These people steal your money. No matter how much you communicate with them that you do not want to be on an automatic payment plan, that you have closed your PO Box, they still keep charging your account. I was in North County San Diego on business before going to a Health and Wellness Retreat in Tecate, Mexico. What can I say? Peter Patrick was so rude and impatient after telling him a couple times that I had never done that specific procedure before. So, I really can't say that the customer service is good. But to be fair, it is a very busy shop. But, I stood in line, I pay the money, I would like polite and kind service. Quality customer service can not be understated, and this establishment delivers!! I came here after a horrendous and embarrasing experience at another local shipper. I had 5 boxes of priceless personal effects to ship, and at this location the owner personally welcomed me with a smile. When I asked if she could help me ship the boxes she simply stated "It's what we do." She then offers to help bring my boxes in from the bed of my truck. So nice. After I brought the boxes in her desk agent Alvin picked up the customer service ball and ran 100 yards for a touchdown!! He was awesome. Weighed my boxes while I waited, grabbed the ship to address, offered to make a custom box and FRAGILE ship the jewelry box...all with a smile and confident flurry of keyboard activity. Alvin knows his stuff. He set the shipping speed, printed my receipt with tracking numbers and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes. That is how Yelp 5 star business do it! Employees have a bad attitude. It was like it was an inconvenience for them to have to look up and find my package I had delivered ther. Had a package delivered by ups there instead of home as i was out of town. I called the day before I had to pick it up, as I was stuck put of town and lady on the phone said "no problem, will put a note on it to keep for a few more days". arrived to pick it up 2 days later and with a bad attitude I was told NO we don't do that. It must have been sent back. Not in our system. And yep, they sent it back that morning it was scheduled to go back. Why then did they say no problem on the phone?? Will NOT be using them again. read more

A super convenient place to drop off packages for UPS. If you need to have a live scan background check done you can do it here. They offer notary copy, fax and email services too. I see a reviewer whining about a little less than $4.00 for two services (scan and email). Boo hoo. I can not think of any other service that costs that little, we are not in a third world country. If you can't cough up four dollah then you might need to go to work and scan it yourself. Or get a job. It is a pretty teeny weenie store and I wanted to leave a medium sized box here once and they made me drive to the post office. They will let you leave mail and small packages for the snail mail trucks, but I guess not all boxes. That was a bit of a bummer but I am a frequent customer here and now I know about boxes, and so do you if you read this. read more
