Worst cold stone location ever! Came here for a nice treat, and the moment we walked in the atmosphere was already off. One of the girls rolled her eyes when we walked in and no one asked us for our order for a good 7ish minutes. The girls were just in the back standing laughing and talking then came out and were making cones even though there was a line of people. We ordered a Love It cup and the toppings weren't proportionate to the ice cream. We had more ice cream than toppings and also the ice cream was salty even tho nothing we asked for included salt (probably because she made our ixe cream on top of the part of the table that had another ice cream on it without cleaning it off. Wow! I don't think I say that often. Thumb through my reviews and correct me if I'm wrong. I was so impressed by the customer service at Cold Stone Creamery. I believe I mentioned the gentleman who served us by name in my check-in, he had am amazing attitude. He was very kind to my children, myself, and my husband. He assisted us in picking the best flavor combinations for our taste. And it was a quick service. Not quick in the way that we felt rushed but quick in the way that it was efficient and our needs were met. So if you like ice cream parlors this one is the best one to go to. Keep in mind though that the prices are pricey for ice cream. So if you're trying to save a buck there's always places like Baskin-Robbins. But mark my words, you won't get this type of service at Baskin Robbins. For that matter you won't get the same selection either. So definitely give them a try it's a great outing for a family day. I've had Cold Stone twice in the last year (after a longgg hiatus) and it's honestly better than I remember as a kid! Usually it's the other way around haha. I arrived around 8:30 on a Friday with a few friends and there were only two other girls enjoying their treats at the time. I usually try to be plant based but they only had one dairy-free option, watermelon, which wasn't sounding too appealing on a cold winter evening. Best ice cream place in Redmond. We really like cold stone creameries and this is one of the best in the country. Ice cream, toppings, cakes, store itself... everything is great. But what really sets this location apart is the service. We have visited many times over 5+ years and the staff is always great. One snow day in 2022, the owner closed the shop so he didn't put his employees at risk to come in, but this left many cakes (including ours) that were supposed to be picked up that day at risk of being "on time" for the special event. Justin was very communicative and ended up personally driving the cake to our house to make sure it got there in time for my wife's birthday. Incredible. I must say that the Choco lava meltdown was a major let down may be because the whipped cream was more than the Vannila ice cream in it. This definitely spoilt the taste of the ice cream completely. You can tell they also have experience because they know how to deal with customers and ask whether you're ready or still need time deciding. The last two times I've gotten ice cream from Cold Stone there have been hairs mixed in with the ice cream. The first time I called and informed them and whomever I spoke to didn't seem too concerned. I ordered a replacement order and what I got wasn't even mixed and contain gummi bears I didn't request thrown on top. Considering they are working over your food vigorously mixing ingredients together, hair nets really need to be a necessity. I've seen other reviews also reporting hairs in their order so it seems this unwanted ingredient makes it in the mix more often than it should. read more

One of my favorite cold stones in the area. Redmond town center even though it is less active then a few years back its still a nice place to window shop (or actually shop) and walk around. Since I only order one type of ice cream (vanilla) I can't comment on the different flavors even though my friends are always satisfied. I always walk away happy and I usually get raspberries mixed into my vanilla! One thing I've noticed about this particular cold stone is they use fresh fruits. Some cold stones I have been to actually use frozen fruits and break them apart right in front of me. So nice to know that I always have a great creamery to go to! read more

They were patient and friendly and offered me samples since I haven't been in for some time. The only reason I don't give it more stars is that it's lost it's luster and originality. Yes, I frequent this store but only a few times per year. The cake batter ice cream is amazing! However, it is really rich and more unhealthy than I even imagined. They put actual cake mix into their batter and use lots of heavy whipping cream (a person working there shared this info with me one day when I was the only one in the store). My husband loves the lemon and raspberry sorbet. Those are good too, but going with him makes me feel even worse about getting the cake batter haha.
