Hands down, these are the best Napoleons I've ever had! As a baker, I love visiting different bakeries wherever I travel, and this bakery truly stands out. Their pastries have a wonderful nostalgic feel while still being fresh, beautifully crafted, and full of flavor. The employee or who I believe is the owner was incredibly kind, welcoming, and patient, which made the experience even better. It's clear they take pride in both their products and their customer service. I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for authentic, delicious pastries. Definite Treasure. Daniela Solis Bakery is one of the best bakeries with a nice variety of cakes and pastries. Incredibly difficult to decide, we chose a sampler of Opera Cake, Raspberry Napoleon, Lemon Tart, Almond Pistachio Passionfruit Mousse, Rustic Chocolate Cake, Berliner, and Pistachio Baklava. Everything was amazing. My husband loved the Lemon Tart--incredibly flavorful. My ultimate favorite of our sampler--the Rustic Chocolate Cake: chocolatey, moist, and lovely mousse; this cake is the best chocolate cake I have ever had. A very close second was the Pistachio Baklava--everything baklava should be: flaky, buttery, syrupy- also a top contender for the best baklava. What struck me the most was the hospitality. Miss Daniela made note that baklava should not be eaten cold; she took the time to warm up the baklava, and let us know that the Berliners are best eaten day off. We had no choice but to listen to the expert. The only drawback is that the bakery is only open two days during the week, but it can also be a blessing in disguise, as I would be lined up every day! This is more of a 4.5 star but rounding it to 5 star because the owner was Soo nice. I saw the amazing reviews of this place and since I was in the area I decided to give it a try. It's tucked away in the back area of the Crossroads plaza so you might not see it unless you are looking for it. There's plenty of parking The inside is small, maybe a few people can fit in it at a time. The owner came out to help me so I asked her what's good here. She smiled and said everything. She showed me a variety of cakes and told me her background a little I decided to go for: Chicken empanada: I told her I will heated up when I get home so she wrote the instructions on the box for me :) it was filling and flavorful. She offered me some of the pickled veggies she made and it was Delicious and she said it goes well with the empanadas. After tasting the empanada at home, I wish I got more of the pickled veggies. Berliner: this was HEAVY. I was surprised as how much it weighed. At first I thought it was kinda pricey but after holding it I can see why. The donut was sturdy but soft and there was sooo much filling in it. Not too sweet either. The cream inside was also thick so it held together really nice throughout the day Eclair - elongated version of a cream puff, very good though. Love the flavor and texture. Napoleon -- the flavor is there but I wish it was flaky. The layers have gotten soft but it was still good Overall I definitely want to come back. Empanadas... are very good! It may be a bit pricey they are filled to the brim... which makes them reasonable.

I was in the area and visited the bakery just to check it out. Wow what an amazing experience! The owner, Daniela insisted that I try multiple bread, when I walked in. I was amazed by the Panettone, and decided to get some. She was also generous with her time to tell me about the history of this bakery, and how she wanted to serve the community by honoring the Armenian and east European pastry. I was really inspired and went home with amazing bread and desserts. Will definitely come back and try more, including the Italian ice cream. Delightful find! I guess this place is under new management! I stopped by after going to the dry cleaners on the side. The store is very unassuming and you walk in and there's just that warm smell of an old bakery. The new owner is French and wants to start incorporating French baking here and it shows. I was looking for a bakery nearby before heading into work and didn't expect to find something this good. I was honestly expecting overly sugary donuts and artificial-tasting pastries, but instead I discovered such a lovely little hole-in-the-wall spot. Everything tasted balanced and not overly sweet, with none of that artificial flavor you sometimes get. It felt high-end without being pretentious. A very nice little shop with a lot to choose from! I had the Wildberry Tart and it was amazing! I tried the vanilla gelato, it was okay, it was a little crystalized and didn't have much flavor.
