Not sure, but there's only a couple tables with chairs inside so it's more ideal for one-on-one or 3-person hangouts. Menu has milk tea, smoothie, oolong and slush offerings and they also have takoyaki. I got their oolong tea with sea salt cream and added grass jelly as a topping, I got this at 50% for both ice levels and sweetness, and even that didn't really help with making the drink as great it should be. Salted cheese was really heavy in taste, and tea wasn't the best quality despite being very strong. Grass jelly wasn't satisfying to chew either, it was a little harder than what I would have liked. Not my go-to place, though it did catch my eye since I've already been to its other location in Renton. Good for quick milk tea, but not likely to come back.

Caveats I would call out is that they lean towards less sweet drinks, if you're someone who enjoys sweeter fruit teas I'd definitely recommend 70% or 100% sugar. I also think they raise their "roasted oat" milk tea up on a pedestal too much, its not good. I've had friends come to Teazzi and get that because Teazzi boasts it as their "signature", and come away very disappointed. GET. THEIR. FRUIT. TEAS. Peach Green Milk Tea and the Mango Green Tea Fusion are my go-to's, they are so refreshing!!!! If Teazzi marketed themselves as a fruit tea place I think they'd go so far.

I read the reviews saying that the service was slow, so I did not go until a few minutes before the promised time. Nobody was waiting. As soon as I arrived, the staff brought out my order with a smile and told me that the order had been ready for a while and that they were worried that the food would be too cold if I had come late. There's no slow service for me. The food was well packaged. I ordered pop corn chicken, fried bun with condensed milk, and earl grey milk tea. All tasted great. The fried buns with condensed milk was a bit interesting and different from those sold in other places. When I opened the box, I didn't see condensed milk. Normally, in other place, you will get a small container of condensed milk as dipping sauce. I didn't see that. My first reaction was, "Ugh! I might need to go back to ask for it." However, when I looked carefully, I realized that the buns were slightly coated with condensed milk. I tried a bite and it was good. To my surprised, the buns were still crispy even with coated condensed milk. Also, the amount of coating was just perfect for the sweetness. I didn't eat in the store, so I really couldn't comment. However, based on what I saw on a Friday afternoon, it wasn't crowded at all. There were a few customers sitting there. Nobody was waiting. The store looked clean and well organized. It is always consistent. Service is like all the other food vendors in the mall. They do not smile and you are lucky if they even great you. They seem to be there to do the minimum and collect their paycheck. But so many places seem like that these days. Not sure you would have a different experience at another place. Ambiance...well, it is a food court. They do a pretty good job of keeping it cleaned up with clean tables and free of garbage. I would say, get it to go and enjoy it somewhere nicer. After discovering them last year, all summer I've been stopping by here just to see what new drinks they have! Super worth the drive over to explore their menu, and the drinks always come out fast, the self order pad is easy to use (or the cashier is friendly and helpful as usual) and the cafe is always clean and comfy. Love hanging out here for a good 20 min to enjoy my drink and have a chat with a friend. One of my top favorite boba places in the area and I don't say that lightly !!

We booked a trip down over a recent weekend to give this new shop a try. The interior is nice, modern, and warm, and I was happy to see them doing brisk business in the afternoon. Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Light Ice w/ Brown Sugar Boba ($6.45 + $1.65) - The drink is exceptionally rich and creamy, almost too much so - it's really filling, probably to an unhealthy caloric degree! The tea is quite fragrant, giving off a deep earthy flavor, which is enhanced by the brown sugar soak from the boba being scooped in. It's a really nice flavor. The brown sugar boba is probably the most expensive boba addon I've ever seen at $1.65, but it's excellent and given in enough quantity to feel worth the additional cost. It has a thick velvety soft layer on the outside due to the soak, which also flavors the boba until minerally and sweet. While the boba compresses easily, it gives plenty of bounce and is a joy to chew on. Next time I visit, I really need to compare the brown sugar boba vs. their normal boba. To scale to that size you have to be efficient and tea panda is just that. The interior here is the definition of sterile industrial efficiency. There are some nice panda themed decorations, high top tables, and even free Wi-Fi. But there is zero seating and really no ambience. You order at a kiosk and workers efficiently assemble your drink on the assembly line. Under normal operations, they don't have to interact with customers at all. You come in, get your drink, and go. You could stick around, but you'll be standing at a high top table. The drinks use very high-quality ingredients and they taste pretty good. But a lot of Boba places have really good drinks nowadays so the competition is fierce. So it's another quiver of Boba to add to the arsenal and it might just come down to location and personal preference if you decide to come here over another nearby shop.

Parking situation is hit-or-miss as the most convenient street parking spots are found along 121st Ave NE where this place is located, or on NE District Way which is far worse in terms of parking luck. Luckily, parking gods were on my side for both instances as they opened 121st Ave NE for me! As mentioned, WALK SLOWLY and don't trip on the first step getting inside here. Past that, you're greeted by a strong aromatic tea scent, followed by the same 1950's style display that the Lynnwood location has, along with green walls, window seating with lights and foliage hanging around, and two or so kiosks to place your orders. As with their Lynnwood location, Hechalou has milk tea drinks that have their signature tea jellies, all of which are awesome choices as topping whether you plan to get sleep tonight or not; they're strong! For both visits, I got nearly the same thing: their milk tea with yin-yang jelly at 30% sweetness and ice levels. I just got different milk tea bases for each: one with their house blend like at the Lynnwood location, and the other with their osmanthus oolong blend. The big difference is the taste of the tea base in my opinion, as the osmanthus oolong ended up being my personal favorite over the house blend. Both are solid choices, but the osmanthus oolong provides an extra floral aftertaste that the house blend only touches the surface of. Either one seems to have enough caffeine to keep you awake for several more hours, but the osmanthus oolong adds mellow tea upon mellow tea especially if you pair it with their tea jelly. As with the Lynnwood location, they provide both sesame and almond jelly for their yin-yang drink, both of which are firm enough to be harder than doufuhua (sweet tofu) yet still function like grass jelly that your straw can break easily. Lynnwood's far to drive to in most cases, so I'm happy they got to open one up here, even if parking is doubly hard to snag. This goes without saying since I've been here twice already, but I'd come back here again and again.
