I came here around 4 PM on a Tuesday. They offer nice seating with free Wi-Fi, which was perfect for getting some work done. They have breakfast sandwiches available all day at reasonable prices. I really enjoyed the Bacon Omelette Melt and the Peach Cobbler. The Peach Cobbler was delicious with half-and-half, and I appreciated having a decaf option. Parking was easy since there's a parking lot. I'll definitely be back to try more of their sandwiches--and maybe the croffles on the weekends! read more

I came for a hot chai 16oz on a Thursday morning around 10am. Lots of seats were taken but the window bar tables were available. WiFi worked well. There are outlets to plug in. Music wasn't too loud so I could take calls for work. The chai latte wasn't very hot or full which was my biggest disappointment. I was pleasantly surprised to see Macrina (a Seattle local favorite) pastries. I didn't get any but I sure wanted to and am happy to see it's an option! read more

I have been coming for a few weeks to study and take some calls. There are lots of outlets, chairs/tables, a space for a group to sit for studying/meetings. Coffee is great here and so reasonably priced. Lotus and Italian Red Bulls too! There is a good selection of snacks/ sandwiches. Baristas are always polite and playing good music. Both were great but the folks working are the best part, they are all so friendly and helpful when I was trying to find the milk with the least sugar for my drink. Also, it's DOG FRIENDLY!!!! I am so happy this place is back to opening on Sundays. It's nice to have a cup of joe, tea and scone after a brisk morning walk. The ordering is Covid friendly with walk up ordering to the outside of the store. Employees are super friendly and patient. The iced peach tea is delicious and refreshing and extra yummy when paired with a scone or chocolate chip cookie. The iced coffee sweetened with a dash of milk gives a nice jolt to the morning. This places also offers hot breakfast options that we need to try next time. The sandwiches look tasty and fresh. There is seating outside and also inside. I think parking is a little bit of a challenge but going extra early should solve that problem. read more

I stood and waited a considerable amount of time while the barista talked to a couple with a child in front of me. Some guy - Justin appeared with his dog and acted as though he was next. She addressed him and he 'graciously' said I could go first. It was so rude all the way around I couldn't give them my money and walked out. Never going back. read more

Really cool coffee shop! The interior is fun, with clouds on the ceiling, and bright furniture. There are tables in the middle, some higher tables/seating towards the back and a bar top as well. Ordered a macchiato which came served in the most adorable polish pottery. I collect polish pottery, so that alone would give me cause to come back. The espresso was velvet and smooth and not bitter as it shouldn't be. Parking is pretty plentiful and shared with only a few other businesses. There were probably 10+ other customers while I was there and it was still fairly quiet/comfortable. I got a lot of work done! Down Pour is my favorite coffee shop! I walk over at least once a week... they have great service, plenty of indoor seating with various sizes of tables. There is a cozy fireplace, bar stools if you need to get work done, and outdoor seating for nice days. Down Pour is my favorite neighborhood coffee bar. It's a great place to meet friends either inside or outside. On our beautiful days the garage doors may be open! The staff are wonderful and always make you feel welcome. They offer wonderful pastries, sandwiches and drinks (the best coffee). It was shocking to see an employee make up a story in his head about a customer's cognitive abilities rather than simply communicating with her respectfully. We were greeted with an incredibly rude and condescending attitude. I have been to the UK at least 30 times, and nothing about the service or atmosphere here felt remotely British. This was an extremely disappointing and offensive experience.

I was there for over 2 hours and they ran out of metal spoons and paper napkins by the time I went to order a second drink (about an hour in). Aside from this detail, they offer a great third space for folks to hang out in. I saw groups of friends, families, and co-working people come through, and everyone seemed to enjoy their visit.

Parking isn't bad, customers can park in the Eastline Grand garage and have their license plate validated in store, make sure to not forget this step or you can get ticketed. This shop is never too busy inside unless you make a visit in the evening, then there might be a small line, but the line moves pretty quick. The staff are super patient, and will let you sample multiple flavors before making a choice. Really glad to have a location closer to home so that I don't have to keep making the trip to Kirkland anymore (though the Totem Lake location is pretty nice too).

Walking into this cute cafe you will be cheerfully greeted by the sweetest baristas in the world. Every encounter I have had has always been a warm welcome. I used to be a barista myself, so I consider myself a little bit...well...high maintenance, as my normal order is an "8 ounce, breve, in a for here mug, (which are adorable by the way) half white mocha, half hazelnut latte with extra foam!" They have amazing attention to detail, and they want everything to be just right, and it is always more than I ever dreamed of! They even top of their creations with an artistic touch of latte art which I think arguably makes it taste better. I highly recommend their pesto breakfast sandwiches, which they warm up in house. I would honestly just go there for the amazing service, the excellent beverages and treats are a plus! This is my go to place for meeting up with friends or doing some work. It is truly a neighborhood friendly hotspot you should check out! read more

I've visited this place multiple times over the last two years, hoping for a better experience each time, but I've consistently been disappointed with their coffee drinks. I've tried americanos, espresso shots over ice with flavor, and iced lattes, but I always end up throwing my drink away and regretting my decision. Their coffee is gross. Despite its convenient location near my house, it's worth the drive to go elsewhere for coffee. On a positive note, their breakfast sandwiches are good, though they are sourced from Homegrown, they don't make them. read more

Me and about 5 other guys meet here for occasional sat morn guys time. been coming for a couple of years. couple of weeks ago we saw a sign in the window of Down Pour stating "we welcome our ----- community". One of my friends is ----- so he asked us what we thought. long story short: we are so over identity politics. Yawn, why? are they trying to attract my ---- friend? or diss my other friend because he's a ----? with so many good coffee shops every square mile, these folks should just keep pouring and omit the identity politics read more

Really nice coffee with some lovely seasonal specials, though admittedly a bit on the higher end of the price range. About $4 for a fairly small coffee. Smooth, generally pretty sweet, which is a plus for me. The place has a cozy feel to it. It's a nice place to sit down and get some work done. Wonderful staff who knows their products! Small business award IMHO. These gals knocked it out of the park and they have humor to match their gusto. And being overly caffeinated doesn't hurt I'm sure. hahaha! I used to come here fairly regularly. I would order a Chai Soy Latte with Gingerbread syrup. That's right. You're PSL ain't got shit on this magical creation. ;-) Try it. It's divine. read more

I love this place. The food options are great and they have breakfast sandwiches all day! The drinks are sooo good and the espresso is perfect! I had my 40th Birthday here, they allow you to rent the space after hours for private parties! It's so cozy and roomy. All the guests love the space. Everyone is super friendly! I wouldn't recommend going here if you have another option. They aren't super professional. I saw what appeared to be the owner storm out yelling at the other businesses owners there. It was a little terrifying. He doesn't seem to have much parking either. Plus there's a Starbucks just down the road. read more

Not a great location. He doesn't have enough parking and you have to walk in. It's not easy to get to and there isn't enough space to sit outside. I wouldn't recommend unless everywhere is closed. read more

A very welcoming barista crafted a pair of 16oz mochas with really nice coffee art. Note that cash payment is not accepted. Points can be accrued via Toast by signing up with your phone number. Nice clean cafe with plentiful natural light, healthy plants, and mirrors. There's merch and coffee roasts also available for purchase. I can't speak to pastries and other menu items since we were there towards the end of the business day. Majority of the folks seated along the counter were taking advantage of natural light while working on their respective laptops. Counter seating, as well as, table seating are available onsite. Pleasant, brief visit to their Kirkland indie cafe location. Appreciated the tasty mochas.

This is the largest Mercury's Coffee location in Washington. I've been to the Kirkland location, which is drive-thru only, but this café offers a completely different experience. A fun fact is that Mercury's headquarters is located right next door to this location. One of my favorite things is that many of their pastries are made fresh in-house, and you can actually watch the staff preparing them. Their croissants are always a great choice, and I also highly recommend their breakfast sandwiches. They even serve pizza if you're looking for something more filling. When it comes to drinks, Mercury's has some of my favorite organic coffee beverages. The Caramel Macchiato is my go-to and one of the best drinks on the menu. The café has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating, making it a great place to meet up with friends, study, or get some work done. It's easily twice the size of the Redmond or Kirkland locations, so it feels much more spacious and comfortable. The staff are always friendly, the atmosphere is warm and inviting, and the overall experience is consistently excellent. If you're in Bellevue and looking for a great local coffee shop with delicious food, fresh pastries, and plenty of space to relax, I would definitely recommend stopping by this Mercury's location.

When it was finally my turn, I ordered one coffee, but although my card was charged, my order was never entered into the system. After waiting 10 minutes while several customers who ordered after me received their drinks, I went back to ask about it. Instead of apologizing, the cashier was rude and argumentative. I asked for a refund since I had to leave, but they accidentally charged my card a second time instead. Eventually, another employee tried to process the refund and told me to check my card in a couple of days. This isn't about $6--it's about poor customer service, lack of training, and no accountability. Mercury Coffee used to be much better. I hope management addresses these issues.
