    Scones to go
    Alexis B.

I had never been to Sconers before, but my mom took me and it was such a cute spot! The shop has a really great, cozy vibe. You order your scones at the counter, and they also have beverages like coffee and tea--perfect pairings for scones. The person working the counter was also very friendly and helpful, which made the experience even better. There are lots of places to sit, and when we were there a few people were studying, which added to the relaxed café atmosphere. All the scones looked amazing, so it was hard to choose! We ended up getting a green onion and cheese scone, a bacon and cheese scone, a raspberry jam scone, and a bunch of lemon and dill scones. My mom wanted to try the milk cream scone, but they were out--though it was almost 5 pm, so that totally makes sense. Everything we got was so good! I especially loved the savory scones. I'd definitely come back and hang out here. Sconers would be a great place to meet a friend to catch up, study for a bit, or even take someone on a casual date.

An aesthetic place with delicious scones! The scones were surprisingly light and crunchy. My favorites are the lemon & dill scone and milk cream scone. Most importantly, the teddy bear decorations are perfect for pictures. There are about plenty of tables at the seating area but each table is small with 2 chairs.

The space is so vibey and I love a good theme. It's giving grandma's cottage on a Sunday morning atmosphere. They have some fun, scone, choices, savory, and sweet. Service for the drinks and scones were fast. Some of the scones were a little dry, but others weren't.

I came in on a Saturday morning for brunch. The restaurant is very quaint and well decorated. There is a sign out front making it easy to find. We ordered the lemon dill (sweet) scone, the bacon cheddar (savory scone) and the milk cream scone. They all were SO GOOD. The scones were flaky, buttery and perfectly textured. The lemon dill was surprisingly sweet and the lemon flavor was on point. The milk cream was also great. It was fluffy and not too sweet but also held its own shape for travel/carryout. The space itself was very quaint and limited seating with 2 people tables placed close together. The service was busy but efficient and workers were kind and patient. Price is standard at about $10-15 per person (depending on food and drink preference). Parking is main street bellevue so can be a bit tricky. Overall, great scone place. One star less for the space being a bit cramped, but would recommend the scones

Earl Grey Cream Scone: The scone was pretty moist, and the cream had good tea flavor. However, there was way too much cream; I'd much prefer if the actual scone was a bit bigger. The scones are alright, but not worth it for the size and price. The interior is cutely decorated and there are several tables for indoor seating.

This place is delightful. They have teddy bears everywhere which is adorable. It has eight tables with two chairs each so it's perfect for a couple or smaller group. I came here on a Saturday afternoon and was not disappointed. I had the cheddar and jalapeño scone which was light and delicious. I was only going to get one scone, but the first one was so delicious that I also got the raspberry jam scone. It wasn't too sweet which was a nice surprise. This scone was not as light as the first one. I would come back here and I would take people visiting here as well. Great spot for a friend date. Next time, I want to try the early gray crème scone. Stay tuned! Definitely check this place out, it won't disappoint.

I don't think there's a scone-centric place in the Seattle area so this is a cool addition to the area. We decided not to get coffee since it didn't seem like they use house made syrups. We got the corn scone and the bacon and cheddar scone. They heated it up for us so it was perfectly warm! I liked both scones but I liked the bacon one more! I'd love to go back and check out their other scones since they have such a wide variety of flavors. It's a little crammed inside but there's enough tables if you'd like to eat your scones there. Service is pretty quick so even if you're in a rush, you won't have to worry about waiting too long!

Lemon dill (bottom), corn and onion (top)

Enjoyed the atmosphere and the service was quick and easy. Actually found this place on accident whole going for a walk and popped in for a snack! These scones are pretty pricey for what you get honestly. But the flavor of the lemon dill was quite surprising and delicious. I like the crunchy exterior of the scones and the soft interior. Corn and onion: enjoyed the corn pieces inside and the corn on top, however this was pretty light in corn flavor as a whole bite. This one needed a bit of oomph as a savory flavor and more corn on top and maybe more caramelized onion on top would also be tasty Lemon dill: a sweet scone that's not too sweet. Had a good lemon punch and solid dill flavor. I'd recommend this one!

Loved this place! My friend and I came here and had many scones. I had one with jam and then the bacon jalapeno one. They were heated up which I think really added to the flavor. Both of mine were delicious. Ambiance was super cute inside. Not a ton of space but lots of seating for the space they do have. Recommend trying out the scones that get heated up! Staff was super nice as well.

I came by Sconers with a few friends for dessert after seeing it on social media, and was not disappointed! We tried a variety of their cream-filled scones: - Earl Grey - Double Chocolate - Milk Cream I loved how light and flavorful the cream was (Earl Grey was my favorite!), with the perfect amount of "not to sweet". We also took a few unique savory scones to-go for breakfast the next day, and they reheated pretty well in the toaster oven. The Lemon & Dill Scone was recommended by the staff, and it had such an interesting taste! Seating at this cafe is a bit limited though, with most tables set-up for two people. Parking in Historic Bellevue can also be a bit tough (usually only street parking or paid lots), so you may have to circle a few times before finding a spot.

I was so excited to find this adorable little scone shop on Old Main St. in downtown Bellevue! The staff was very friendly and helpful, describing all the scones. Such a cute shop with delicious treats!

I think I had high expectations for this place, seeing that it replaced Coffeeholic and felt unique to this area - Korean-owned cafe with a focus on scones. Sconers is located on Main street, which is notorious for having filled street parking. I got lucky when I went on a late Thursday afternoon and found one spot right in front of the cafe. If it's a busy time, you might have to find street parking a couple to a few blocks away. When I walked in, I was greeted with such cute Christmas decor and I loved the aesthetics of the cafe. If you want to stay in a vibey and cozy cafe, this is the place. There are about 10 tables that hold 2 chairs/people each, so it's not a big place but cozy. I honestly didn't look at any menus and went straight in with the expectations that I'd walk out with a few scones. I was honestly surprised when I ordered 3 scones and was told that the total came out to $24. I definitely would not have ordered 3 if I had known it was $7.50 for each scone :/ I personally don't feel like the price is justified because they're not very big - but they are filled with cream. They were also fairly cold when I got them, so I'd recommend waiting until they're room temperature to eat them. I'm unfortunately impatient and learned the hard way (literally). I really wanted to like this place but the cost of each scone and the quality of the scones unfortunately lowered my score :(

Iced Vanilla Latte, Raspberry Scone, Blueberry Scone
    Thomas N.

Stopped by Sconers to grab some coffee and pastries. I ordered an iced vanilla latte which definitely leaned on the sweet side so just keep that in mind. I got both the raspberry and the blueberry scones. The raspberry is apparently their most popular item and the jam on top was great, but the blueberry scone ended up being my favorite of the two.

The Thai green tea itself was actually really good -- super floral, creamy, and milky. The sweetness reminded me of sweetened condensed milk, which worked really well with the tea flavor. The part I didn't really enjoy was the ube soft serve. Something about the flavor tasted a little off to me, and once it melted into the drink, everything became much sweeter than I wanted. The waffle was also VERY sweet with a strong coconut flavor. Overall, I did enjoy the actual Thai green tea drink a lot, so I'd probably come back for that alone. Next time I'd skip the soft serve and waffle and just keep it simple.

Parking ended up being a bit of a walk, which had me second-guessing the decision at first--but I'm glad I stuck with it. The moment I walked in, the space felt thoughtfully designed. The flow of the café is one of the best I've experienced--open, comfortable, and easy to navigate. As soon as the door opened, the barista greeted me right away. The counter is positioned close enough that you don't feel awkward hovering like in some cafés where the bar feels miles away. It immediately felt welcoming. I visited on a weekend during a slower period, but since the café sits right next to a college, I can imagine the line spilling out the door during peak hours. At quieter times though, the layout works well--there's enough space for a couple people to wait without crowding the entrance. I ordered a cortado and an almond croissant. The croissant came warmed, and the texture was spot on: fluffy, layered, and not overly greasy. The almond filling had a really nice balance--nutty with just enough sweetness and a hint of salt to round it out. I was told the pastries are made in-house, and it definitely shows. It tasted like something made with care. The cortado itself was solid--pretty classic, nothing overly fancy. One thoughtful touch I appreciated was that it came with sparkling water, which was great for cleansing the palate. The space itself is fairly spacious and works well if you want a quiet moment to sip your coffee. That said, most of the seating is high stools, so it doesn't really feel like the type of place to settle in and study for hours. Overall, I really enjoyed the atmosphere, service, and quality of the food. The one thing that caught me off guard was the price of the croissant at $6.50. It tasted great and I understand prices in this area tend to run higher, especially for house-made pastries--but it's a bit outside what I'd usually spend. So while I definitely think it's good, it might not become a regular stop for me simply due to location and budget. Still, a great find and a pleasant surprise during a routine coffee run. I've been here twice, once a few years ago with my cousins, and another three days ago. The people working were attentive and quick with their service. To expand on my matcha critique, I found the color to be a little on the green-yellow side, which isn't the end all- be all quality indicator for matcha, but I find matcha lattes that are more rich in color tend to taste better and this tasted like a matcha drink I could make with costco matcha. I've made some decent lattes with costco matcha but once I switched to the more higher quality ones, well, it sorta refined my tastes. There isn't a lot of parking, and to be fair, a lot of people who are in downtown Bellevue are parked elsewhere else and likely just meander their way to the cafe. However, if you're coming in by car, I'd suggest parking by the apartments nearby, DO NOT park at the Chase Bank lot, even if the bank itself is closed (learned my lesson...). Overall, a 3.7-3.9. Could be better. Maybe with other additives like cold foam or strawberries, the drink is better, but I'm judging based off the basic latte.
