With only a few locations around & sadly zero locations in Seattle, this treasure of a creamery produces some of the best tasting mixes that would make Willy Wonka proud! The Redmond location always delivers, with excellent customer service interactions, a variety of mixes, extremely clean store, and always the freshest ice creams. Only thing I wish they had was some fun circus-like music playing in the background. Makes it more fun to enjoy your ice cream instead of dead silence. Tip: Closes public restroom is around the corner with an ingenious lil'pooper for little ones & big pooper for the adults. read more

I really enjoy a nice dish of ice cream, tiramisu or frozen yogurt after dinner. However I'm far from an expert, so I brought one along to help me with this review. I had the peanut butter and chocolate, with warm fudge as a mix in, the expert went with strawberry and added marshmallows as her mix in. The portion size is a customer decision, the prices reasonable, and the expert said it was some of the best dessert she has enjoyed in her entire 2 3/4 years. Hard to argue with a statement like that. read more

Cold Stone in Redmond downtown near the Marriott. Fast paced service, friendly staffs. Standard Cold Stone offerings. Very impressed by the patience and the speed of the staffs here. Small store, but a few tables inside and limited outdoor seating as well. Nice to place to enjoy the ice creams if you've got a sweet tooth! read more

I just had a cake made here for my child's birthday party, and it was amazing! Justin went above and beyond helping me design it. It looked so much better than I even expected. I had a couple of decorations I wanted to use at home so he took the time to design something that left room for them. The elements that Justin suggested ended up being the biggest hit! It was a far cry from the year I ordered a cake from the location in Woodinville and they not only didn't make it, but also just didn't open the store the day we needed to pick it up. So I certainly recommend the Redmond location. read more

I have been coming here since Redmond town center was built. It was always a fun stop while we were out shopping, especially when the weather is nice. The people running it have no personality or even try to make it a nice experience for the kids anymore. They don't even sing, which was the gimmick that made this place so amazing while they made your ice cream now it's just frumpy people serving $20 ice creams. read more

Cold Stone Creamery - Overpriced ice cream - Ice Cream & Frozen Yogurt Near Me - Redmond, Washington

Cold stone, like other well run franchises, is consistent. In this case, consistently good. The atmosphere is very casual, with a handful of tiny two person tables. We went at night so it was not busy. Both my son and I got one of their pre-planned concoctions and they were delicious as we expected them to be. Cold stone is more expensive than other ice cream parlors but no complaints from me. read more

Been coming to this Cold Stone my whole life and never had a problem with it. There's nothing special about Cold Stone knowing it's just an ice cream chain. And this Cold Stone has always been great, super kind workers, quick service, and low quality ice cream. It's Cold Stone you wouldn't expect much, but it always satisfies a sweet craving. read more

Worst cold stone location ever! Came here for a nice treat, and the moment we walked in the atmosphere was already off. One of the girls rolled her eyes when we walked in and no one asked us for our order for a good 7ish minutes. The girls were just in the back standing laughing and talking then came out and were making cones even though there was a line of people. We ordered a Love It cup and the toppings weren't proportionate to the ice cream. We had more ice cream than toppings and also the ice cream was salty even tho nothing we asked for included salt (probably because she made our ixe cream on top of the part of the table that had another ice cream on it without cleaning it off. After we payed she just shoved the ice cream and walked away back to her friend to continue talking. Save your time and patience and don't come to this cold stone :)) read more

It's been a long time since I've had Cold Stone but I feel like once you've been to one you've kinda been to all of them. The inside of the store, the smell when you walk in, and the flavors of the ice cream were what I still remembered from years ago. There was only one person taking and making orders. There was actually another worker there but she was not helping in the front (not sure what she was doing in the back). They have their signature creations of pre-set flavors and toppings. If you want, you can also create your own. Create your own: $4.39 (Like It), $4.89 (Love It), $5.39 (Gotta Have It) Signature creations: $5.39 (Like It), $5.89 (Love It), $6.39 (Gotta Have It) Ice cream on a hot summer day is always great so we all have to take advantage of it before winter comes. read more

Wow! I don't think I say that often. Thumb through my reviews and correct me if I'm wrong. I was so impressed by the customer service at Cold Stone Creamery. I believe I mentioned the gentleman who served us by name in my check-in, he had am amazing attitude. He was very kind to my children, myself, and my husband. He assisted us in picking the best flavor combinations for our taste. And it was a quick service. Not quick in the way that we felt rushed but quick in the way that it was efficient and our needs were met. So if you like ice cream parlors this one is the best one to go to. Keep in mind though that the prices are pricey for ice cream. So if you're trying to save a buck there's always places like Baskin-Robbins. But mark my words, you won't get this type of service at Baskin Robbins. For that matter you won't get the same selection either. So definitely give them a try it's a great outing for a family day. Let me know how you enjoy your experience - true yelpers! read more

Cold Stone is one of our favorite ice cream parlor chains! Sometimes there is a line at this particular location, especially when only one person is making all the orders, but service is amicable and swift. We always choose from the Signature Creations because the preset combinations are enticing. Plus it only costs an extra dollar compared to Create Your Own, which only gets one free topping. I've had Cold Stone twice in the last year (after a longgg hiatus) and it's honestly better than I remember as a kid! Usually it's the other way around haha. I arrived around 8:30 on a Friday with a few friends and there were only two other girls enjoying their treats at the time. I usually try to be plant based but they only had one dairy-free option, watermelon, which wasn't sounding too appealing on a cold winter evening. I went with banana with peanut butter swirled in, along with crushed up Oreos, served in a small cup. Honestly I would never order banana anywhere else, but Cold Stone's doesn't taste artificial at all and the subtle fresh banana flavor pairs well with pb, no surprise there. The girls at the counter were nice, and I enjoyed my treat... which came to $4ish before tip--pretty standard these days. A handful of other people filtered through while my friends and I inhaled our ice cream. read more

I came here early evening in Memorial Day weekend. It was decently busy but the staff here was super efficient while still friendly. Everything was clean and well organized. I don't think there can be a single Soul who can hate and say NO to Ice Cream. Cold stone is one of very good and popular ice cream parlors in the area. Location is a major plus as this is located in Redmond Town Center. Ordered for Chocolate Devotion and Choco Lava Meltdown. I must say that the Choco lava meltdown was a major let down may be because the whipped cream was more than the Vannila ice cream in it. This definitely spoilt the taste of the ice cream completely. Chocolate Devotion was good though. I strongly feel that the Chocolava Meltdown was bad mainly because of the way it was prepared. Also there has been multiple occasions when they said that they have ran out of mini waffle cup. To sum up its better to order the Make your own ice cream without whipped cream to be safe. Pros: location, few ice creams. Cons: taste of few ice creams with whipped cream, price read more

If you haven't tried Cold Stone Creamery, you are missing out. I fell in love with Cold Stone in college in Arizona and I am so happy there are locations here. Where else can you get Chocolate Irish Cream ice cream with Brownies (baked fresh in the store) and whipped cream! I brought in my own sugar free candy one time to make my dad a special concoction and they were happy to do it. They also offer reduced fat and sugar free ice cream and frozen yogurt as well. And - don't forget to sign up for their birthday club and you get a free ice cream within two weeks of your birthday. Love this place! read more

They make sure to greet each customer as they walk into the store. That was nice! I like how they label different sizes - very interesting! Their ice cream was pretty amazing. Back when I was in high school (and when things like this actually mattered to us kids), the prevailing question among my peers and me regarding ice cream was whether Baskin-Robbins or Cold Stone Creamery was better. And well, it's been over four years, and I still don't have an answer. I guess I never will. But Cold Stone is always a good place to visit for some ice cream if you're in Redmond Town Center on a hot summer day. The staff here is friendly and will greet people who enter. They say "Welcome to Cold Stone!" every time without fail, and I think it's actually kind of endearing if perfunctory. You can tell they also have experience because they know how to deal with customers and ask whether you're ready or still need time deciding. It's also obvious through their speed and efficiency with preparing the ice cream that they've been doing this for a while. I ordered a signature "cheesecake fantasy" in a cone in their huge "gotta have it size." That's enough calories for me for a week, I swear. But I love cheesecake, and cheesecake ice cream sounded like a dream come true. I also really liked how their ice cream cones come in paper cups and not thin paper wrapping. These people really take presentation and ease of consumption into consideration. There was one small problem in that the ice cream melted way too fast. I suppose it can't be helped, since they had to knead the blueberries and other stuff into the cheesecake ice cream, thereby making it malleable and not chunky. It's not a huge concern because I was able to quickly finish it because it was so good. But it also means time to hit the treadmill because they were just that good... read more

Best ice cream place in Redmond. We really like cold stone creameries and this is one of the best in the country. Ice cream, toppings, cakes, store itself... everything is great. But what really sets this location apart is the service. We have visited many times over 5+ years and the staff is always great. One snow day in 2022, the owner closed the shop so he didn't put his employees at risk to come in, but this left many cakes (including ours) that were supposed to be picked up that day at risk of being "on time" for the special event. Justin was very communicative and ended up personally driving the cake to our house to make sure it got there in time for my wife's birthday. Incredible. We hope to enjoy ice cream and ice cream cakes from here for many more years. read more

Ice cream is just ok.....I am not a big fan of choosing different things to put in a cone (Reese's, gummy bears) and it was my first time ever in one....I would not return. I just wanted a mint chocolate chip cone, and I was not impressed by starting with mint ice cream, putting it on a slab and adding chocolate chips, and making a production out of rolling it on around before putting it on a cone..... The girls who worked behind the counter were very nice and friendly....and worked hard. But I was not impressed with the experience. read more

Lily made all my dreams come true tonight. She made me the most extravagant dessert and was so thrilled to take my special requests.

Came tonight for a lil treat. The staff were so sweet! The last two times I've gotten ice cream from Cold Stone there have been hairs mixed in with the ice cream. The first time I called and informed them and whomever I spoke to didn't seem too concerned. I ordered a replacement order and what I got wasn't even mixed and contain gummi bears I didn't request thrown on top. Considering they are working over your food vigorously mixing ingredients together, hair nets really need to be a necessity. I've seen other reviews also reporting hairs in their order so it seems this unwanted ingredient makes it in the mix more often than it should. read more

One of my favorite cold stones in the area. Redmond town center even though it is less active then a few years back its still a nice place to window shop (or actually shop) and walk around. Since I only order one type of ice cream (vanilla) I can't comment on the different flavors even though my friends are always satisfied. I always walk away happy and I usually get raspberries mixed into my vanilla! One thing I've noticed about this particular cold stone is they use fresh fruits. Some cold stones I have been to actually use frozen fruits and break them apart right in front of me. So nice to know that I always have a great creamery to go to! read more

So yummy! I haven't been to a Cold Stone Creamery for at least 5 years but boy, have I been missing out!! I came in because I received a gift card and I have to say I was impressed! They were patient and friendly and offered me samples since I haven't been in for some time. I got vanilla and mixed in Oreo cookies and gummy bears (yes, I'm 6) and got the "Gotta Have it" size and I paid about $6... that's it! Can you believe that?? Only complaint I have is that they can't put their tips on the gift card and I had no cash on me so I will double tip next time because they were really great! Plus, they can't put their tip on a card since I didn't make a purchase with my card (used a gift card... that's unfair to the people who work there plus it made me feel bad leaving there without giving a little back... read more

Growing up in Arizona, Cold Stone was a familiar sight. You know what you're getting, the quality is always high & the staff is excited and happy to help. The only reason I don't give it more stars is that it's lost it's luster and originality. Yes, I frequent this store but only a few times per year. While it IS good, there's a LOT of empty calories to be had here, so I keep walking. It's great if you have picky kids with you! The cake batter ice cream is amazing! However, it is really rich and more unhealthy than I even imagined. They put actual cake mix into their batter and use lots of heavy whipping cream (a person working there shared this info with me one day when I was the only one in the store). My husband loves the lemon and raspberry sorbet. Those are good too, but going with him makes me feel even worse about getting the cake batter haha. All of the ice cream flavors that I've tried here are good, they're really rich and filling, and the service is usually great. read more

I looove Cold Stone ice cream. Even their "light" option (Sinless Sweet Cream) is delicious. It's super rich though, so it can't really handle that many add-ins. If it goes beyond 1 it's really a lot. The creations you can pick from all sound awesome, and I finally tried one the other day- but it was TOO MUCH! The stuff is so intense that even the smallest size available is too much, I wish they had a tiny size to pick from (or let me order the "kids" size!). I recently discovered their ice cream cakes as well- FANTASTIC. I've had the cookies and cream, and the cake batter cakes so far, both were just perfect. read more

I usually stop by late night where I get a pretty decent service but today was horrible. Got there around 4 PM. The girl was asking if we were ready pushing to give the order while she was moping the floor. It was very awkward not knowing if she was going to wash her hands or not.
