I would give it a negative 5 star if it was possible. I made an appointment on their website a week in advance for passport photos. We arrive and they tell me they don't even take appointments (even though I recieved a confirmation email as well). Then we wait in line for about 20 min. When we get to the front of the line they very rudely tell me we cannot wear white for the pictures. I had a light jean colored button down shirt that we were going to wear and they said they still would not take the picture. We drive home, change to dark colored shirts and return. Upon return, they start the process: They took the pictures and payment, and then we waited. After 15 more minutes they tell me the printing machine is not working and to come back later. They had to process a refund. We did not return. We went to another store and had a much better experience. Overall the whole team provided horrible customer service. There was one older caucasian women who was overtly rude and unbearable. This whole experience wasted 1 hour of our time and was very frustrating. If they had communicated more professionally and prepared for the appointment, it could have gone better I would suggest taking your business anywhere else but to this location. read more

I was there today and the lady with a tattoo on the back of her hand was very helpful and efficient and even gave me a AAA discount which I did not ask for. I was in and out in no time and she really seemed to know what she was doing. I will never deal with UPS again. So unhelpful when a package that was supposed to be delivered was supposedly sent to this store, yet nobody could track it or tell me when it was to arrive. "Sometime next week?" Was their response....Deliverer didn't even knock or call out just left a note, when I waited all day for it. This store told me to call central, but said, " they will tell you they will call you back in an hour, but they wont...". Wow. I've always used FedEx and never had a problem that couldn't be quickly resolved. UPS plain old does not care. In response to UPS's reply: I have already used the on line tracking with the tracking number and talked (n that central UPS number) to numerous agents after waiting each time endless length of time to speak to a live agent, and each time was told we will find it so you can drive and go get it, and promise will call you "within an hour". No one has ever called back. And now the tracking number doesn't work on line. And I do notice that the UPS manager who responded to my review doesn't give a number so that I can contact him/her personally. Send a package UPS to ruin your entire week/end. read more

I had two large amazon packages to return and had a horrible experience. I had one package resting against the counter where he could see it and was in the process of moving the second package to the same spot when he asked me how many packages I had. I replied two and his instant response was "well I only see one". I didn't want to look like I was cutting in line or crowd the woman who was in front of me by pushing in with two giant boxes. After he printed the first label he would not move on to the next item until I put the label on and dragged it over to the "big boys" area. He shouted directions at me each step of the process and looked at me like I was stupid if I didn't move fast enough. The man I dealt with was rude, patronizing and exceptionally condescending. I do no recommend this store despite positive experiences with other staff members and I feel bad for people who have to put up with him on a regular basis. read more

The "owner" of the place is incompetent to the point where she doesn't know how to use an email. Her communication skills is on par with that, she was extremely rude and didn't listen to anything. First I waited for about 10 minutes(no line) to print 2 words "Priority Service" and they asked me $10 minimum for that "hard work" :) Then I said "Ok I'll use my phone to create a document" and did exactly that in Google Doc, then I send a link and their Inbox identified it as potentially dangerous(obviously because I sent an empty email with a link). Then I just shared through Google Drive and no "bad messages" came up on their computer they already opened the doc, but the owner started behave like she's a boss and she's saving the world from an alien hacker attack on UPS and apparently felt really smart about it. Truly one of the most ignorant people I've seen in last few years. (Edit)The reply below is simply a lie: 1) UPS employee already opened a doc from Google Doc invite. Apparently there were no messages on invites from Google Docs. The first message came up simply because I sent an empty email with a link, but the owner there was too ignorant to listen to anything. 2) I was never angry. All I asked "why I was refused with the service?" And after not getting any reasonable communication said "ok, but it's a terrible service", never threatened anyone said "I'll let people know about it" when was already leaving. It was an urgent UK Visa related package and UPS stores, it may cost me air tickets to London and I may miss my first day at work. I'm ok with some people not understanding the basics of technology, like email, but being completely ignorant and refusing to listen a word is not acceptable for any sort of mail service and hurts badly UPS brand. I've attached a screenshot of that "dangerous" email. The link to google doc is still working, feel free to check. If anyone in the world would find the reason why this email dangerous I would apologize and remove the review. read more

Never again will I go to this UPS store! I recommend going to any other one around the area before this one. I ship packages all the time. I use to use this location as my main store but after have several problems, one after the other, I stopped. Yesterday, I needed to send a package off quickly and unfortunately this store was the closest to me. I always insure my packages and go into detail about how fragile they are (since they just toss around packages that are marked fragile anyway) The customer service was as always terrible. Today I go to track my package and it's no where to be found! Again! Again! This always happens here. I called in to find out what was going on and yet again the customer service was awful. I just spoke with the male manager twice today. The first time he said "once you receive a receipt from us we are not responsible for what happens to the package" I couldn't believe how stupid that statement was. I said to him "Oh, you are responsible! When I pay for a service THERE to ship my package, leave it in your hands and UPS never picks it up, it's your responsibility. The next absurd statement he made on the second call was this.. "he said he feels he doesn't need to help me with my lost package". People, this is a true story. If you have anything important to ship find another store! They all are incompetent, rude and over priced. This store charges more for insurance and service then any other of the locations around. read more

This UPS store is really great. I needed to ship some large artwork with glass in the frames. They packaged all of the art in very sturdy boxes for a very reasonable price. Everything made it to the destination in Seattle without any damage. The people in the store are very friendly and helpful. They are also very fast at what they do. It was for a boat burial at sea and I was very emotional. At first they weren't going to be able to have them done. However, they made it work!!!
