Adorable little cookie place. We got some warm chocolate chip cookies. The staff was so nice.

One of my favorite places to grab a cookie in Seattle. Very convenient, very tasty, and very unique! I really liked their smores cookies I highly recommend and would come back!

Beyond excited to have this spot right across from inspiration playground. A bit dangerous to have them in Bellevue now as I'll be eating their cookies all summer long while I keep track of my kiddos at the park. It's a cute little shop, no seats or bathrooms, just stop by for your cookies and keep it moving. Luckily bathrooms aren't far (right by the parking lot for the park). Staff was friendly and helpful. Cookies are dangerously delicious. My favorite was the brown butter snickerdoodle. My kids loved the ones with the sprinkles.

i'm a BIG cookie connoisseur and this is the FARTHEST thing from ur everyday supermarket cookie. I WANNA GIVE THIS 10 STARS! oh boy the smell was what drew me to this plc. also saw it on tiktok! for a small corner store, hello robin had LOTS TO OFFER. not all cookies r created the same. salting cookies makes all the difference. they were crunchy on the outside and chewy on the inside, soft but not mushy or falling apart in ur hands. gooey chocolate but it doesn't leave ur hands messy. 1. each cookie is $2.50. the s'mores is worth the EXTRA $0.50. it has the crunch of the graham, the stretchy sticky marshmallow, and the rich gooey chocolate. A MASTERPIECE. 2. butterscotch is salty/caramel. the flavors are multi dimensional. it's not just straight up butterscotch and sugar but u taste the carmelized/charred essence out of it. 3. had some of the lemon poppyseed later, a more cakey cookie. average, okay PLEASE VISIT IF YOU R IN BELLEVUE!! i need these to offer countrywide shipping.

    Yum

Wahoo finally a cookie place that does not carry nuts. All the cookies are NUT free. I was so excited that I did my happy dance inside the store. So many variety to choose from. I ended up with chocolate chip and birthday cookies for Mother's Day celebration and enjoyed them with my coffee this morning. Both cookies were perfect not overly sweet, chocolate chip was yummy and soft and birthday cookies were just right. Both very tasty and I can't wait to go back to try other flavors. Service was great. Team was friendly and helpful. Location is across from Bellevue Park so street Parking is available.

Oh Hello Robin, welcome to Bellevue. Yum, our Hello Robin cookies were so delicious. We tried the classic chocolate chip, whole wheat chocolate chip and of course the s'mores cookies. All were amazing and what a fun surprise to have a graham cracker as the base for the s'mores cookie. You'll definitely want to stop by for really yummy cookies. We'll definitely be back soon!!

Hello, Bellevue - we finally have a Hello Robin! I just love that all these Seattle-based businesses are planting seeds on the eastside, with Hello Robin being one of these wonderful businesses! I was so stoked to learn that Hello Robin has finally opened up a spot in Bellevue, making it all the easier to get my favorite cookies where I live! I love Hello Robin. The cookies are perfectly delicious and are made with love. My favorite is the Mackles'mores, which is a take on a s'mores cookies as it's a cookie baked on a graham cracker and has marshmallow and dark chocolate chunks throughout. It is divine! But you can't go wrong with any of the cookies here, and it's worth checking out their seasonal ones, which is currently a lavender chocolate one. If you're used to going to Hello Robin in Seattle, you'll know that they sell Molly Moon's ice cream and you can order an ice cream cookie sandwich, but not at this location. This spot is a takeout-only space as it took over where Molly Moon's used to be across from Bellevue Downtown Park. They may not have the ice cream, but Molly Moon's is just down the street, folks, if you want to build your own ice cream sandwich. The day I visited, Robin was there! I totally fan girled and let her know that I was so happy she opened up a shop in Bellevue. Robin was very kind and the staff were helpful. Get some cookies, which they sell individually or by the half dozen or dozen and you'll be happy.

Some of the best cookies in the area. I love all the flavors. Best when they're baked fresh

I don't normally order teas but their London fog is so good with the lavender flavor. Such a great combination together. My husband and I shared the Farine's breakfast and also my friend ordered the croissant sandwich. We weren't a fan of the smoked salmon so I would skip that next time but I like the ham and bacon. The eggs Benedict was cooked perfectly and we also ordered fries, which were kind of on the salty side. Overall would love to come here again. It's super noisy inside though just because it's so packed so beware!

Both were delicious and served with fries and salad. So satiating. The lavender london fog and mocha chocolate drink was perfect pairing and drink for did I say (again), cool mid morning. We wrapped up the brunch with a delicious Belgian brownie. It was soft with super rich chocolate...so good. Plenty of parking in the building with parking code at the register. I would give this place a 4.5 star if there is half a star.

The lighting inside is bright enough for all the colors on their cakes and general decor to stand out on their own; in other words, it's cutesy inside and I love it! The front has a ton of chiffon and crepe cakes in a display case, and there's also a bunch of cookies near the front as well. They also serve regular and specialty drinks, and my friend and I wanted to get some here. Staff here was quick with our orders. My friend got their assam boba milk tea, while I - in the best way yet - went overboard and got both their cream brûlée latte and their strawberry chiffon cake. - The creme brûlée latte was put in a cup where I couldn't see the inside of the drink, but it still tasted great despite it being late at night. Coffee is strong, and the crema has a sweet taste that blends well with the coffee itself without making the drink too bitter. - The strawberry chiffon cake was a lot even for the two of us to split but besides that it was not too sweet, and the sponge cake inside wasn't either. Outside filling tastes heavily of cheese, though. This particular cake has the face of Hello Kitty. From reviews and hearsay, I hear they have baking classes here which is really cool. I'm not much a fan of the parking situation around the area especially late at night but I love the concept and would make a trip back to have their other pastries.

I came here specifically for the Matcha Parfait, and it did not disappoint! This is not just a dessert; it's an entire experience in a glass. The parfait is beautifully layered with high-quality matcha ice cream, matcha pudding, and whipped cream. The matcha has that perfect, deep earthy flavor without being overly sweet. I loved the variety of textures, from the chewy mochi to the crunch of the cornflakes at the bottom--it keeps every bite interesting. You can tell they use premium, ceremonial-grade matcha because the color is so vibrant and the taste is incredibly smooth. The cafe has a very modern, clean, and minimalist aesthetic. It's a great place to sit down with friends or even just to treat yourself to a peaceful afternoon snack. The service was polite and efficient, even when it started to get a bit busy. Nana's is definitely the gold standard for matcha in the Bellevue area. Whether you're a die-hard matcha fan or just looking for a unique, high-quality dessert, the Matcha Parfait is a 10/10 choice! If you're not in the mood for a full parfait, their matcha lattes are also fantastic--definitely ask for it with less sugar to let the natural tea flavor shine.

First impressions: the space is genuinely charming. Everything is thoughtfully presented--very dreamy, almost cloud‑like in aesthetic. You want to love it before you even take a bite. The fruit cakes were pleasant, but this is where personal preference really matters. For me, I always lean toward more fruit, less cream. While the whipped cream feels light at first, after a few bites it starts to feel heavy and a bit greasy on the palate--pretty, but not especially restrained. The black sesame cake was the most interesting--and the most polarizing. The first bite was a true wow: deep, nutty, and indulgent. But as I worked through it, the texture became confusing. There were jelly‑like cubes mixed in that broke up the experience in a way I couldn't quite reconcile. I love black sesame, but this particular execution wasn't entirely my thing. The standout, without question, was the croissant. It's excellent--beautifully laminated, crisp where it should be, tender where it counts. I completely understand why they've earned awards here. I only wished there were a savory vegetarian option to explore the full range of what they can do. As for the coffee: visually, it's spot‑on. Flavor-wise, it misses the mark. Pouring caramel over the top without integrating it into the pulled shots means it sinks straight to the bottom. The result is an unbalanced experience--mild up top, an overwhelming sugar bomb at the end. Unfortunately, I couldn't finish it. All that said, it was genuinely fun to try, and it's the kind of place I'd revisit out of curiosity--especially to see what shows up seasonally. I'd absolutely be intrigued by something like a passionfruit offering.
