There is a large touch screen where I was able to easily order while viewing all the different options on the menu, and bypassing the need to interact with staff. The coconut diamond dream was limited edition honeydew melon flavored drink topped with whipped cream, and came in a special white and gold cup. Great physical location, but this store is lacking a bit. I went in a few times and they were out of Boba, which is understandable. However, the staff seems a bit disinterested in serving you. This Sharetea is located in Redmond Town Center, and it was not busy at all in the afternoon when I arrived. There is a touchscreen ordering terminal where you can view the entire menu and customize the ice, sweetness level, toppings, for the drink. I ordered the Halo Halo, a taro coconut drink that had lots of toppings. Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #88 I visited this Sharetea after a late Thursday afternoon lunch. The place was completely barren and no other customer came in during my entire 15 or so minute visit. Classic Pearl Milk Tea, Oolong, 50% Sugar, Less Ice ($6.20) - Sharetea is usually on the sweeter and creamier side, sometimes approaching chalky. This drink, on the other hand, is barely sweet at all and is instead extremely bitter with most of the smoky oolong flavor covered up by the bitterness. It's definitely less sweet than the typical Sharetea. At least the amount of creamer is balanced, making the drink fuller in body but without adding any grittiness. Less ice is also the perfect ice level, allowing the drink to cool completely with barely any chips left over. The boba also isn't great. While they give a ton of boba, the pearls are overly hard and stick together into large blocks. The one upside is that they are marinated well, giving more sweetness than the actual drink itself. I ended up not finishing the boba and having to toss most of it out. Milk Tea Rating: 2/5 Boba Rating: 2/5 This is definitely a mediocre to below average Sharetea location. Tried the Berry Lychee Burst today and it's alright. It's sweet, fruity, and has a nice mix of berry and lychee flavors. The texture is smooth, and it's not too icy or watered down. You can actually taste the fruit, not just syrup. It's on the sweeter side, even at 30% sweet, so if you don't like that, maybe ask for no sugar. read more

Used to be a place I absolutely loved coming to until today. I haven't been to this location since last year after being in another state for college. For one, I ordered it online using their app, clover. Super convenient and easy. I thought so, until we walked in and this girl working was confused and said "oh the drink isn't ready yet" as if I didn't order it 25 minutes ago? Then she found my drink and gave it. Quick delayed. Brought the drink home, and half way i was chewing on a nasty disgusting white finger nail, or perhaps something that was hard and nothing like that should be placed in a bubble tea drink. I spit it out immediately and took a photo. I gave the location a phone call, a girl picks up saying that she really can't do anything about it and she doesn't know what she wants me to do. What awful customer service that this girl has. She told me to call back tomorrow as the manager will most likely come in. I threw out the whole drink and wasted $8. He could have moved her aside and helped people in line, but didn't seem to care. Sharetea is conveniently located in Bellevue town center in a very walkable area. They have a much smaller selection of milk tea than other boba tea shops I have been to. The service was ok and they made the drink quickly. Prices are fair and the tea itself had good flavor. The boba was chewy and had good flavor as well. read more

I've been to this location several times but always forget to write a review! Currently, they offer takeout and delivery. No dine-in is allowed at the moment. I went in on a Thursday afternoon. I was the only customer. I leisurely placed my order and waited indoors for the drinks to be done. No one else came in the entire 10-ish minutes. If someone else came in. I probably would have waited outside. The entire left side of the store is blocked off so it would be difficult to be at least 6 feet away. For the drinks, I bought all my normal favorites - matcha red bean milk tea, classic milk tea, kiwi fruit tea with Aiyu jelly. All reliably good. Parking is easy. There's literally a giant lot next door! Staff is nice. We chatted a bit while I was deciding to switch out of my norm or not. Not. LOL. read more

Such a great place to get a tea and boba. Yum! The service is always nice and super quick. The locations are always clean and orderly.

It's Jan 29 at 3pm so you can figure out who are the 2 ladies working at your store . I'm the only person waiting ( no one behind me ) yet the young lady had me wait for a long time while she jotted down the online or uber orders I presume then proceeded to walk away to make all three drinks. While I'm still waiting for my order be taken. Finally, a new guy walked in who just started his shift and took my order. My suggestion is to take the order of the person in front of you first then fulfilled the order of your online or Uber orders. Bad customer service . They're young . Don't know any better . Note that this Sharetea location IS OPEN for TAKEOUT and DELIVERY during COVID! I know that other recent reviews have stated that the employees were not wearing masks. When I went today, all employees were wearing masks. They also had customers social distance and wait outside for their orders after placing their order since it is a tight and enclosed facility. However, I noticed that the employees were not wearing gloves. Additionally, I had to touch the screen to sign after paying. I don't want to be touching a screen that both employees and customers touch. They have hand sanitizer available, but it's not next to the register. I just think minimized contact is the safest route and that touching the screen should be skipped. The drinks were great. I ordered my usual ginger milk tea with pearls and light sweetness and no ice. My friend ordered the Hokkaido pearl milk tea with light ice. She said it was sweeter than she would've preferred, but it was her first time trying it. Note that the sweetness levels for the Hokkaido and Okinawa milk teas are not adjustable. This location just takes a LONG time to make drinks. I used to come here all the time around maybe 5 years ago when it was run by high school girly pops and they used to bang out drinks like it was the Navy. Now the employees are like full grown adult men but they move at the speed as if they were double their age... Also I don't think they can even read here because they don't seem to follow any instructions on the label. Already more expensive than any other ShareTea location; they've raised their prices significantly again. It appears boba pearls are no longer free but are an additional 75c charge even in pearl tea drinks. Now, the same drink that costs $6.44 a few miles away in Bellevue costs $8.15 in Redmond. It's too bad because the staff is always friendly, the location is great, and the drinks are good, but they just keep raising the prices and it's getting out of hand. read more

Getting drinks but it's been a long time. Since pandemic I've not been around this area.

This was my second Sharetea experience. I like that this location is right next to a parking garage in Redmond Town Center, so if you can't find street parking, there's ample parking options. I visited during lunch on a weekday, and it was completely empty. I paid about $5 for a matcha milk tea (subbed pudding for red bean) and light ice. The drink was made very quickly. It was tasty, but the consistency was still pretty powdery. The second time I went, I ordered a honey milk tea. I love sweet drinks, but it tasted too sweet for me. Short and sweet! The place is small. The lines may look long but it is short and sweet. Order wait isn't too bad. Or can be a little too long depending on the time you go in. My milk tea order didn't exactly come out as ordered though. We had a few original/ Hong Kong milk tea but our sweetness and ice levels all came out the same. But! The matcha was great. Parking might be the easiest since this is in Redmond and in the mall. I normally go to the university one or the first hill one: parking is a nightmare for both. Super glad that Sharetea opened up in Redmond in such a prime location at the Town Center. There's still a ton of hype around this place as I went on a Saturday night around 7:00 and the line was out the door. Inside, it is quite tiny with just a few tables so it's difficult to plan ahead to study or meet friends here. I've tried three drinks from this location, which have been hit or miss. -- Mango Green Tea (50% sweetness with light ice): Despite the use of measuring cups to ration out the syrup, my tea was still SO sweet. Tasted like it could have been 100% sweetness to me, so I'm not sure if the ingredients were measured incorrectly or if that's really how it should be. Then I asked for light ice, but there was such a thin layer, that my first half of the tea was on the room temp side. I appreciate that they offer customization in terms of sweetness and ice, but I was a little disappointed with the outcome. Given that this location just opened fairly recently, they may still be working out some kinks. -- TIP: The "Coffee Milk Tea" and "Classic Coffee" drinks sound the same, but flavor-wise are completely different. The Coffee Milk Tea has a stronger tea flavor that masked the flavor of the coffee in my opinion. So if you're looking for a milk tea with just a hint of coffee, this one is for you. However, the Classic Coffee, truly tastes like an iced coffee! With 0% sweetness, it is perfect and is essentially like an iced latte. NOTE: There are two ways you can earn a free tea: (1) Start a punch card, (2) Printed with your receipt are points available to redeem through the Perka app or texting a code to the given number. 10 points rewards you a free drink. Sharetea tends to rotate through different featured drinks often, so I'll be coming back to try those and more drinks from the regular menu. I appreciate the friendly service and their generous servings of boba (+$0.50)! In terms of drinks, I'm hoping they will continue to improve with time. read more

I don't know how I missed this for this long. I was so happy with my drink that forgot that it was very crowded in the inside of this very small location. There was just one table and one little bench for 2 persons. The rest of us were all packed trying to make a line in little space while every staff (4) were making drinks for the previous parties. I tried their coffee crema with pudding. And since the first sip, I was enjoying it! Pudding was perfect! Mixed with coffee was the best. Crema was silky smooth but salty. So I guess mixing it with the rest, could help but the lightness of the crema would decrease :S read more

Finally another Sharetea opened up!! If you haven't been to one of their locations you're definitely missing out. Probably one of the best bubble tea and creama drink series around.
