    Pork Sung Green Onions

Pretty solid. I wasn't expecting much, but my pork floss bun was so addicting! $4 /bun but it was worth it since it's good.

This shop has been a go to place for all the celebrations in the family for past 1.5 years even though i live in Sammamish. Generally their quality is consistent. Today i ordered a fresh fruit cake for my birthday and Unfortunately the only thing good about the cake was the presentation. The fruits used were either sour or tasteless . Not a very GOOD START of the way to start the b"day celebrations due to poor quality of REGENT BAKERY. i Reckon i have to shift to other shops now .

Only got a matcha latte here, but I was very pleased with the flavor! The staff were friendly, and I'm inclined to return to try some of the baked goods. Will need to update my review when I try more items!

After stopping by Tofu 101, I had to swing in here for some Chinese baked goods! I always forget this bakery is next door. But I always step in after going next door. I stopped by Saturday around lunch time and it wasn't busy. I got: - pork sung bread (I like this places pork sung bread better than 85 degrees) - vanilla sponge cake (they had them behind the counter and they looked so good! and it was yummy!) - pineapple coconut bun - milk pudding bun I had the sponge cake and it was delicious! Everything from here I have bought has been great!

Needed a birthday cake same day - i called the store and the individual that picked up the phone was very helpful. They asked me how many I was looking to feed, gave me some options, and took payment over the phone to secure my cake. We went with the 8 inch mango moose cake which feeds 10-12. The cake was very fluffy and light and my friends enjoyed it. If I am ever in need of a birthday cake again - I would definitely come back to try other flavors.

    Red Bean Mochi Bread

So yummy! I love asian bakeries. We came at the end of the day and there was a good selection left - we had such a tough time choosing between all the sweet and savory pastries and cookies. The cakes also looked incredible. Got the Pork Sung Green Onion bread ($2.65 ish) and the Red Bean Mochi Bread (around the same price). The pork sung bread was absolutely delicious and stuffed with pork sung, and the mochi bread was full of red bean and gooey mochi. The bread was dense and super soft and squishy. Can't wait to come back and try more items!

Top to bottom: Black Forest cake ($8.40), Mango Mousse Cake ($8.40), Chocolate Mousse Cake ($8.40), and the Eclair ($8.40).

Summary: DELICIOUS and adorable pastries!!! But definitely more of a splurge treat due to the prices I've gotten Doordash delivery from here twice (listed as Regent Bakery and Cafe - Bellevue instead of it's current name in the app) and it's never disappointed. I can't speak to the cafe service or ambiance though as I've only DoorDashed from here. The cakes are moist, supple, super flavorful, and just delicious! But they will also set you back ~$8-10 per pastry or slice of cake. My boyfriend got the Black Forest cake which he enjoyed and the Eclair which was HUGE I'm a huge cake girl so I got the Chocolate Mousse cake, Mango Mousse cake, Japanese Cheese Cake, and Pineapple Coconut Buns, which I think are my top favorites from the bakery. (I've also gotten the Hazelnut Truffle cake and Strawberry Mousse cake before which were SO GOOD too, though the Hazelnut Truffle cake fell short compared to the Chocolate Mousse cake). The cakes are so moist, flavorful, bouncy, like SO GOOD. The Pineapple Coconut Buns were good too, but admittedly not my favorite as I'm used to the ones without a crème filled center, though the crème they used was not too sweet which was amazing. Cake slices ran $8.40, pastries $7-9, and the Japanese Cheese Cake $23.15. Pros: * delicious pastries that are both tasty and aesthetically pleasing * felt like authentic Hong Kong baked goods Cons: * pricier side ($$$)

So glad I stumbled across this bakery! It's much better than the alternatives around town that add sugar to the top of their buns. The bread here is fresh and delicious. There are ample flavors between sweet, savory and some cakes. I haven't tried their drinks yet but will be back!

Always shop here for cakes... first time got a dog hair? In my cake...

We always got cake here, but this was the first time got a dog hair? ... very disappointing..

    Lotus seed mooncake
    Louise F.

Heard they sold mooncakes here so I made my way down the day before the mid-autumn festival to buy a local mooncake since I've only had those store bought ones that cone in tins before. They had so much variety in terms of fillings and had with/without egg yolk. I remember seeing lotus seed, red bean, pineapple, wintermelon, and snowskin. I had wanted to try wintermelon but they were out so I defaulted back to the lotus seed one (no yolk for me tyvm) its very pretty...but also tastes exactly like grocery store ones? Not sure what I expected and I don't know what difference freshness makes for a mooncake but the taste is exactly what I expected, which was just pretty good. Except a single one is like $13

Fruit cake was highly reviewed by older relatives since they don't like super sweet desserts. Service was great and very fast.

I was in the area for a doctor's appointment and needed a quick coffee fix. When a spot popped up…read moreon Yelp with some great photos, I figured I'd give it a try. Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run.
