too many I wanted to try, so I ordered three: Fragrant Apple Fruit Tea (which came with aloe), Kiwi Iced Tea (added aloe), and Peach Grapefruit Green Tea (added boba). I also ordered a Hong Kong Style Lemon Tea for the bf. Everything was flavorful, fruity, and refreshing. Besides the Apple Fruit Tea, they all had fruit pulp or fruit bits. The texture of the boba was good. I did 25% sugar on my drinks, and it was perfect. Would order from here again.

Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #95…read more I loved the Rabbit Rabbit Tea in LQA from my very first visit. It firmly sits at my #2 favorite boba shop out of the 91 places I've visited in and around Seattle. I found out that they had another location in Issaquah and I made it a point to visit after hiking in the area over the weekend. This particular location shares a storefront with a Taiwanese restaurant, One N Half Lab, which I will definitely have to try in the future. This means there's plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax while sipping on drinks. Ordering is simple on the kiosk right in front, and unlike many other boba shops in the area, employees are available for questions. Iron Buddha Thick Milk Tea, 50% Sugar, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($6.90) - We were told that the "thick milk tea" is much richer than the normal milk tea due to the addition of cheese foam in the drink. That's pretty accurate. This drink is extremely luscious and rich, but the problem with cheese foam is that it completely takes over the entire drink, making it taste like the stinky and salty cheese. That's why it's usually used as a topping rather than being mixed in from the start. The delicate Iron Buddha flavors are unfortunately completely obliterated here. Thirty percent ice isn't quite enough to completely cool down the drink, although it's almost there. Unlike the Rabbit Rabbit in Seattle, this location doesn't offer honey boba and instead only has either regular boba or brown sugar. For this drink we went with the regular, which is definitely on the softer end of things, with a soft velvety exterior but an interior that's nice to chew on. It's definitely from a long soak in a sugar solution, making the pearls quite sweet. It's not too soft to be unlikable. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea, 25% Sugar, 30% Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.45) - I usually love drinking true teas only (as opposed to tisanes), but i make an exception for buckwheat. The buckwheat tea that Rabbit Rabbit serves is exceptional. It's smooth, rich, nutty and toasty in flavor with the right thickness from the addition of creamer that doesn't overwhelm the flavor. I typically find that Rabbit Rabbit's brown sugar boba is sweeter than honey or regular boba, so I get the drink less sweet, in this case 25% sugar. It adds up to about the same sweetness level as 50% with the other boba types. The brown sugar boba is very soft, much more so than the normal boba with an exterior being almost too soft, approaching mushy, but somehow also has a bit of a grainy feel on the tongue. It doesn't feel great on the tongue but is fine to chew through. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 3/5 Unfortunately I don't think this Rabbit Rabbit is nearly as good as the one in Queen Anne. It's still probably a good choice for Issaquah, and considering that they serve some really delicious looking Taiwanese food, I'd certainly return. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

Have tried their buckwheat tea, their strawberry buckwheat tea, and original milk tea on three seperate occasions, and it's delicious every time! The signature fruit tea is very generous with the fruit slices and you can buy it as a combo with food! The spicy noodles was cooked throughout and the beef was soft and moist. The braised pork over rice was a comforting flavor. cashier and server was the same person, and all the food + drink came out timey and hot! Went during an after school crowd so there were some people sitting in and standing in line at the self-order screens, but aside from the regular pop music playing from speakers overhead, the noise level is normal. I'm definitely coming back here to try other things on their menu when I'm craving a snack!

The area was smaller than expected, but clean with a limited selection of bakeries and lots of cake slices. I was surprised to see how expensive the cakes were, even some of my favorite breads like the coconut cream were closer to $4 each! Unfortunately, given the current economy, I believe this is now the standard cost of dessert breads. I got two breads and one drink! The green tea bun was great- there was a generous amount of filling, and the combo of mochi with cream was very satisfying. The pineapple bun was also delicious, I loved that there was filling inside which kind of reminded me of a cocktail bun/custard bun. Both breads had the standard Asian bakery texture that I love- soft, chewy, and not too sweet or dense. The milk tea flavor was a great combo, though I found the drink to be pretty sweet at 50%. Of the two pastries, the green tea is my favorite! Overall, the bakery tasted as good as I remembered. However, given its prices, I don't see myself coming back often.

Each of us ordered a slice of crepe cake, which felt like a perfect way to end the night. Out of the seven slices, my husband's slice was still frozen in the middle. I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate. You didn't just refuse to replace a frozen slice of cake--you lost seven customers over the way you handled it. We will not be coming back.

Located in a strip mall in mainstream Sammamish, about halfway between Trader Joe's and Safeway,…read morethe small frontage shop turns a steady business as witnessed by the constant flow of takeout on an early Friday evening. We were looking for something simple, and I'm trying to see what's decent in Sammamish proper. Thai Trio seems to be a good takeout option, but dining in is more suitable for a 'street-style' encounter they promote instead of a planned night out: there's only like 5 tables inside serviced by metal backless stacking stools, and it would be tight for a 3-person or more party at a table. The menu is simple with limited range: proper for a strip mall t/o function. I found it interesting that the 'about us' feature on the TT web page discussed having a huge success with the Swimming Rama dish, yet it wasn't offered locally, only in their Thailand roots. I ordered the Drunken Noodles $18, and later added Fried Wontons appetizer $9 shortly after the order was already in process. The noodles arrived after a proper delay (not fast, but not slow either), and the wontons appeared a few minutes following, which was good since my wife's order didn't arrive until after these. The wontons were crisp and hot, about 5 or 6 pieces, with a small cup of sweet and sour dipping sauce. Good, but forgettable. My noodles were accompanied by a decent sized serving of pork, and lesser of spinach and other veggies, in a proper amount of sauce. Tasty and matching the medium spiciness ordered, but also forgettable. I left with a full belly. Wife ordered Penang Curry $17, which arrived last. It was a bowl of sauce with chicken in it, with a side bowl of rice, and wife commented that it was devoid of other ingredients: no veggies (maybe there were some, but you'd have to dig around to find them). She commented 'average'. We wanted a simple jasmine tea, and what was probably their strongest offering was the drinks: I watch the one counter person make drink after drink, and they had a fancy label machine that heat-sealed a plastic film over the top. We were expecting hot but a cold beverage arrived $7 ea, and the surprise was pleasant, possibly the high point of the meal. The served greeted us promptly and came for our order timely, but the offered water didn't arrive until after all the food arrived, and with the tea drink. That and the random timing of the dishes sends the message it's best as takeout. And watching the queue of orders going out the door and people stacked up waiting, you're best to order in advance and pick up later: it's not fast food (which they did not claim, either). Prices bordered on being expensive, given a mall facing and lack of a proper dining room. As we were looking for a bigger dining experience and this was not a good match (our fault), it's unlikely we'd return since there are a few others more in line with what we were looking for as an experience.
