    Strawberry Souffle pancakes
    Katrina M.

I'm a super fan of Japanese souffle pancakes so when I saw that this cafe had them, I beelined over to try these! We came on a weekday morning, and made it there about 5 minutes before they officially opened. There was a pretty large line gathering already, but we were maybe about 5 parties from the front. So I would recommend getting there even earlier. The pancakes were legit! Yummy just like they were in Japan, but it does take a while to make these. So even though we were pretty far up in line, it was prob about 45 mins after we ordered before we got our pancakes. It was fine with us because I know they are still relatively new. It's just something to keep in mind! Oh and if you're a fan of strawberries and trying to decide on the strawberry or strawberry banana pancakes, get the strawberry because it comes with a lot of muddled strawberries/strawberry sauce at the bottom as you can see in my photo. The strawberry banana ones were more actual sliced strawberries and bananas, so it didn't have this amazing sauce to accompany your pancakes!

Updating my review! I came here on a weekend, and it was so popular, there was a line out the door. You could tell they were busy but the staff were all working hard to get everyone's orders as quickly as possible, without compromising the quality of the beverages and food. I got the strawberry matcha and the crème brûlée crepe. The strawberry matcha was really good! One of the better ones I've had in a while. The fresh strawberry pieces balanced the strong matcha flavor pretty well. I would get this again! The crème brûlée was good but could've been better. The top was perfect and filled with strawberries and bananas wrapped in custard filling. But as you got mid way through the crepe it was dry, as the custard filling wasn't as spread out through the bottom. Overall good dessert and beverages!

I was in town for an event and came here to grab tea and read. They have about 9 tables that are close together. There's some free 2hr parking nearby! You order at the kiosk and they bring your food/drink out to you. Da hong pao cloud: I got the less sweet option and it was closer to a 25% sweet you get at other tea shops. So if you still want sweetness, get regular sweet. The cloud part also didn't have any flavor or salt or sugar, it was straight up foamy dairy. But mixed in it was good, drinking with the separate layers didn't do anything for me . Loved their less ice option, there's actually less ice and my drink wasn't too cold!

Asian dessert café with drinks like Matcha and Hojicha. We ended up getting a mango hojicha and the da hong pao latte. Both were good had a good selection of onigiris, desserts like the Japanese soufflé pancakes and basque cakes. The interior seating is limited with some outside seating. Service is quick despite the long line to order on one tablet.

I spent over $50, I got the mango matcha, mango milk and the banana pudding latte and the Dubai crepe. The mango matcha tasted like dirt, mango milk was refreshing but i definitely could have made that at home it was literally milk and mango puree at the bottom...that's it. The banana pudding latte was mid at best but I ended up throwing it away after two sips, and the crepe was drowning in chocolate which honestly wasn't the biggest issue but the inside of the crepe had crunchy bits that were about as black as the jacket I'm wearing, and tasted like I was eating straight coal. Throwing it out the window as we speak. TikTok really hyped this place up and idk if people truly like this place but if they do they have no taste buds. Go to coffeeholic instead, better drinks and better prices. This place gets an EEEEEEEYUCK from me and my family.

I really really enjoyed the matcha and strawberry crepe! It was filled with matcha cream, strawberries, whipped cream, and dusted with matcha powder. My matcha einspanner latte and matcha crepe were both rich and creamy. I got the large matcha einspanner which wasn't too sweet or milky. I would definitely visit after work, but I'm terrible at driving. Thankfully they open pretty late, so I can make a trip when the roads aren't busy :)) The cafe itself is small, but there's enough seating! Few people were reading or studying, and there are pictures of the owner's parrots on the wall near the back.

The pistachio latte, recommended by our lovely server, was fantastic, it even featured real pistachios on the rim! The crepe was delicate and tasty. Combined with the fun atmosphere and great service, it was a wonderful experience.

A nice option in the downtown Redmond area for Asian inspired drinks and cafe fare. You order at a kiosk. The place is smaller about capacity for 24 customers sitting. We ordered a crepe like lunch plate and a matcha hochicha drink. Not bad. The service is good. Parking is in a garage around back and validate in the cafe.

Really like their latte drink , and their cakes, but the price is really really steep for what it is. Usually I don't breakdown the costs of the cafe purchases. I first came by to purchase a tea I've never tried before for 6.5 and a baked cheesecake that I haven't tried before. The reason I picked this one, was honestly... I wanted to try one of their cheapest drinks. I forgot the price of my cake. I thought the tea drink was a bit lacking in flavor, but that is my own fault for just randomly picking a drink. I came back to the counter and ordered a different drink. Latte with foam, much much much tastier than my tea. I think my drink came out close to $11 with tip. I'm just in a sticker shock, if those are the prices of drinks these days for this small cup size. I'm not sure if I could afford to come back. Let's hope I win the lottery so that I can!

TL;DR: wowza is this place overpriced and when you order to dine, in your items are served in take out containers. WAY too much cream and soufflé is not fluffy and airy at all. I think I know why the parrot is screaming here (haha). Parking: streetside. Atmosphere: very small cafe with limited seating. Menu: on the kiosk. Service: order and pay on the kiosk, seat yourself if dining in, your order will be called. Grab yourself utensils and napkins. Strawberry Delight Souffle: Maybe they should just call this a box of cream...It was not fluffy at all, cold, and was drenched and I mean DRENCHED in cream. I could not taste anything but cream. There were strawberries in there...somewhere. The souffle was deflated and dense and very soggy and not good at all. $18 for a bowl of mush was not my cup of tea. When I think souffle, I think of a fat and fluffy pancake, not something that is matted down and soggy. It was not airy at all. Original Slice Basque: This was pretty good, dense and creamy with a slight tang. However, the price point of $8.50 was high for something so simple. The Cheesecake Factory has better items for the same price point.

Adorable, modern space with great drink options. Think new combos like hojicha mango or strawberry plus a pretty large food menu. Simply order at the kiosk and they'll bring it out for you. For parking, utilize the QR code they have at the counter to validate.

My husband has been wanting to try out this place for quite some time. We live in Auburn so we had to really make a plan to come out here, especially since they're open at 3 PM. I just had some oral surgery so he thought today would be the best day to come so I can try out their soft fluffy pancakes. We got here at 3:01 and there was already a long line that went around the building. The line moved semi slow. It took about 45 minutes for us a place to order. But once we placed the order we got our food almost immediately. We considered ordering online and picking it up, but they do not have pancakes on the pick up menu. The pancakes were really good! We got the banana and strawberry pancakes with cream and the cream was delicious! I also got the banana pudding Matcha and that was pretty tasty. True authentic Matcha not any of the fake sweet sweetened kind. We also got some of the hand rolls and those were good. It was nice to have a option for something savory to go with the pancakes. We had our food handed to us, and when we did that, the gentleman introduced himself as Justin, the general manager and said if we hadn't any questions just to let him know. I thought that was a nice touch and very personable. The place is cutesy and the staff is welcoming. Overall, definitely worth checking out. The location is on the corner and it has street parking is available. There are tables inside and outside.

Delicious drinks and food, cute and cozy cafe - great for a weekend date! Came here on a weekend morning with my husband and baby. We parked in the lot nearby. We brought our baby along and it was stroller accessible. Service was very friendly! And the cafe was cute and clean! Really love the decor and aesthetic. For drinks we got the banana pudding hojicha and strawberry matcha. Both were soo tasty and well balanced. We also tried the creme brûlée soufflé and the butter mushroom crepe. The soufflé was one of the best we've had! And the crepe really hit the spot! Love this cafe and definitely recommend it! We'll be back for more drinks, soufflé and to try their other items!

When we got there at 11:40am, we checked in and the staffer said it would be approximately an hour to hour and a half wait on top of our already 25 minute wait. Whoa! We didn't know these were typical weekend waiting times. My MIL was willing to wait so we took off and came back in an hour. At that time, they were able to seat our party of three at a table outside. So, it took us about 90 minutes total to get seated. Note to future diners to get on the waitlist early if you're coming for weekend brunch!!! You use a QR code to order from an online menu. Liked how detailed the menu was and how we could remove or add ingredients. With my dairy and eggs intolerance, this comes in handy. My MIL ordered Eggs Benedict, I got the smoked turkey sandwich on focaccia, and my hubs got the chicken sandwich on focaccia. Our sandwiches were packed with lots of deliciousness, but my MIL's English muffin was toasted so hard she couldn't even cut through it with a steak knife. So she sent it back and she also asked for her poached eggs to be cooked harder. The staff member was apologetic and said no problem. It took a while to cook it, but when she got her remade Eggs Benedict, she really liked it. We split a slice of apple bread which was delicious. So happy it was dairy free! My hubs also enjoyed his London Fog. My MIL got a huge slice of coconut cake to go and loved eating it later, telling us it was very moist and coconutty. It was a bright day with nice weather and was a perfect time to try out DERU Market. Even though it was very busy, all of the staff were friendly and attentive. They worked like a well-oiled machine. We definitely want to come back and try more of their dishes, pizza, and desserts.

It's not surprising that the cruffin is one of their best sellers since it's pretty big and well worth the money. Noon Café is a casual family diner offering traditional grilled kababs (aka kebab), appetizers, sandwiches, and pizzas - all Persian/Iranian style. The interior is basic, decorated with photos of Iranian landmarks (I assume). Currently, they have a memorial due to the ongoing war. (Peace to all...) Service is warm and friendly. Be sure to ask questions if the dish names are unfamiliar. The Food: Soltani, $32.99 - 4 Stars Soltani includes one skewer of Koobideh (ground beef) and one skew of Barg (flank steak). Both are well-seasoned with excellent flavor. We ordered the flank steak medium rare, but it was medium with no pink inside. The steak was tolerable, not as tender as it could have be. This dish was served with rice per the menu. After I saw another table has their kabab served with a bread, I asked the server. She said other than rice, there is a choice of Persian bread (flat bread with sesame) and salad. Curious that wasn't in the menu nor did she say it. Not a dealbreaker. Her reply did raise my eyebrow. Zaboon, $16.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Veal tongue, simmered and fried, tomato, pickles, parsley Based on the description, the texture completely threw me off. The meat is mushy to the point of spreadable. The flavor is light with minimum seasoning. I applied hot sauce liberally to the sandwich. Portion size is large. I ate only half. Fries, $6.99 - 3 Stars Menu: Golden and crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside Some pieces aren't crispy enough. Some pieces are too thick such that the inside has the potato gritty texture. The sauce is a house-created flavor. We like the sauce more than we like the fries. The food is closer to 3.5 Stars. I like the family vibe and am rounding up to 4 Stars for the overall rating.

The chicken was also excellent. The rice was perfectly cooked, and when we added the butter, it tasted amazing. They also had a special Persian spice that elevated the flavor to another level. The service was warm and welcoming. Our server took the time to explain how Persian food is traditionally enjoyed and described the purpose of each ingredient. We followed his suggestions, and the experience was even more enjoyable. The ambiance was simple and modern, and the place was very clean and well maintained. Definitely a must-try.

The noodle dishes were decent, but the standout was the Vietnamese pancake. Definitely order this if you're on the fence! The restaurant got a lot busier after we got our food - at least two or three parties who arrived (two each) had to wait between 5-10 min for a table to clear. The staff are super efficient at clearing tables so you won't need to wait long, but the downside of this place is that their popularity easily exceeds their capacity - so be patient!
