Came here for a quick drink and snack! The staff was very friendly and polite. I ordered the hot winter melon lemonade which was surprisingly very good and Oreo bubble waffle. The waffle was a little dry but it was perfect with the salted cheese sauce that I ordered. The environment was small but cute. Most of the people came here for takeout. There was not much room for seating. If you asked for a restroom, you would be given a key to a restroom inside of the plaza which you would need to go out of the door for. That said, my order was ready in only ~5 minutes (2 drinks). I enjoyed the pop music playing in the background while I waited. This spot is sort of hidden behind the gas station and trees. There is nearby parking in an attached garage and in the surrounding neighborhood. The boba milk tea with regular sweetness and ice is refreshing and indulgent. A bit pricey; I ended up paying $16 for two drinks + tip. It's ironic that I refuse to pay $5 for coffee but pay $8 for boba tea.
