First off, the latte was fine. Nothing special. No art in the togo cup. Then why 3 stars? Because it chooses to do things that benefit the owner over the customer. The prices aren't listed on the drive through menu at all and listed as "prices vary" on the app menu. Who knows if just under $6 is the correct price for a 12 ounce latte? Maybe they looked at me, and my fancy attire, and doubled the price? LOL I used the walk up window and I have a policy that I don't tip if I'm standing. Drinks are always delicious! Wait time is getting longer and longer. They changed up their menu but it's only posted on the drive in. No drink menu at the order window so it's hit or miss on remembering what you wanted after waiting 20+ minutes in line that there is no way out of. Staff is friendly but also a bit slow. read more

Both my son and I love grounds coffee for their over the top drinks. My son will usually have a kids size italian soda with all the things and I mean all - whipped cream, gummies, popsicles on top. It's a special treat. I usually get one of their seasonal specials. They are always super nice and really make an effort to make every drink extra special. The only thing that made me take a star off is they don't always have their special menu visible. They also don't make it available on a website or even on their social media. If you didn't know they made fun drinks beforehand and just go and ask for a regular espresso drink you might never find out what a special place this is. read more

They have the most EXTRA drinks! Little mini cinnamon rolls around the straw. Whipped cream everywhere. Candy adorning the lid. Syrups drizzled all over! It's madness and I loved the photos so I had to come check it out myself. Unfortunately while waiting in line and checking out their menu I remembered my tooth has been aching and a dentist visit is in my future... Poor judgment on my part but I was determined to try something! I went with a still very sweet and delicious option of a vanilla latte with brown sugar soft top and yes it was painfully good! It came out to around $8 total and I also got a pup cup. The best pup cup Bella has ever had actually and she's judged a lot of pup cups! They sprinkled some sort of freeze dried fish pieces or something on top like sprinkles and Bella's eyes just lit up seeing it. I wish they had a menu further back in line rather than right up at the window. I've been to Grounds in Woodinville several times. They're my go-to spot if I'm craving a blended Red Bull. I give them 10/10 on presentation because their drinks are always so beautiful and creative. You can basically custom create any flavor you're craving. I always try and pick flavors that I can have frozen fruit blended in so the drink isn't all syrup flavoring. I've tried their razzle berry flavor, raspberry white peach, strawberry lychee, and many others. If you don't know what to get, you can always ask the baristas to get creative and customize a flavor for you. They have a ton of Monin syrups and other frozen fruit or purées. have tried the coffee here too and the lattes are pretty good, but I come back mostly for the cool fruity drinks. I'm not an energy drink kind of person, but I'll still come here for a special treat Red Bull drink every once in a while. The baristas are always super nice and very accommodating. I'm a really indecisive person and they're always patient if I have questions or need some time to think. They have a million potential flavor combos, so sometimes I need a minute to come up with a new flavor to try. There was one time I didn't like the flavor of my drink and I came back and offered to buy a new one, but the barista was so nice and made me a new drink free of charge. She insisted that if I am ever unhappy with a drink to bring it back and have it remade. Sometimes the wait can be long on nice days, but other than that I've had nothing but great experiences at this coffee stand. read more

Place is solid. We go here usually after hiking the Tolt Pipeline trail. I have had the pumpkin spiced latte with almond milk, wifey has had the decaf choc mocha with oat milk, and my kids the banana chocolate chip bread. We have been back multiple times, ordering the same items and the quality is consistent.. The baristas are also very friendly to my family and I. We haven't had any issues. I do worry about the bees flying around inside their stand but it does not seem to bother the baristas at all. My family freaks out when one bee is in our house. But it really does not matter because this place is a drive through anyways. I am no expert in coffee but I do enjoy visiting this place and recommend it to anyone needing a cup of coffee while in Woodinville. read more

Stopped by today after wanting to have tried the fancier-looking drinks, after already having going once. We pulled up and were greeted by very kind and attentive workers who answered all of our questions about the cool looking drinks. They told us that the drinks are specially made for Instagram, a secret menu so to say. They were very patient while we scrolled through instagram to look, and when we both found our drinks, they knew exactly how to make them and got them to us in like, less than 4 minutes. Overall, it was a great customer service experience and we recommend coming to visit them whenever you get the chance! In terms of the drinks themselves, the blended cold brew was delicious! They mentioned that they wanted to ask her if she worked out because, in their opinion, she didn't look like it--they said she was fat. They even commented that they wanted her to turn to the side to see how small her waist was. I emailed about this incident when it happened but never received a response. Ordered iced americanos with a friend today; we both tasted something super sour and thought it might be expired cream. Brought back to the stand and told the owner, she was extremely rude to my friend and scoffed at the request to check the expiration date on the half n half. We were amazed that she thought we were lying and wouldn't have the decency to even check or apologize for those sour as hell coffees. They did remake the drinks, but handed them back while muttering something under her breath. The 2nd round of drinks were STILL sour and the consistency was suspiciously thick. I really hope no one else is served curdled coffee today. Such a shame and piss-poor display of customer service after giving them 2+ years of local business. read more
