horrible customer service the guy who help us he made my kids cry over some sprinkles he was the most rude person i have ever had to deal with he made a mistake by putting the wrong toppings on my kid ice cream no big deal but he wanted me to pay for he's mistake and i told him that i wasn't paying for he's mistake. he got pretty upset and started arguing with me and my kid started crying, she was pretty scared of this guy. if you can pay attention to your job buddy u shouldn't be helping people specially kids. you definitely lack the skills to perform one of the easiest jobs. read more

Plus, when you visit on the 31st of every month, scoops are only $1.70 (except during COVID-19, to prevent crowds). I ordered a brownie sundae, which included a soft, warm brownie underneath two scoops of ice cream and a topping. I chose funfetti and Oreo with hot fudge, and it was solid. If you like a good brownie, then I recommend getting the brownie sundae with your ice cream here, as it was fudge-like and soft from the warmth of it being heated. And who doesn't love hot fudge? When you want to treat yo' self, then Baskin-Robbins is always there for you. It's a classic spot with all your favorite traditional ice cream flavors and more. My husband and I each got a two scoop sundae with the tiniest scoops of ice cream possible while still qualifying as a scoop and paid $15.17. I cannot recommend this location from a bad experience here. The mint chocolate chip ice cream that I was served was severely freezer burnt. Not only did it taste like spearmint toothpaste (not its normal mint flavor), it was discolored (light gray, not its normal green color) and the texture was very grainy/icy. It was AWFUL and did not taste, feel or look like it is supposed to. I have had Baskin Robbin's mint chocolate chip ice cream often over the past 25 years, and I am very familiar with this particular flavor since it is my #1 favorite ice cream. I rarely write reviews, but I was so unhappy with the service here that I felt that I had to. I went in today to buy my husband a cake, strawberry and white to be specific. The gentleman picked one out, took off the tag describing it so I was not able to see it, and asked me if it looked alright. It was pretty, I said yes, assuming it was strawberry and white like I told him I wanted. It wasn't. It was mint and chocolate. Neither my husband or myself like mint, but a few of our guests did so they were able to eat some. I was unhappy that my husband didn't get to enjoy the cake he wanted, the specific flavor of ice cream cake being a birthday tradition with his family back home. I took the cake back afterwards and explained my problem to the same gentleman behind the counter, asking if I could exchange it for the cake I had asked for. Long story short, I left with the original $30 cake that neither my husband or I could eat, and very upset. The gentleman refused to acknowledge the fact that he had given me the wrong cake, and refused an exchange or refund for the cake. Needless to say, we will not be going back to that location. Asked him what cost me $7.00 as the banana dish is $5.50, he said "I charge for extra scoop of soft serve!"
