My favorite place for dessert!! I love the healthy, delicious options found here and its location is right in Totem Lake shopping and cinema area so you can pop in for a treat or some juice if you are out and about. The place is minimal in its design and meant for a quick stop and not meant for lengthy stays. The service was good and not always the staff's fault but the freeze machines sometimes malfunction and do not always have every flavor available. I enjoy their spicy Greens 4 juice, as well as their ginger/ tumeric shots. And, I am pleased to know they offer the pulp from the veggies and fruits they juice to farm animals so none goes to waste. My elderly mom and I were in the Totem Lake area and needed a Pressed fix so we stopped by this newer and convenient location. We each had a non-dairy chocolate Freeze with 3 toppings. Even in the middle of Winter, these things are delish! We loved our fresh toppings ( I had the mini chocolate(?) chips, coconut flakes and blueberries with a chocolate drizzle on top. Super tasty! We were served by the delightful and efficient Natalie at this location. Natalie was super nice and courteous and very friendly. I went to this new location of Pressed for the first time this morning and was so impressed! The place is very clean and bigger than I expected, and the staff Natalie was super kind and helpful with our order! I loved the customer service! Inside they have 4 seats to enjoy your order, or you can quickly pick up your order and take it to go. My dad and I both ordered açaí bowls, which are vegan and come with a variety of toppings available. I got vegan marshmallows, almonds, fruit, and almond butter on top. The açaí was super fresh and yummy, my dad and I loved ours! We also were able to sample a couple juices which was super fun, and I got the strawberry orange smoothie juice drink after sampling. I've been to other pressed locations and have tried the vegan soft serve freezes before, which are super delicious, and I'm so happy there's a pressed located closer to my house now! Don't ever order any delivery from them. Today I was told to my face that "delivery was my last priority". It means they'll never make your food as long as there are new customers walking in. The juices are okay, I got the frozen "juice" it was okay, tasted a little like cardboard but I guess it's because it's somewhat healthy, I did enjoy it, I got toppings and it tasted good, you could tell it was healthy though. The machine was broken so it looked kind of gross, and the chocolate was unavailable. The service was okay other then the broken machines. The store was nice and clean. Have been wanting to try this place since it opened so finally felt a strong enough Açaí craving to go. I also decided to get a bunch of juices too as I felt I need a bit of a cleanse! The store is in the new totem lake shopping district, and is a nice bright and open store. The counters have tall plexiglass and with the glass and masks it's definitely hard to hear the staff and vice versa. I opted for the original Açai bowl, and it was awesome that they measure the exact amounts on a scale. Additionally I ended up grabbing 8 juices to go, and was delighted most of them last a few weeks or longer in the fridge. I find the prices very reasonable for the quality and freshness. They also have a pick up order fridge which is cool. The Açai bowl was very good, packed with fruit and the granola was awesome. I've had a few juices already and have enjoyed them (though what's really to enjoy about celery juice??!!). I like this concept so much I have joined there VIP program which gets me VIP prices now too. Will be back for more! read more

I really have nothing bad to say about Pressed. I've seen some negative comments about their prices overall, but I think you kind of know what you're in for when you go to a juicery like this! I wanted to pick up some green juices because I felt that I hadn't been getting in enough greens lately in my diet. I love my veggies, and I buy them whole and cook and eat them frequently, but I wanted to spice things up a bit. I heard some friends talking about how refreshing green juices are, so I wanted some for myself. This location is spotless, and they truly do have a great selection of juices (and other menu items -- I love their freezes omg). The girl working that evening was extremely friendly and had the BEST attitude. They had a deal going on, so I ended up getting a few juices and a few wellness shots. Overall, I loved every single juice and shot I got from here. They all tasted amazing and made me feel great afterwards. I will for sure be back the next time I'm in the mood for a green juice (or a delicious Pressed freeze)! I ordered the pumpkin pie bowl (which was really good), no substitutes. I asked if it had walnuts, which they read to me and said no. But I'm thinking the granola butter might have, even if the physical granola didn't. A few bites in my throat was quite itchy, so I stopped eating it just to be safe. It did have almonds listed for the actual granola, which I'm fine with. But there were no ingredients listed for the granola butter. He deserves to be recognized for his work ethic, customer service skills, but also his overall friendliness and how he goes out of his way to care and get to know his customers. Love that they opened this location in The Village at Totem Lake! I have already been in twice it is so convenient for those of us living on the north end. I was able to try the new Pumpkin flavor in the freeze, which I highly recommend. It's my favorite flavor so far. The first time I was in I placed an order for pickup and it was ready really fast. They also have a separate fridge so you can just walk in, find your order in the fridge, and walk out. So easy! The staff has been super friendly every time I have been in too. I went in for a soft serve and tasted my parents' vanilla soft serve. There were no signs of nuts anywhere, and I had an allergic reaction. I had to use my epi-pen in front of the store worker. She was not concerned at all and frankly did not care. She basically told us, of course there are nuts it's a vegan place and showed little concern or offered anything else. I'm disappointed with the lack of good customer service and ignorance of allergies. I am surprised there were no allergen signs at all. Please beware if you have a nut allergy. read more
