[[HIGHLIGHT]]This cafe has always had a special place in my heart and I still go there and love the environment, quiches, napeleons and coffee![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]However, I have to say their prices have unreasonably increased! Their items are almost 50% more expensive than what it was 2 years ago and it just doesn't fit the cozy vibe of it anymore![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] I know everything has gotten more expensive, but the rate at which this one has, is just a bit too much! Not to mention, this last time I noticed they neaked in a layer of sponge cake in their Napoleon, which is supposed to be all of pastry. If you increase the price, at least don't lower the quality!

A nice spot for an afternoon snack or a late lunch. Went on two different days, and really liked the baked goodies and beverages. The white chocolate mocha was good, fruit tart was the bomb and even better than French Bakery. The tart shell was significantly lighter than ones I have had, and the delicateness of butter shone through. The egg salad sandwich was satisfactory. The croissant could have been better IMO. Next day I had an Italian soda and leek Parmesan puff. The puff was cheesy, crispy and flavorful. Yum!! If I were in the area, I would come again!

Excellent pastries and coffee. This charming bakery and cafe is busy for a reason. The croissants were a bit tough and overworked on the first day that we tried them, but they were fine in the other days that we came to try their cuisine. Particularly liked the delicacy of the pear tart. Fresher eggs for the croissant sandwich would be welcome. The leek pastry was a win! Service was uniformly excellent. Pricing very reasonable. They have done a reasonable job of capturing the French cafe ambience, although a table or two more couldn't hurt. Parking is a challenge. Most folks there walk over.

Such a cute cafe in a street with a ton of other cute little cafes! Service was fast, my pastry and drink were finished in about 5 minutes it less. The seating is quite difficult to finds since it was a bit crowded at ~10am on a Saturday, but luckily i found a small table to vibe on for a bit. Would recommend dropping by for the european cafe vibes!

Great cafe in heart of Bellevue. I came on the weekend and there was a lot of empty tables, however they were not clean. I took hot chocolate with peach tart and it was very good. Had to change peach tart because it was raw crust. Blueberry tart was much much better. Overall very nice relax ambience at the cafe.

Bellden Cafe has it all, we've already gone several times I'm obsessed with the ube mochi waffle, it is soooo delicious (not too sweet, incredible texture and flavor). Their matcha is also lovely, I got matcha with rose syrup both times I went (so immaculate). I've turned into a bit of a matcha snob, so always looking for some good options and they hit the spot. The service is incredible, literally the people working there are the nicest people everrrr. Even on a super busy weekend morning, they were so accommodating, so friendly and even remembered us from just one visit! Really fantastic team, they really make the whole experience even MORE lovely. And the interior is jussssst so gorg!!! The decor is immaculate, there's lots of space (even when it was crowded), would be a perfect place to work from during the week, even their outdoor tables were very clean and cutie. Absolutely love, this has become a new staple of ours since moving to the east side! brunch girlies rise!!!

After being recommended Bellden Cafe by a foodie friend for a quick meal, we headed over to get some takeout to eat during the game. Mr. Brioche ($11) - This sandwich starts with a rich toasted brioche bun, which is then slathered with some creamy and fatty aioli. A soft and tender, spiced breakfast patty is placed on top, charred just a tad to give some browning and develop flavor. Some eggs, cooked on the flat top in a circular mold which makes it perfectly conform to the size of the bun, is carefully placed on top of the meat, and then finally some swiss cheese cements the sweet vegetal microgreens atop. The bun is voluminous, especially noteworthy in height. The interior ingredients only reaches perhaps 1/3 the height of the bun, making it appear that the sandwich will be dry. But that's an impression soon deemed to be false, as there's more than enough moisture from the aioli and melted cheese to smooth things over. (4/5) I don't normally associate cafes, particularly ones that seem to lean more towards the drink side of things, to also serve good food. But overall, I came out pleasantly surprised at the quality of the food I ate. Bathrooms - Single unisex room.

I love the chocolate spheres placed on top that are like rice crisps giving a bit of texture. Unfortunately they also clog up the opening in the lid! The ingredients may seem simple, but the execution is top notch. The bun is the star. They bake it fresh. Soft and tasty. And the egg is fluffy and filling by itself. The spam and furikake rounds it out perfectly. The piggy buns are a delight. Tried all 3 and I prefer the custard and taro. The molten custard is good too, but it can be messy. The half-star drop is due to service. It's not bad, but it's just not the warmest. They are busy, so I do recommend researching first before you order. That will eliminate any awkwardness. But the food absolutely makes up for this. And the ambiance is great. It's clean and comfortable to wait. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, but that's the case everywhere in Downtown Bellevue. With a mix of sweetness, tartness, and acidity, the bingsoo has balance and the contrast actually helps each flavor shine. The berry juices even add flavor to the bingsoo below (and there are berries at the bottom). The only mediocre aspect is the whipped cream on top which is just whatever. Taro Bingsoo - the menu has alternated between ube ice cream and taro ice cream but I think it's always been taro ice cream because it's not overly sweet. Red bean is also sweet but after devouring the toppings (including the ice cream), the bingsoo itself doesn't offer much. It's sweet shaved milk with condensed milk but the taro flavor isn't as potent.
