Not sure why they make the store so dark? I came here last night to buy pastry, the lighting makes me feel like they are closing. However, the staff was friendly, I bought sandwiches from the shelf and she even ask me do I want to make it hot? This morning, I came here for sea salt coffee, the coffee was very watery.

My family has been coming to this bakery every few months since they opened and we are obsessed. My go-to is the hazelnut muffin but they were completely out today. It's so perfectly rich and creamy, I love warming it up in the microwave. I wanted a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but despite having a Brown Sugar flavoured coffee and a Milk Tea on their menu, they weren't able to make me a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Instead, I ordered a Hazelnut Latte with oatmilk and it was really yummy. The coffee flavour was a little stronger than I normally drink but I loved the sweet balance of the hazelnut. My sister got the iced strawberry matcha latte with oatmilk and she liked the flavour but thought the strawberry chunks in the purée were too dense. The drink was super pretty though. My only complaint about this place is that they've recently gotten so popular sometimes the line is super long and only one person is working. It makes for a pretty rushed check out experience. Our cashier prompted us to pay multiple times while we were trying to order our drinks and kept having to cancel the card reader transaction which honestly took longer than if she'd just waited for us to finish ordering before trying to rush us to pay. I've never sat down at this bakery to eat, but while we were waiting for our drinks, the seating area was pretty gross with water and trash on the floor. I probably wouldn't have eaten there even if I wanted to.

Hard to choose from so many delicious bakery items. Loaded up our tray and had a quick checkout. All the items were delicious but my favorite was the cream cheese pastry!

This was the first time I've been in to this location and surprisingly it was fairly empty, which was a plus. I must've missed the rush! Most of their baked goods were running low, but they were replenishing it as I was browsing. I was able to find what I like without having to wait, which are the egg tarts, berry tale bun, and milk pudding bun. I just love how these treats are not too sweet and boy, it just melts in your mouth! So much goodness in every bite! Lastly, I like how they have everything all set up for you upon walking in. You have your tray, all the treats to choose from. Also to make things quicker or convenient, if you would like to order drinks there's a kiosk at the entryway too.

Unfortunately, the Bellevue location speaks really poorly to their customers. I witnessed a child accidentally knock over the napkin holder, an elderly man came to help pick everything up. The child ran away, and the staff member at this location decided to tell the elderly man " maybe next time you should try being more careful" I don't think any person should speak to a customer like this, especially someone who was actually stepping into Help. I just don't think the service here is great compared to other locations I've been to, constructively. Also, the bathroom is disgusting. And they have speakers inside them with music super loud. What they do well is the food is stocked and everything seems available especially if you go earlier in the day, everything looks really uniform, and the cash register does go quickly, so no lines get long. Drinks are pretty good as well.

Hokkaido cream bun. 2-3x less filling than other locations near Seattle.

I love 85C for their Hokkaido cream bun but this location has significantly less cream filling than other locations in Seattle. I once got a bun with 0 filling. Tukwila and Edmonds' locations are packed full of cream.

A newly found dessert delight. Deserves 5 stars for many reasons - squeaky clean, great presentation, freshly made desserts, amazing staffs, no tips asked, affordable. The desserts stands for it's freshness and taste. They keep filling the desserts regularly. You will know that the breads are freshly baked. They have cakes too - we got a strawberry cake and black forest. Both of them were made with favor rich ingredients. This place seemed like a great find because they seem to rotate the desserts, so you will find something new to try every time you do. I didn't even mention about their coffees and drinks - they have a wide selection and we liked both the hazelnut latte and milk tea we got. Definitely coming again.

Great stop for a rainy day. A few indoor tables but seems like more of a to-go vibe. This location has trays for the buffet snack style, but you don't really need them because everything is already wrapped in plastic. I don't love how much plastic is being used, but this is probably just a symptom of COVID. The hot sea salt matcha has a great strong matcha flavor, the salt is only at the top and brings out more flavor (I don't like a lot of salt and it wasn't overpowering at all). The mango creme brûlée was so fluffy! Not as tangy as I'd like so it didn't cut the sweet cream flavor much, but delicious nonetheless. The texture made it worth while. I wish I could try everything !

I am trying to place order online, but when I try to check out it says unable to contact Bellevue store to place the order?

Hello, that product may not be available for online order, you can try calling the Bellevue store or ordering online from another nearby location.

How long will you be closed? We miss your buns..

Their online ordering says open at 10 am tomorrow.

What forms of payment do they accept?

My top picks are the new milk tea flavor and ham & cheese! The milk tea salt bread has a subtle, well-balanced sweet milk tea aroma, not overly sugary. Ham & cheese was such a pleasant surprise. It reminds me of a hot dog, but wrapped in the uniquely chewy, lightly salty salt bread crust -- such a fun combo of savory ham and melty cheese. You've got great options for both sweet and savory lovers. Savory: ham cheese, pork floss Sweet: taro, milk tea, chocolate, pistachio The bread texture is perfect: chewy, soft with that signature slight saltiness on the exterior. Asian bakery so they had breads, buns, cakes, and lattes. But menu was limited and the shelves were pretty bare. It was also pretty empty. The service was fine, but nothing super exceptional there. Small space. They have self service kiosk. They seem like a bakery that specializes in custom cake orders. Looks like mainly buttercream and not fondant work. But very clean and pretty work. Pricing was average for their category. The desserts were fine in terms of flavor. They do not have a restroom though, the restroom is outside in the center of the office building and not inside the bakery suite.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
