I'm so happy they opened a location in Bellevue! Located right in the Evergreen Village, easy to get to, plenty of parking and great bundt cake as always. We got the red velvet and chocolate bundtlet without the frosting. I like it without the frosting because the cake is perfect on its own and the frosting is a little bit too sweet for me. First time visiting the west coast location. It's tucked away between a McDonalds, Land Rover and a grocery store parking lot. The place is small and big at the same time. No where to sit nothing really fancy. However, it's designed in a way that allows customers to come inside and not feel crowded. Very Simple and clean to say the least. It's a cake store and I like that. I met the two owner who were very patient with me while I tried to decide on what one cake to purchase. They had samples of the lemon - the flavor of the lemon cake was so fresh, moist and unexpected. It's not just lemon cake it's an experience you have to try at least once. I went in think one Bunt. I purchased Four. Blueberry (which is seasonal) Carrot Cake, Lemon and Strawberry and Cream. To my surprise they all were incredible. Server was very friendly and there were samples of the key lime cake out. We all thought the samples were very tasty. We ordered three different bundlets- red velvet, white chocolate raspberry, and carrot. We shred them at home and agreed the white chocolate raspberry had the best flavor then the carrot cake one and then red velvet. The carrot cake was very tasty but we didn't think it tasted much like carrot cake, but more like a spice cake. The red velvet one was a little dry which is why it was our least favorite. We've had mini cakes at a wedding which is what prompted us to grab three bundlets. We will return. read more

I had no idea Nothing Bundt Cakes opened next to my local Safeway! I couldn't resist popping in and buying my favorite flavor - lemon cake Friendly staff and such cute decor and gifts inside. I will definitely be back to buy more Bundt cakes for my son's birthday party. It tastes way better than buying crappy grocery store cupcakes. I ordered from this location for my wedding in Bellevue this past weekend. Jessica the manager at this store went above and beyond all expectations. She hand delivered my order and asked questions on details I didn't even think of. She made the cake portion of my wedding the easiest and most simple out of every detail. Not to mention the guests gave RAVE reviews because...who doesn't love their cakes? Seriously shout out to Jessica and her team for going above and beyond. I recommended you to the Hilton and will also for all of my friends and family. They also gave us two mini Bundt's of my favorite flavor to keep in the room since we all know the bride and groom rarely get to enjoy. That was probably the best part of the night! I had long been curious to try Nothing Bundt Cakes given their popularity. A few flavors are offered with varying sizes from bite-sized to a personal portion to a shareable cake. An Individual Bundlet is $5.50 and a Bundlet Bundle of a dozen is a tad cheaper at $60. I had tried four different flavors: Peppermint Chocolate Chip, White Chocolate Raspberry, Lemon, and Classic Vanilla. Regrettably I was not that impressed with the cakes. While nicely moist, it was far too sweet, particularly the icing. Flavors themselves were standard, although the White Chocolate Raspberry did not have much of raspberry and actually had a stronger vanilla flavor than Classic Vanilla. read more

Nothing Bundt Cakes continues to impress me! I went to a Yelp event recently at the Kirkland location, and the cakes were so good that I knew I had to come back here and try some more. On my most recent visit here, I got the red velvet and lemon bundtlets - so, so good. I feel like red velvet cakes are hard to get right because they can taste really artificial and/or too sweet, but the bundtlet here was perfect. They also put chocolate chips in the cake batter, which I wasn't a big fan of but still tasted nice nonetheless. As for the lemon, there was a really strong lemon smell right off the bat when I opened the container (which is a good thing!). The cake tasted just like lemon rolls that I used to love when I was a kid. The sweet/sour balance was just right. I've seen a bunch of reviews where people found the frosting was too sweet, but it was perfect for me and a great combination with the red velvet and lemon flavors IMO. I do tend to have a sweet tooth though. I think the price of a bundtlet ($5.50) is getting towards the higher side but still fair. The cakes looks small at first glance but once you start eating there's actually quite a bit of it, and for the taste it's a price that I'd gladly pay. read more

It was my daughters 19th birthday, she is freshman in college so first real birthday away from the family. We wanted to send here something special (no Nothing Bundt Cakes near here) but we were nervous about send a cake. Worked with the very friendly and knowledgeable staff in the store and they done a fantastic job of wrapping the cake with packing to stop it from getting damaged and came up with a genius idea of putting the icing in a separate packet in the box so my daughter could apply when she got it!!! read more

What an fantastic experience with Sara and the folks at this location. We are in Georgia and ordered a Thank You gift for one of our suppliers. Sara immediately responded to me despite the time difference. She went to deliver our order and she could not access the suite for delivery. She kept me up-to-date and eventually was able to leave the order with the management company. She was amazing and really went above and beyond. Established in 1997.

To find the perfect recipe, you first need the perfect ingredients. And that's what our founders Dena Tripp and Debbie Shwetz were for each other. In 1997, they joined forces, or better yet kitchens, to help make cakes to entertain their friends. The cakes they made were delicious, unlike anything anyone had tasted. As a result, their friends and family asked them to entertain more and more. They quickly realized this side project of theirs could be something more. There was a gap in the world for delicious cakes, readily available, that didn't compromise on their ingredients. Fresh eggs, real butter, and real cream cheese; nothing was too good to achieve perfection. And perfection are those decadent, slowly melting bites, we all know and love. The staff was friendly, helped us choose flavors even though we arrived close to closing time, and the service was quick. I'll definitely be back to try more flavors. One helpful tip: if you're driving, you can park in the garage next door and ask the staff to validate your parking.

The staff were also super friendly when my mom and I visited, which made the experience even better. I've seen this place all over social media, and as a big coconut fan, I knew I had to give it a try. We ended up ordering the Red Bean Coconut Dessert and the Plain Coconut Dessert. Our total came out to around $20. The plain coconut dessert was about $8, while the desserts with additional toppings were around $12. They even added fresh mango on top, which was a delicious touch. The coconut pudding texture is incredibly smooth and creamy, making it a really refreshing dessert. Another nice bonus is that you get to keep the glass jars they serve the desserts in. I also noticed they have a selection of bottled drinks available to take home as well. Overall, I had a great experience at this location and would highly recommend stopping by. If you're a coconut lover, this is definitely a spot worth trying.

If you don't want to go into Bellevue Square, they also have another location just a couple of streets away in downtown Bellevue that's a standalone shop. Honestly, I'd recommend either location depending on where you are. I've been to the downtown Bellevue location before, and while I liked it, parking can be a little difficult since it's mostly street parking and the area is pretty hilly. At the Bellevue Square location, parking is much easier. You can park in any of the mall garages or outdoor lots for free. It's first come, first serve, but weekdays are usually not too busy. Weekends tend to be much busier, though you'll probably still be able to find a spot. The shop itself is very small and can feel pretty cramped. It's difficult to move around when there are a lot of people inside, and the lines can get a bit long. There are only a few tables available for seating. I stopped by with my mom to try the Mango Mochi Coconut dessert that I'd been wanting to try for a while. It came out to around $12. The dessert itself was really good, I loved the coconut flavor. It had a smooth, pudding-like texture with soft mochi pieces that made it unique and super enjoyable. One downside was the customer service. The staff didn't seem very friendly, and everything felt a little rushed. I also thought they had a rewards program here, but apparently it's only available at some of their other locations, which was disappointing. Overall, the dessert was delicious, and this location is incredibly convenient if you're already at Bellevue Square. That said, I personally prefer their downtown Bellevue location because there's more seating and the staff there have always been much friendlier.

Given the steep pricing for the cup size and the weak tea flavor, Chicha San Chen wouldn't be my go-to spot considering all the other boba tea options in Bellevue.

One of my friends instead got their una-gyu donburi which is a mix of unagi and sukiyaki beef, though that means we all got their unagi. Eel wasn't too salty, and scales are very fine and small that you can just eat it as is. This was a warming, hearty meal that sat very well with me and my friends.
