With all the amazing new ice cream shops popping up, I don't go here a ton, but I have always loved their seasonal February flavor- Love Potion! I went in to get some to go and the experience was just okay. I asked the staff member for a quart to go and they rolled their eyes and seemed really disgruntled to be packing it for me. I didn't realize it was such an inconvenience. It made me feel kinda bad which was honestly awkward. The bright lights and apathetic staff left a lot to be desired. I would recommend getting things to go since the aesthetic is bright and loud. I will keep going back for my fave flavor, but won't expect the modern, service-oriented quality of all the new Redmond ice cream stops. read more

Located next to Jersey Mike's and Lemon place. Parking is always available. Kids love to stop off here aa there's a flavor for everyone. Always is clean and never too crowded. Tables available to sit inside too. The cake case is really impressive ! Always a nice rotation of artistic creations. Will need to come back for son's bday as they seem pretty cheap for ice cream cakes. Minus 1 star because kids usually want toppings but really only get a couple gummies or m&m's. I like that the ice creams are new looking and not bottom of the carton. Service has always been friendly. One time a young gal was doing waffle cones or something behind the counter and could have helped customers instead but I get that maybe they needed to restock some. I've been to multiple Baskin-Robbins in the area before and loved the one in Kirkland before it closed down. This one isn't anything special, though they are sometimes out of the seasonal flavors. Also wanted to say the workers seem pretty bored and miserable because nobody comes to Baskin-Robbins. I don't have much to add except its a Baskin-Robbins and it works for an ice cream craving. Instagram has a way of capturing cool photos with coupons to drive traffic into this store. The latest for the week was a small sundae and a second for $0.99. Located in a strip mall across from Safeway with plenty of parking in the front. It was definitely not busy on a sunny weekend afternoon. The couple in the store were not too friendly and I felt rushed to order. The ice cream selections were extremely limited and I was shocked at the lack of plain vanilla. We chose the snickers and cookies and cream with hot fudge and whipped cream. We paid $6 for two sundaes which was good because I probably would not spend that amount for one cup. Honestly, this baskin and robbins has seen better days. The ice cream tasted a little old with the nuts being a little stale. I want to say though the couple running the store is trying to survive...however with all the dessert ice cream competition it is very tough. There are newer, fancier places with less traditional offerings. I feel like this location will need to be revitalized with better products and more welcoming attitude. Between the outrageous price and the average quality, I'm honestly not sure how this place stays in business here in Redmond. I'd highly recommend going somewhere else. Baskin Robbins has been around forever, and they are practically THE quintessential American ice cream store. Sure, times have changed and all the stores are now franchised and most are in non-descript strip malls. Long gone are the days of the soda counters and soda jerks and all that. But you can still count on one thing: you'll get excellent ice cream at Baskin Robbins, and your choice of tons of flavors (31, to be exact! lol). This store is no exception. Lots of flavors of ice cream, all excellent. And you can get a sample of any flavor you want. And the store is pristine clean. The gal who helped us out tonight is darling (so young and so pleasant!). They sell excellent ice cream cakes as well, and really good (i.e., decadent) frozen coffee beverages. My family really loves this BR site; we've always had great service here and gotten great ice cream treats! read more

Absolutely love this location. You never know when an ice cream craving will strike! We called to find out their hours (late in the evening) and they offered to stay open late, just to help us. Even though I think the one in Kirkland on 85th is overall better, I like this Baskin-Robbins store for its location and classiness. This one kind of feels more upscale and modern to me. I came here on a very hot summer day and in dire need of a cool treat to save me from the heat. Seriously, ice cream always hits the spot when it's 80+ degrees outside. I always get the milkshakes; I like them more than ice cream cones because they're basically ice cream mixed with milk and are thus drinkable. For my flavor, I ordered the Oregon Blackberry and it was pretty good! The consistency of the shake was also pretty good as it was blended perfectly. Prices at these stores may have risen over the last few years, but come here when it's hot and you probably won't care about that. read more

It's pleasant to sit in and have an ice cream on a summer night. We stopped by after dinner, around 9, and I was surprised by the amount of foot traffic this store gets - there were lots of people bopping in and out for ice cream, late on a Friday, in spite of the strip mall location. Showed up on February 6 at 430pm with 7 kids and 4 buy one get one free coupons and asked if each set of people could use one. The lady said no. Apparently kids do not count as customers at this baskin robbins. So I said I would take my business elsewhere. They do not honor their own promotions that are date specific. The employee was also sitting at a table with her husband or boyfriend and did not seem to interested in serving us. We ended up going to McDonald's instead and getting 7 sundaes, 4 double cheeseburgers, a small fries, and 20 nuggets for only $22 and played as well.
