Absolutely terrible. Our family came in and each ordered one scoop. The scoops were incredibly small. Like 1/4 of a cup in each cup. I said something and the employee said the ice cream was hard to scoop. Each scoop was 6.25 each. We walked into the mall to eat our ice cream and all 4 flavors were freezer burnt. It was nasty. We paid almost 30.00 for 4 scoops of icecream that went into the garbage after two bites. So maddening- we might we well have flushed 30.00 down the toilet. read more

Visited this Ben & Jerry's in Bellevue and tried their new mango flavor. It was super delicious with a yummy mango taste and smooth creamy texture! My kiddo got her standard fave, Americone Dream which was also very good judging by the few bites I stole from her Service was quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. Wanted to move back pickup date by 1 day and couldn't reach anyone by listed phone number or get a response by responding to email listed in confirmation email. Knock 1 star for that. Otherwise--it is one of the places where the ice cream cake isn*only* ice cream. No cake (unlike cold stone) which is what we prefer as we aren't big fans of cake. read more

One time visit and probably won't go back... A very bad first experience. Second customer to wait in line and 2 workers ignored for 10 minutes while serving first customer. Then a girl employee ignored us and served the customers who came in after us! The guy came back after making his customers' requests and getting payment and told us he would be right back. After another 5 minutes, he finally came back while the girl didn't even say a word to us! Why?!? Anyhow, told the guy for a HOT Fudge Sundae. But when he put it together, only put one scoop of Vanilla ice cream and a blob of Chocolate syrup, which seemed cold, old or hard. Didn't seem or taste fresh since the chocolate wasn't smooth like a normal liquid syrup and wasn't warm. Took a picture as proof... And charging $6 for that?!? Bad customer service. Not sure where this company went wrong but the customer service is extremely poor especially at this location. I suggest hiring people that care about you rather than rushing you through the line. We always stop here after shopping. Every single time they have been giving a big scop and I have not complained tipping. I have always walked all the way to my car eating the ice cream. That is how I know the quantity I have been giving in the past. Not today. The girl with curly dark hair told me there is no chocolate or strawberry. My daughter pointed at the chocolate one. I told her I wanted a sugar cone and I pointed the one I wanted. She went ahead and decided I wanted the cone with chocolate at the bottom. When she gives me the cone I thought it was a sample because the scoop was so small! She of course showed me the pad to pay and I happily declined the tip. She looked at it and did not tell me thank you. No! I gladly did not tip her because she gave me a small scoop. My daughter's cup had also very small scoop too. I will return to this ben and jerrys again. Don't waste your time at the 2 rude Molly moons locations in downtown Bellevue. I could grab an ice cream cone for like $1 from Mcdonald's right next door...or I can get real ice cream here, rich and creamy(also a million calories, but fuck it). There's traditional and specialty favors here, I just wish the salted caramel was sea salt ice cream with caramel topping in it instead of vanilla ice cream with sea salt caramel chunks in it, but that's good too. This is located on the first floor near McDonald's entrance. No seating inside, but there's plenty of table right outside. Probably want to avoid going through this entrance if you don't want your kids bugging you to stop in. This place is known as "The Ice Cream Store" on DoorDash and apparently accepts orders but then doesn't have the order ready and doesn't even have the items they say they do. This place is nostalgia. I was visiting the Bellevue square in Bellevue and I only came here because they closed down all the Ben and Jerry's local to me in Northern California. (I believe there might still be one or two open in the San Francisco/Berkeley Area). It was a childhood favorite so I had to come here. The girl inside was very patient, friendly and accommodating. I probably sampled 3 or 4 flavors and she was patient with me the whole time and was not annoyed. I got the milk and cookie ice cream which was great- it literally tasted like milk and cookies. Because I had a great experience here I am inclined to visit another Ben and Jerry's when I see one. I would definitely return to this location without a doubt but it won't be for a long time because I'm not from the area so I have to hunt down one closer to me and see if they still exist around here. read more

I've previously been to other locations in the Seattle area and they all have been great so when I saw that the one inside the mall was open I was very excited..... the experience however was horrible. I went inside and there was no employee....waited for about 5 minutes and said "hello?? Hellooo??"(I was craving b&j's badly) and finally a guy walked out saying "oh I didn't hear you. What do you want?" I was already annoyed and he scooped my ice cream didn't apologize or anything and slid my card for payment and before I was even done signing the paper he left. Horrible service. Fist time I had ube and boy I really enjoyed it! Purple yam ice cream with coconut flakes and mochi sounds good, but it did sound a bit odd to me too. It's not really something I could have imagined before tasting (unlike like black sesame which you can find all around).
