Located downtown in a fancy building, ( yup, seating areas and fireplace in the lobby ), this location offers choices as the other locations in the Bay Area, a little bit less than Hayward. Cakes look as good as usual... staff is not as friendly and as efficient though. They asked me to lift the pastries so they can see what they need to charge me. Hayward would pack them in a box while ringing up. I guess they need more practice??... Will come back for a cake for the grandchildren later this week. This is my first time to this location and it was good. The place itself is clean and bright and it has a good amount of seating. Service could be better though. There was only one cashier and he seems a bit flustered. So he wasn't the most efficient. Foodwise: Raspberry macaron - the shell was good, the filling was too chewy. Salt bread - flavor was good, but it was not the salt bread I was expecting. Potato Bread - sweet and soft Mochi donut - it's a little too chewy for my liking Overall, there was some hit and miss. I have been to this location multiple times. I really think their pastries are delicious and that is the ONLY reason I keep coming back. The service is sub-par. In the half dozen or so times I have been here, I have received a smile from only or two employees. else acts as if they are doing me a a very unwanted favor. Resting FLAT faces. The prices are also quite high. I came today for a "$3" medium latte. I also got a mochi donut. With a 10% tip it was still $9.13. If you can get past the service and regular prices when you don't have an offer available thru the app, I suggest you skip. One positive is they do offer one hour free parking. read more

I didn't expect them to use store-bought chocolate cream instead of making their own. Now I'm concerned if they use it in other chocolate items. I almost put my son in danger. We follow the hype and checked out the new Paris baquette in Downtown Bellevue. The store is bright and clean. Lots of the pastries are individually wrapped. We bought croissants and a baguette. The croissants were good, but the baguette not so much. Service was quick. We will be back to check out other cake items. read more

Parking is validated in the building. You have to drive down into the parking lot garage (at the front of the bakery). The space is nice, bright comfortable and new. You help yourself for the most part. The pastries and coffee are so good. They also have some savory foods but I didn't have a chance to order these. Totally worth it. read more

Just found this gem! Staying in Bellevue for The Weeknd and had to give this place a try! Such a cute place and delicious- I had 1 sweet a raspberry cream tart and a savory ham & cheese croissant- warmed up! I would highly recommend both and can't wait to try more. Pastries were great... but the staff started to put chairs away at 7:45pm and made a lot of noise even though the store closes at 9pm.

Service was exceptional. Straight from the manager down to the servers everyone was phenomenally hospitable and friendly. They made wonderful suggestions and offered to customize sandwiches. They warmed our pastries perfectly (highly recommended), and even redid the café latte when my dad complained it was milkier than usual. The sweet potato stick and curry croquettes are excellent. If you're looking for something sweeter, the strawberry custard croissant was my favorite. The place is sparkling clean including the bathrooms. It is a perfect place to hang out with friends or work quietly on your laptop or read a book. I hope this place continues to attract loyal customers because it can definitely be a second home. read more

Very disappointing experience! We ordered a cake for a bday celebration 2 days prior. First of all, the girl seems half asleep took the order! When I go picked it up, no order could be found! I came in because my daughter loves a slice of rainbow cake, and I got a coupon for buy one cake slice, get another free. Which was a good thing, because their cake slices are quite expensive. I got a chocolate ganache slice. Total, including tip? Over $15! And remember, one was free! The best way I can describe the chocolate ganache was as a ghost of a cake. A small slice, with even a smaller hint of chocolate flavor. The ganache was microns thick. The cake was so airy it barely felt like I had eaten anything. Which, honestly, I hadn't. The rainbow cake had a more substantial feel and flavor. Its stature, however? Such a tiny piece. You know those oversized cupcakes at the grocery? Imagine a slice of one of those. I came for the grand opening and i love what they did to the old Sam's tavern space. It's bright and clean inside, plenty of seating! They will charge you 0.79 PER PUMP of flavor!!! That's right so if you wanted 4 pumps of vanilla which is really normal it would be an additional $3.16 on top of your purchased beverage. First of all, I ordered two bacon cheese croissants and got back something entirely different. We took them back and got them to heat up what we had asked for in the first place. I waited for a very long time and finally went up to the counter. I asked where they were and they were sitting on the counter for quite some time unbeknownst to the server who had helped me. They were not very good and weren't even warm anymore. My husband ended up not eating his. We also waited a long time for our coffees as did other guests who we shared eye rolls with. All in all, a bad experience for a Sunday morning. read more
