It's in the parking lot of a church with the same name, assuming due to affiliation. Some slow older women were working, again probably affiliated with the church. They even had bible verses on the cups. Around 9:30am on a Sunday they were out of a handful of food items, likely due to morning church crowds. So, we each had to go with our second choice of bagels, which weren't even close to being toasted enough. It was like they just warmed them in a microwave. They were surprised when we wanted coffee in the frappes, which was real odd.

I ordered the elephant ear latte, which was part of the carnival themed latte lineup. It was delicious. It was sweet and it was a perfect treat. I needed it before heading over to Costco. I did not receive a receipt after paying so I don't know how much my actual drink and the cup was but it came out in total to $14. I also did sub out oat milk. Service was pleasant nothing extraordinary and they were fairly quick and making my beverage. I came around 2 PM on a weekday with no line. Not sure what it's like in the early mornings or peak hours.

(Sorry for the harsh example) This last time, she didn't even smile, and she didn't say a word to me other than "what are you having" and "here you go". I also asked for extra ice and she gave me light ice, and then she barely mixed the drink after putting ice in, so my first sip of my ICED drink was warm. And listen, that in itself is not a huge deal. However, as a former barista myself, it's the little things. And when your barista isn't even nice in any way that's visible, every other aspect of negative is heightened. Just like when someone is kind, people are more willing to... "forgive" mistakes, like "oh I asked for extra ice and she gave me light, but it's okay she was really nice". The espresso they serve is just fine! No complaints there. I suppose this is just a: hey, maybe talk to your baristas about their presentation. Because it turns customers away from your business. 3 different baristas, similar experiences when it comes to their pleasantness.

I got to meet the owner and her best friend who were running the stand. Classy ladies. Unique excellent quality recipes. Incredible friendly service. Quick. And it's so hard to find great customer service these days. They said hi to my kids. Talked about their nieces and nephews.
