I'm so happy they opened a location in Bellevue! Located right in the Evergreen Village, easy to get to, plenty of parking and great bundt cake as always. We got the red velvet and chocolate bundtlet without the frosting. I like it without the frosting because the cake is perfect on its own and the frosting is a little bit too sweet for me. The cake is not too sweet and perfectly moist. Try it, you won't regret it.

Thank you for making my son's 13th birthday special. He wanted Bundt cakes so we came in to select one and didn't know that you could add decorations to them. It was great that he was able to select it and was really happy with how it turned out.

Seasonal Blueberry Bliss, Chocolate Chocolate Chip, and the Lemon

First time visiting the west coast location. It's tucked away between a McDonalds, Land Rover and a grocery store parking lot. The place is small and big at the same time. No where to sit nothing really fancy. However, it's designed in a way that allows customers to come inside and not feel crowded. Very Simple and clean to say the least. It's a cake store and I like that. I met the two owner who were very patient with me while I tried to decide on what one cake to purchase. They had samples of the lemon - the flavor of the lemon cake was so fresh, moist and unexpected. It's not just lemon cake it's an experience you have to try at least once. I went in think one Bunt. I purchased Four. Blueberry (which is seasonal) Carrot Cake, Lemon and Strawberry and Cream. To my surprise they all were incredible. I will return for another carrot cake that one is my favorite.

Server was very friendly and there were samples of the key lime cake out. We all thought the samples were very tasty. We ordered three different bundlets- red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, and carrot. We shred them at home and agreed the white chocolate raspberry had the best flavor then the carrot cake one and then red velvet. The carrot cake was very tasty but we didn't think it tasted much like carrot cake, but more like a spice cake. The red velvet one was a little dry which is why it was our least favorite. We've had mini cakes at a wedding which is what prompted us to grab three bundlets. We will return.

I ordered from this location for my wedding in Bellevue this past weekend. Jessica the manager at this store went above and beyond all expectations. She hand delivered my order and asked questions on details I didn't even think of. She made the cake portion of my wedding the easiest and most simple out of every detail. Not to mention the guests gave RAVE reviews because...who doesn't love their cakes? Seriously shout out to Jessica and her team for going above and beyond. I recommended you to the Hilton and will also for all of my friends and family. They also gave us two mini Bundt's of my favorite flavor to keep in the room since we all know the bride and groom rarely get to enjoy. That was probably the best part of the night! Enjoying cake in the room after while drinking champagne and reading cards. Thank you all so much

I had no idea Nothing Bundt Cakes opened next to my local Safeway! I couldn't resist popping in and buying my favorite flavor - lemon cake Friendly staff and such cute decor and gifts inside. I will definitely be back to buy more Bundt cakes for my son's birthday party. It tastes way better than buying crappy grocery store cupcakes. It's convenient it's in the same shopping center as two Starbuck - might have to stop by before I sit and have a coffee after I finish grocery shopping.

We ordered three different bundlets- red velvet, snickerdoodle & chocolate chip cookie. One of the best places to get some good cake.

Individual Bundlets: Peppermint Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, Classic Vanilla ($5.50 each).

I had long been curious to try Nothing Bundt Cakes given their popularity. A few flavors are offered with varying sizes from bite-sized to a personal portion to a shareable cake. An Individual Bundlet is $5.50 and a Bundlet Bundle of a dozen is a tad cheaper at $60. I had tried four different flavors: Peppermint Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, and Classic Vanilla. Regrettably I was not that impressed with the cakes. While nicely moist, it was far too sweet, particularly the icing. Flavors themselves were standard, although the White Chocolate Raspberry did not have much of raspberry and actually had a stronger vanilla flavor than Classic Vanilla.

The lighting inside is bright enough for all the colors on their cakes and general decor to stand out on their own; in other words, it's cutesy inside and I love it! The front has a ton of chiffon and crepe cakes in a display case, and there's also a bunch of cookies near the front as well. They also serve regular and specialty drinks, and my friend and I wanted to get some here. Staff here was quick with our orders. My friend got their assam boba milk tea, while I - in the best way yet - went overboard and got both their cream brûlée latte and their strawberry chiffon cake. - The creme brûlée latte was put in a cup where I couldn't see the inside of the drink, but it still tasted great despite it being late at night. Coffee is strong, and the crema has a sweet taste that blends well with the coffee itself without making the drink too bitter. - The strawberry chiffon cake was a lot even for the two of us to split but besides that it was not too sweet, and the sponge cake inside wasn't either. Outside filling tastes heavily of cheese, though. This particular cake has the face of Hello Kitty. From reviews and hearsay, I hear they have baking classes here which is really cool. I'm not much a fan of the parking situation around the area especially late at night but I love the concept and would make a trip back to have their other pastries.

It also was very hard to light on fire in order to reveal the gender. We drove an hour round trip to pick it up, and my friend paid $100 for what turned out to be a low-quality, poorly executed cake. The cake itself was dry and lacked flavor. Everyone at the party took one bite and threw the rest away. Overall, the experience felt careless and not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
