Not sure why they make the store so dark? I came here last night to buy pastry, the lighting makes me feel like they are closing. However, the staff was friendly, I bought sandwiches from the shelf and she even ask me do I want to make it hot? This morning, I came here for sea salt coffee, the coffee was very watery.

Hard to choose from so many delicious bakery items. Loaded up our tray and had a quick checkout. All the items were delicious but my favorite was the cream cheese pastry!

My family has been coming to this bakery every few months since they opened and we are obsessed. My go-to is the hazelnut muffin but they were completely out today. It's so perfectly rich and creamy, I love warming it up in the microwave. I wanted a Brown Sugar Milk Tea, but despite having a Brown Sugar flavoured coffee and a Milk Tea on their menu, they weren't able to make me a Brown Sugar Milk Tea. Instead, I ordered a Hazelnut Latte with oatmilk and it was really yummy. The coffee flavour was a little stronger than I normally drink but I loved the sweet balance of the hazelnut. My sister got the iced strawberry matcha latte with oatmilk and she liked the flavour but thought the strawberry chunks in the purée were too dense. The drink was super pretty though. My only complaint about this place is that they've recently gotten so popular sometimes the line is super long and only one person is working. It makes for a pretty rushed check out experience. Our cashier prompted us to pay multiple times while we were trying to order our drinks and kept having to cancel the card reader transaction which honestly took longer than if she'd just waited for us to finish ordering before trying to rush us to pay. I've never sat down at this bakery to eat, but while we were waiting for our drinks, the seating area was pretty gross with water and trash on the floor. I probably wouldn't have eaten there even if I wanted to.

    Very hot cafe latte.

This was the first time I've been in to this location and surprisingly it was fairly empty, which was a plus. I must've missed the rush! Most of their baked goods were running low, but they were replenishing it as I was browsing. I was able to find what I like without having to wait, which are the egg tarts, berry tale bun, and milk pudding bun. I just love how these treats are not too sweet and boy, it just melts in your mouth! So much goodness in every bite! Lastly, I like how they have everything all set up for you upon walking in. You have your tray, all the treats to choose from. Also to make things quicker or convenient, if you would like to order drinks there's a kiosk at the entryway too.

Unfortunately, the Bellevue location speaks really poorly to their customers. I witnessed a child accidentally knock over the napkin holder, an elderly man came to help pick everything up. The child ran away, and the staff member at this location decided to tell the elderly man " maybe next time you should try being more careful" I don't think any person should speak to a customer like this, especially someone who was actually stepping into Help. I just don't think the service here is great compared to other locations I've been to, constructively. Also, the bathroom is disgusting. And they have speakers inside them with music super loud. What they do well is the food is stocked and everything seems available especially if you go earlier in the day, everything looks really uniform, and the cash register does go quickly, so no lines get long. Drinks are pretty good as well.

Hokkaido cream bun. 2-3x less filling than other locations near Seattle.

I love 85C for their Hokkaido cream bun but this location has significantly less cream filling than other locations in Seattle. I once got a bun with 0 filling. Tukwila and Edmonds' locations are packed full of cream.

A newly found dessert delight. Deserves 5 stars for many reasons - squeaky clean, great presentation, freshly made desserts, amazing staffs, no tips asked, affordable. The desserts stands for it's freshness and taste. They keep filling the desserts regularly. You will know that the breads are freshly baked. They have cakes too - we got a strawberry cake and black forest. Both of them were made with favor rich ingredients. This place seemed like a great find because they seem to rotate the desserts, so you will find something new to try every time you do. I didn't even mention about their coffees and drinks - they have a wide selection and we liked both the hazelnut latte and milk tea we got. Definitely coming again.

It's tucked away in the back area of the Crossroads plaza so you might not see it unless you are looking for it. There's plenty of parking The inside is small, maybe a few people can fit in it at a time. The owner came out to help me so I asked her what's good here. She smiled and said everything. She showed me a variety of cakes and told me her background a little I decided to go for: Chicken empanada: I told her I will heated up when I get home so she wrote the instructions on the box for me :) it was filling and flavorful. She offered me some of the pickled veggies she made and it was Delicious and she said it goes well with the empanadas. After tasting the empanada at home, I wish I got more of the pickled veggies. Berliner: this was HEAVY. I was surprised as how much it weighed. At first I thought it was kinda pricey but after holding it I can see why. The donut was sturdy but soft and there was sooo much filling in it. Not too sweet either. The cream inside was also thick so it held together really nice throughout the day Eclair - elongated version of a cream puff, very good though. Love the flavor and texture. Napoleon -- the flavor is there but I wish it was flaky. The layers have gotten soft but it was still good Overall I definitely want to come back. Everything I had was above and beyond my expectations.

I was amazed by the Panettone, and decided to get some. She was also generous with her time to tell me about the history of this bakery, and how she wanted to serve the community by honoring the Armenian and east European pastry. I was really inspired and went home with amazing bread and desserts. Will definitely come back and try more, including the Italian ice cream. The lighting inside is bright enough for all the colors on their cakes and general decor to stand out on their own; in other words, it's cutesy inside and I love it! The front has a ton of chiffon and crepe cakes in a display case, and there's also a bunch of cookies near the front as well. They also serve regular and specialty drinks, and my friend and I wanted to get some here. Staff here was quick with our orders. My friend got their assam boba milk tea, while I - in the best way yet - went overboard and got both their cream brûlée latte and their strawberry chiffon cake. - The creme brûlée latte was put in a cup where I couldn't see the inside of the drink, but it still tasted great despite it being late at night. Coffee is strong, and the crema has a sweet taste that blends well with the coffee itself without making the drink too bitter. - The strawberry chiffon cake was a lot even for the two of us to split but besides that it was not too sweet, and the sponge cake inside wasn't either. Outside filling tastes heavily of cheese, though. This particular cake has the face of Hello Kitty. From reviews and hearsay, I hear they have baking classes here which is really cool. I'm not much a fan of the parking situation around the area especially late at night but I love the concept and would make a trip back to have their other pastries.
