I was so happy to have tried this place. I dont live nearby but was in the area and stopped by for dinner. We were greeted by very friendly staff and they recommended to us their favorites. I got the Pad Thai and a Tom Yum soup. This might be one of the first times Ive had thai which reminded me of the flavors in Thailand and not adjusted for American taste. I was so impressed I plan to come back again just to get this type of flavor again. The shop has plenty of table seating for 2. its located in a plaza so plenty of parking.

Stopped by here for a lunch on a sunny Saturday. The restaurant itself is small and has limited seating, but we managed to get a seat as it wasn't too busy when we went. Overall vibe nice! Very Thai-themed with really nice decor. It was also very clean, including the bathroom. Service was great. Our server was very friendly. Soft spoken, but very kind nonetheless. Even offered to bag our leftovers when she saw me struggling a bit to carry out lol. We ordered the tom yum soup with tofu, pad Thai, pork leg, and Thai tea. The Thai tea was good and refreshing, but a little too much ice. Pad Thai was pretty good too, but I've had better. But not bad at all. The pork leg was also good. But my favorite was the tom yum. Hands down my favorite dish there and the best tom yum I've ever had at a restaurant.

I've gotten takeout here several times. At times can get and crowded. Staff is always extremely friendly with a smile on their face. As far as the food, I typically get the pad see ew. I really love a mango sticky rice and the great thing that seems to be available all year. I've also had the panang curry and the wontons. The food is on the better side of your average Thai spot. If you're in town, it's worth a try!

Picked up the chicken pad Thai and panang curry for lunch on a Sunday! The pad Thai was really good, 4.5/5! It had great flavor and the chicken was cooked super well! The panang curry was alright, the chicken in it was not as good as the chicken in the pad thai. If you're looking for a great pad thai this is a good place!

We were camping nearby in Fall Creek and came into Sammamish for groceries and to grab a quick dinner. We spotted nice stars for Thai Trio and decided to give it a try. It's a pretty small place with only a few tables, so they seem to do a lot of take out orders. We were seated and given menus, and our order was quickly taken. Not having been there before, our server warned us that they tend to run on the spicier side, so we went with spice level 2 instead of our usual 3. It was a great decision! Our Drunken noodles with pork were perfectly seasoned - just enough spice to enhance the flavor without burning my eyebrows! We also ordered the Thai chicken wings which had a nice dry rub seasoning, were plump and moist. Both dishes were amazing! I'm sorry we don't live in the area because this would be our favorite go-to for Thai food. Prices on menus seemed high for a semi-fast food place, but once we received our generous serving of delicious food, we decided it was a bargain!

I think this thai place is as good as other thai food in pacific northwest. I has chicken pad kra pao wigh 4 stars. She warned me it would be spicy and it sure was. I handle spices well but it was pretty spicy as she described. The only reason I give 3 stars is because the food is pretty oily and greasy. Pad kra pao should be more dry and fluffy not soaked into oil.

This is located in a strip mall so plenty of parking available. There's limited seating inside, as they primarily do takeout/delivery. I've ordered the pad Thai and fried rice with chicken - both were cooked well and fresh, the portion sizes and spice levels are sometimes inconsistent, but still delicious (just sometimes a little spicier than I like!). This is definitely one of the best Thai places in the area!

I love this Thai restaurant! Pat & Brian are the best owners who go out of their way to satisfy all their customers. I'm always happy to relish their tasties.

This is the newest Thai restaurant in the Sammamish area located within the Safeway shopping plaza. The city has been missing a Thai place for years, so I've been really excited to try it out. Currently, they only offer takeout which has been the case ever since they opened months ago. Compared to other Thai restaurants, the menu here is on the smaller side, but they do have some variety between noodles, meat dishes, appetizers and one curry. The four of us shared four dishes which was more than enough. We ended up having some leftovers of each one. + THAI BBQ PORK ($15.95): The pork had a delicious grilled flavor and slight sweetness from the marinade, but was unfortunately a little dry. It came with some raw carrot and cucumber slices, tamarind sauce for dipping and a container of sticky rice. Even though the rice came wrapped in foil to keep it warm, it was pretty hard and very chewy. Keep in mind that this takes up to 15 minutes of prep time since they grill each piece to order. + DRUNKARD'S NOODLE w/ CHICKEN ($15.95): My favorite dish of the night! This is basically their rendition of Pad Kee Mao. We got this with wide rice noodles, but alternatively, you can also order it with spaghetti noodles. It had a medley of vegetables... bell peppers, baby corn, onion, Thai basil and Chinese broccoli. The chicken was cooked well and there was a reasonable serving of it. Despite being mild, the sauce had a good amount of spice and was savory. + PAD SEE EIW w/ PORK ($17.95): As a contrast to the other noodle dish, this had a sweeter sauce and was not spicy at all. The pork was pretty tender and I liked how this came with Chinese broccoli rather than regular broccoli like I've had at other restaurants. + THAI CHICKEN RICE ($19.95 large): If you enjoy ginger, this is the perfect item for you. I am not a huge fan of ginger, but one of my dining companions loves it. The poached chicken itself was super tender and it came with a fragrant ginger sauce to put on top. It also came with a side of rice, chicken broth to pour over it, and thick cucumber slices. Even the broth seemed to have a hint of ginger in addition to large chunks of what appeared to be wintermelon. I didn't pick up the food that evening, but a couple of my companions said the staff was very friendly! There were other customers ordering food as well, but our items were all ready within reasonable time. I'd go back again to continue eating my way through their menu! They also have a tempting selection of teas and non-caffeinated drinks that would perfectly accompany a spicy dish.

Amazing, delicious, I'm completely blown away and loving this new thai place! The owner was our cashier who helped us with our order and is super nice. He will explain all the details about the food with a big smile on his face. The kitchen behind him is so extremely clean, I am pleasantly shocked. I got a variety of takeout, so the scent of the fried chicken tantalized me the entire way home. It tasted amazing, fried perfectly with thin crispy skin, a good mix of wings, and it was still juicy inside! It came with peanuts on the side, with sauce (also on the side) and wrapped nicely in a box that traveled well. Next on our takeout platter was the fried tofu. Again, thin crunchy skin with generous sauce on the side. Absolutely love this appetizer. I looked everywhere for tofu fried like this, and this is the place to get it. I dipped that tofu into the penang curry, which tasted heavenly because there was also slow-cooked, moist, soft, delicate chicken in that curry. The rice came on the side and that was also very nice. Lastly, there was the platter of grilled pork which really hit the spot--with the char-grilled taste of street food that is so nostalgic, that plate vanished first. The sticky rice that came with it was also heavenly. Got a milk tea to cool off on this hot day, and the boba is nice and chewy, and the (premium thai trio milk tea) was the flavor I chose, which had a lovely, full-bodied taste with adjustable ice and sweetness level. I am definitely coming back here again to try everything on their menu. Everything!!!!!!! Please stop by and give this small local business your support!

Where my Thai iced tea lovers at ? This place serves delicious Thai iced true to taste as what I drank on the streets of Bangkom. If nothing else I will recommend this place for the Thai iced tea alone. Spanking new place, friendly service and do I need to say the location ? Just grab and go on your normal grocery runs. Looking forward to how the owners develop their menu and wishing them the best!

I've visited twice so far and both times, I was able to order right away at one of their two kiosks. I can imagine kids hanging out here on weekdays after the nearby high school is dismissed, but when I went in the early afternoon and on the weekend, it was a quick stop in and out. I've really only interacted with the one employee at the counter who makes the drinks, but he was welcoming and helpful, answering a couple questions I had with a smile. + HOUSE SPECIAL MILK TEA ($6.75): The menu describes this as having "special sweetener and rich tea taste", made with black tea, condensed milk and evaporated milk. The employee said most people will order it with boba or lychee jelly, but I opted for it without toppings and at 25% sweetness. For me, the 25% was just right, and I don't think I could tolerate a higher level. I believe this is their version of a Hong Kong Style milk tea and while the flavor was fine, the tea seemed diluted and didn't have that richness as advertised. + PINEAPPLE GREEN TEA ($5.55 special* + $1.00 cheese foam): This was quite refreshing and crisp, but even at just 25% sweetness, it was on the sugary side, considering it also had pineapple pulp on the bottom, so the natural sweetness of the fruit came though. Again, the tea flavor was weaker than I would have liked, but very pineapple-forward. I enjoyed their cheese foam which was velvety, balanced between milky and salty notes, and had a flavor similar to marshmallow. All toppings (boba, sago, pudding, etc.) are $1.00 which is on the steeper side compared to other tea shops. Don't forget to sign up for their rewards program where you can earn "bubbles" for each drink purchased. Keep in mind that it doesn't automatically track when you enter your phone number... you actually need to take an extra step to opt in and sign up. *They have monthly specials where a couple drinks from their existing menu are offered at 15% off, like the Pineapple Green Tea I got at the discounted price. I am up for trying Tea Talk again, but with hopes that I'll be able to actually taste more of the tea next time. 3.25 stars.

The green tea bun was great- there was a generous amount of filling, and the combo of mochi with cream was very satisfying. The pineapple bun was also delicious, I loved that there was filling inside which kind of reminded me of a cocktail bun/custard bun. Both breads had the standard Asian bakery texture that I love- soft, chewy, and not too sweet or dense. The milk tea flavor was a great combo, though I found the drink to be pretty sweet at 50%. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #95…read more I loved the Rabbit Rabbit Tea in LQA from my very first visit. It firmly sits at my #2 favorite boba shop out of the 91 places I've visited in and around Seattle. I found out that they had another location in Issaquah and I made it a point to visit after hiking in the area over the weekend. This particular location shares a storefront with a Taiwanese restaurant, One N Half Lab, which I will definitely have to try in the future. This means there's plenty of seating, making it a great place to relax while sipping on drinks. Ordering is simple on the kiosk right in front, and unlike many other boba shops in the area, employees are available for questions. Iron Buddha Thick Milk Tea, 50% Sugar, 30% Ice w/ Boba ($6.90) - We were told that the "thick milk tea" is much richer than the normal milk tea due to the addition of cheese foam in the drink. That's pretty accurate. This drink is extremely luscious and rich, but the problem with cheese foam is that it completely takes over the entire drink, making it taste like the stinky and salty cheese. That's why it's usually used as a topping rather than being mixed in from the start. The delicate Iron Buddha flavors are unfortunately completely obliterated here. Thirty percent ice isn't quite enough to completely cool down the drink, although it's almost there. Unlike the Rabbit Rabbit in Seattle, this location doesn't offer honey boba and instead only has either regular boba or brown sugar. For this drink we went with the regular, which is definitely on the softer end of things, with a soft velvety exterior but an interior that's nice to chew on. It's definitely from a long soak in a sugar solution, making the pearls quite sweet. It's not too soft to be unlikable. Milk Tea Rating: 3/5 Boba Rating: 3.5/5 Japanese Buckwheat Milk Tea, 25% Sugar, 30% Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.45) - I usually love drinking true teas only (as opposed to tisanes), but i make an exception for buckwheat. The buckwheat tea that Rabbit Rabbit serves is exceptional. It's smooth, rich, nutty and toasty in flavor with the right thickness from the addition of creamer that doesn't overwhelm the flavor. I typically find that Rabbit Rabbit's brown sugar boba is sweeter than honey or regular boba, so I get the drink less sweet, in this case 25% sugar. It adds up to about the same sweetness level as 50% with the other boba types. The brown sugar boba is very soft, much more so than the normal boba with an exterior being almost too soft, approaching mushy, but somehow also has a bit of a grainy feel on the tongue. It doesn't feel great on the tongue but is fine to chew through. Milk Tea Rating: 5/5 Boba Rating: 3/5 Unfortunately I don't think this Rabbit Rabbit is nearly as good as the one in Queen Anne. It's still probably a good choice for Issaquah, and considering that they serve some really delicious looking Taiwanese food, I'd certainly return. Bathrooms - Single unisex room

Went during an after school crowd so there were some people sitting in and standing in line at the self-order screens, but aside from the regular pop music playing from speakers overhead, the noise level is normal. I'm definitely coming back here to try other things on their menu when I'm craving a snack!

I walked up to the counter where two young guys were working and politely asked if we could get a different slice, since everyone else was already seated and eating. Instead of acknowledging me, they immediately started speaking Chinese to each other without even a simple "one moment" or any indication they were discussing the issue, so I eventually just walked back to our table. About five minutes later, after they had apparently consulted with a woman in the back, one of the guys finally came over and told us they would not exchange the slice because my husband had already tried it. We were all just sitting there, honestly dumbfounded. A basic level of customer service would have been to apologize and swap one slice of cake, especially when you have a whole group there to celebrate. You didn't just refuse to replace a frozen slice of cake--you lost seven customers over the way you handled it. We will not be coming back.

I like that they offer seasonal flavors and on my last visit, I tried their sweet potato one that was their seasonal fall flavor and it was excellent. The drinks are maybe a little on the pricey side, but I enjoy the proper unique flavors and that their drinks are made well. If you ever find yourself in Issaquah and wanting some boba, this is the place to go!! There really aren't a lot of other places to go honestly. I like that I don't feel like I'm settling by coming here.

Bobae Coffee & Tea is a popular spot for boba, treats and all things sweet in the Seattle area…read more Like its Kirkland location, this Issaquah one offers all the yummy favorites and their seasonal donuts, which are a must when they're available. Located in a small business strip in Issaquah across from the Gilman Village, parking is easy to find in the lot, but it can be limited with the space and other businesses around. Inside, the shop is very cute, with pastel decore, velvet seats and tables, and plenty of places for photo ops. I ordered the ube matcha latte and the seasonal pandan donut, which were both good. I love ube, so was glad to know that they make their own ube flavoring here, which was the best part of the drink. I also liked the pandan donut, but it was very sweet and rich. The menu offers a lot to choose from, with different drinks and treats, including those you can see in the case, such as the ube cookie, ube basque cheesecake, etc. Glad to know Bobae has another spot on the Eastside, making it easy for me to get to.
