    - delicious egg waffles, outrageous price - I had a REALLY difficult time walking into this place, not because it's always empty but because the price of that egg waffle they are advertising outside.... It is $15.99. For someone who could occasionally get regular egg waffles for around $3 with coupons, it is difficult to justify the price. I was thinking about trying it once for the sake of writing a review though, or at least before it's closes since it really can't survive here. The other day, I passed by here with my husband and we decided to go in to check the price. They actually have a egg waffle with a price that's more reasonable.. around $12. The $15.99 one combines the pineapple bun and the egg custard, whereas the $12 one only has the pineapple bun stuff on top. We chose that and it was ready shortly as they had no business at that time. There were people going in to check it out but most of them left without buying anything. The pineapple bun egg waffle was super crispy and delicious. However, it is a bit overwhelmingly crunchy. If you like crunchy things, this is for you. It is more work to make, but the price point is still too high at $12. We would gladly pay $10 for it, but not $12. The cream that comes with it is salty and sweet.. sort of like the salty creama that you get on top of bubble tea drinks but slightly more solid. Hence it is high calories, and mostly cream cheese. Even though we enjoyed the food, it's hard for me to see them attracting people to become regulars to survive this mall at that price point. They should change to offer regular egg waffles at a much lower price point if they want to survive here long time. But then hey, maybe they are secretly doing well? Who knows xD. In the end, the question comes down to.. is the

Food - got the egg waffles with the pineapple bun topping. you can also get the custard inside which i thought would have been too rich, but regretted not adding later. it waffle comes with a dipping sauce thats kind of like a fluffed whipped cream. Service - takes some time for the waffles to be made, but not too long. Ambiance - no seating in the actual shop, but plenty of seating outside.

I've been to Teews a couple times and I have gotten the HK Pineapple Bun Egg Waffle each time! My experiences were pretty distinct; the first time it took ~25 minutes for them to make the egg waffle. The second time it took ~10 minutes, which was great. I would recommend ordering as soon as you get there so you can just walk around Crossroads while you wait. The salted cheese cream they serve is DELICIOUS. You should try the egg waffle with and without so you can taste the difference.

Small cafe inside of crossroads mall. Got their bubble waffle with the pineapple crisp on top. It's a Hong Kong thing with a new twist. If you want a cross between a Hong Kong style pineapple bun and a bubble waffle, you'll enjoy this.

So glad a new place opened up in Bellevue serving great bubble waffles and HK Lemon Tea after Maichilin closed. Their specialty (Bubble waffle with a pineapple bun topping) is worth waiting for - went with a group and we all enjoyed it. Just bring some cards or something for the wait. It says 15 minutes but I feel like it was shorter than that. Only unfortunate thing is that they were sold out of matcha when I went - saw a lot of people get in line just to get to the kiosk and leave when they saw the matcha was out. Maybe signage before people line up and wait to get to the front to find out it's sold out would be good and avoid frustration. There's tons of seating around the bakery and the inside is very small and a little cramped. Be prepared to stand around outside awkwardly with other people after you order lol. Also, ignore the google maps location - it's wrong right now. Just park at the crossroads mall and walk in the food court and it's next to the live band stage. I thought it was funny that TEEWS is SWEET backwards.

I got the viral Pineapple Bun Bubble Waffle. It tasted great. I would say it was little expensive around $14 but it's very unique. Then I also got a Starwberry Matcha & it was alright. Just your typical matcha. All the employees were really nice & talked to me & my group about their business!

Teews is a new bakery in Cross roads and is really nice. We tried the Mango matcha and it was really tasty and had very little sugar and real mango.

Got a custard waffle was really good but staff was rude and not helpful when ordering i noticed they were super helpful to the asian couple behind me and also told them about the points system. Failed to mention to me i will not be returning. You should treat customers the same regardless of their race

Charge card machine didn't work at the time . Cash is king so we ordered the pineapple bubble waffle. $17 bucks was a bit steep but I have to say it was very good .

The staff here are beyond friendly and honestly always make my morning. I love that they do a punch card after your 10th drink punch you get $6 off your order. They also do raffles sometimes, which I think is such a fun touch. Another thing I like is that they always have themed or specialty drinks. I haven't tried them yet, but I think it's fun that they get creative, especially around the holidays or different seasons. I also really recommend their breakfast burritos. The vegetarian burrito and the sausage burrito are both so good, definitely ask for hot sauce because it makes them even better. The only downside is that the line can get pretty long sometimes. I've definitely waited around 15 minutes before, so it's best if you have a little extra time. That said, once you place your order they make the drinks and heat up the food pretty quickly, which helps move things along. Overall, if you have a few extra minutes to spare, I totally recommend stopping by. It's conveniently located, the drinks are great, and the friendly service makes it worth the wait.

MERCURYS COFFEE @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking is conveniently available right out front, making it easy to stop by whether you're grabbing a quick coffee or staying awhile. This is the largest Mercury's Coffee location in Washington. I've been to the Kirkland location, which is drive-thru only, but this café offers a completely different experience. A fun fact is that Mercury's headquarters is located right next door to this location. One of my favorite things is that many of their pastries are made fresh in-house, and you can actually watch the staff preparing them. Their croissants are always a great choice, and I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. They even serve pizza if you're looking for something more filling. When it comes to drinks, Mercury's has some of my favorite organic coffee beverages. The Caramel Macchiato is my go-to and one of the best drinks on the menu. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to meet up with friends, study, or get some work done. It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you're in Bellevue and looking for a great local coffee shop with delicious food, fresh pastries, and plenty of space to relax, I would definitely recommend stopping by this Mercury's location.

Very disappointing experience…read more I stopped by around 4:00 p.m. with only 2-3 people in line, but two employees spent about 10 minutes chatting with a customer instead of helping those waiting. When it was finally my turn, I ordered one coffee, but although my card was charged, my order was never entered into the system. After waiting 10 minutes while several customers who ordered after me received their drinks, I went back to ask about it. Instead of apologizing, the cashier was rude and argumentative. I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they accidentally charged my card a second time instead. Eventually, another employee tried to process the refund and told me to check my card in a couple of days. This isn't about $6--it's about poor customer service, lack of training, and no accountability. Mercury Coffee used to be much better. I hope management addresses these issues.

We walked in and the lady behind the counter asked if we were dining in or ordering to go and told us we could sit wherever we liked. She quickly brought us menus. Nothing fancy. Simple menus on a clipboard. We ended up ordering two banh mis, a side of pho beef broth, chicken skewers and egg rolls. I forgot to mention when we first walked in, you could smell the fragrance of the pho broth. It was very satisfying in a foodie way. The skewers came out first. Nothing special. Some pieces were actually a little overcooked or dry. It was like they were reheated too long. They were lightly seasoned and good with the dipping sauce. Next came the banh mi and the broth. The bread on our banh mis was amazing. Seriously some of the best bread I've had in a long time. It was crunchy and light and had a very nice chew to it. I would inhale that bread every day if I could. It's insanely good. The fillings on the inside of the banh mi were fresh. I went with the standard cold cut banh mi and my husband ordered a fried egg. His egg was cooked perfectly, just slightly runny. My only complaint on the banh mi was I wish it had more filling. It was enough. And for $9 I'm not upset but it would have been a 5/5 if it just had more filling. Now that beef broth. Wow! It was so good. The aroma was amazing. The broth delivered on flavor without being greasy or feeling too heavy for a broth. It was light and super satisfying. The egg roll was alright. It was decent. Nothing to write home about but satisfying enough. I just wish they served it with the fish sauce instead of sweet chili sauce. I'll be back. Especially for their banh mi. Bc that bread man. And I did ask if they make it themselves. She said yes.

Pretty solid bakery!…read more Stopped by at 10:30 on a Saturday and it was quiet! Not many people in the store which was nice. We ordered drinks on the order screens before grabbing a tray to check out the treats. They have a huge variety of items and everything is well labeled! We grabbed 6 baked items and tried ranking them but had a hard time because we enjoyed them all! We tried Bacon and cheese bread: 3/5, everything was on top, I think it would've been better with the cheese throughout and warmed Strawberry danish: 4/5! Very yummy, nice light cream and a crispy croissant Egg tart: 4/5! A little less eggy and more custardy than I thought it would be, but tasty! Sugar cream cheese bun: 4/5! My personal favorite! Crispy on the outside bread and soft on the inside, love the cream cheese Ube bread: 3/5, bread was good, but it was hollow with a light swipe of ube on the inside Hokkaido custard bun: 4/5! Super sweet but good! Almost too much custard for me, especially after 5 other treats, but would be great if this was the only one you had! The iced taro lavender latte was delicious!! I wasn't sure about the lavender on top of taro but it was a super light flavor and so good! Caffeine free The prices were great!

85 DEGREE BAKERY @ BELLEVUE…read more Parking at this location can be a bit tricky. This 85°C Bakery is located in a large plaza that's always busy, especially since it's surrounded by popular food spots and restaurants. Because of that, the area can get pretty packed, but I was still really excited to stop by this location. As soon as you walk in, the space feels very open and spacious. I loved how big it was and how many tables they had available. Most 85°C Bakery locations feel more like a grab-and-go spot, so I appreciated that this one had plenty of seating and room to hang out. They also have touchscreen kiosks where you can order drinks and other items without needing help from a staff member. We walked around and looked at all the bakery items, and I'm always a fan of their almond croissants and protein breads. The chicken Hawaiian bun is one of my favorites, and their sausage bun is also delicious it's clearly a popular item. I also ordered their sea salt coffee. If you download the 85°C Bakery app and it's your first time using it, you get a free sea salt coffee, which was a nice bonus. While the food and drinks were great, the service was unfortunately lacking. One customer was confused about her order, and a staff member rolled her eyes at her. The same staff member also rolled her eyes at me and my family while we were in line. Overall, the staff didn't seem very friendly or welcoming. There wasn't much smiling or engagement, and it felt like everyone was annoyed rather than excited to help. We also noticed staff packaging food with boxes out in the open during our visit. I personally think this is something that should be done in the back or at least behind the register, rather than directly in front of customers. Overall, the experience was decent mainly because the bakery items and drinks were fresh and delicious. However, the staff could definitely be friendlier, as customer service plays a big role in the overall experience.
