My son's first choice was served in his style: raspberry mini pie.

Updated request to the store manager: My child ate a round-shaped, chocolate-dipped pastry and had an allergic reaction. I tasted it and realized they used Nutella for the chocolate filling. I didn't expect them to use store-bought chocolate cream instead of making their own. Now I'm concerned if they use it in other chocolate items. I almost put my son in danger. Does anyone know if they list ingredients somewhere by the pastry displays?

We follow the hype and checked out the new Paris baquette in Downtown Bellevue. The store is bright and clean. Lots of the pastries are individually wrapped. We bought croissants and a baguette. The croissants were good, but the baguette not so much. Service was quick. We will be back to check out other cake items.

Just a few sweet treats for my birthday. I love coming here because it's fresh each time. The service is always great and the it's actually a great place to study or hang out with friends

So flaky and yummy-- great croissants!

Parking is validated in the building. You have to drive down into the parking lot garage (at the front of the bakery). The space is nice, bright comfortable and new. You help yourself for the most part. The pastries and coffee are so good. They also have some savory foods but I didn't have a chance to order these. Totally worth it.

My grandfather and I visited for a morning coffee and had a lovely time! Everyone was very welcoming and helpful, especially Micheal who helped us and recommended several tasty options. We each got a coffee and a baked delicacy, it was so good we also split a cherry danish! Overall we loved this place and would recommend for any coffee or pastry lovers to try!

Just found this gem! Staying in Bellevue for The Weeknd and had to give this place a try! Such a cute place and delicious- I had 1 sweet a raspberry cream tart and a savory ham & cheese croissant- warmed up! I would highly recommend both and can't wait to try more. Both were light and so yummy!

Pastries were great... but the staff started to put chairs away at 7:45pm and made a lot of noise even though the store closes at 9pm.

Coffee is mid, latte overly sweet, cakes and pastries are also ok and very expensive. Service is decently fast.

I was looking for something special to impress a few friends I hadn't seen in years, and Rosie…read moreBakery delivered! Due to all the options (2-D prints, 2-D plus decorations on a cake, full 3-D sculpted cakes), it took a while to finalize the design, but their online gallery of cakes is basically a portfolio, and our cake was another successful entry. Just make sure you leave some buffer time beyond the listed two weeks if you haven't already finalized the design and flavor profile. We chose a 2-D plus decorated cake. There's a bit more icing in the decorations themselves, but they are edible and pretty delicious by themselves (we liked the meringue and crispy rice cereal structures). More importantly, the flavor of the not too sweet layered cake came out beautifully. Through their recommendation for what paired with ube cream, we got a vanilla cake + ube cream with a coulis of passion fruit and mango. Probably not the easiest flavors to combine, but it was done incredibly, with the right accent of fresh fruit flavor. The cake, without the extra decorations, was also quite tall (6 inches maybe), to the point that we had to cut thinner slices than expected. Now the only question is what design the next cake should be (we've somewhat decided the next flavor to try with saffron cream).

My top picks are the new milk tea flavor and ham & cheese! The milk tea salt bread has a subtle, well-balanced sweet milk tea aroma, not overly sugary. Ham & cheese was such a pleasant surprise. It reminds me of a hot dog, but wrapped in the uniquely chewy, lightly salty salt bread crust -- such a fun combo of savory ham and melty cheese. You've got great options for both sweet and savory lovers. Savory: ham cheese, pork floss Sweet: taro, milk tea, chocolate, pistachio The bread texture is perfect: chewy, soft with that signature slight saltiness on the exterior. Great for breakfast or afternoon snacks. Will definitely come back to restock!

It also was very hard to light on fire in order to reveal the gender. We drove an hour round trip to pick it up, and my friend paid $100 for what turned out to be a low-quality, poorly executed cake. The cake itself was dry and lacked flavor. Everyone at the party took one bite and threw the rest away. Overall, the experience felt careless and not worth the price. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
