Ammara is amazing she went above and beyond to help me return and item to amazon. She was so patient in explaining me Amazon return 101 as I was clueless. I really appreciate when someone goes above and beyond in customer service as nowadays it seems extinct! The ladies here are always friendly and get you in out and so fast. This is my go to UPS store when I need something shipped and fax!! read more

Anytime I need to ship anything out, I always use UPS! I can trust that my packages will get to where they need to be on time and without damage. I want to shout out this particular location because all of the staff here is super friendly and will go out of their way to make sure I have a great experience. Also, HUGE thanks to Delilah for helping me repack my items in one of their smaller boxes since the one I brought in was falling apart and would have also costed more to ship due to its size. read more

I went into The UPS Store this evening to make several copies and was warmly greeted by Ammara. I asked how much the copies were per sheet and she provided me with the price, which was much more than I wanted to spend. Ammara, hearing my surprise, quickly informed me that there is a copy card that would be cheaper per sheet if I purchased it instead. The register was offline so she told me to go ahead and get started with my copies as she assisted the next customers that came in. I proceeded to make my copies as the store got more and more busy; from one customer to eventually 6! Ammmara was alone but multi-tasked to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. She graciously apologized to everyone for the delay and did her very best to accommodate us all. The service I received today restored my faith in customer service. She is a gem. read more

First impressions matter, and when I was looking for a UPS store I found this Dublin location to be clean and organized. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the customer service is pretty fast and friendly. I've been using mail and shipping service here for over a year, and the store has continued to be clean, organized, and reliable. Customer service here is also consistently great, with friendly people like Amara and Delilah. I'm very happy with the quality of service here, and I hope they keep up the great work! read more

The employee Amara is very nice and super helpful. This is my fav store to bring back my amazon returns and take care of my shipping needs.

Seems like one's experience at this store is hit-or-miss. Mine was a hit. The young lady with the orange hair knew what she was doing and was a multi-tasking queen. She handled the customer in front of me who had several different items to mail out (belated Xmas presents), myself with a box already packed up and labeled but not paid for, a gentleman behind me who needed to fax something, two phone calls, a lady who had a FedEx letter to pick up and three more people who came in to simply drop off packages...in the span of about 10 minutes without skipping a beat or making anyone of us feel neglected. And she did all this with an upbeat attitude and such graciousness. I wish all customer service was like this! Note: when I got home, I received an email confirming my package was being delivered through this office. Very much appreciated. read more

Supposed to be open at 8:30am. There are about 7 customers that took time out of their to drop off or package or get a notary. Still not open at 9am. Terrible customer service! read more

Great and very helpful staff, very professional customer service I highly recommend this place thanks for your assist for today

Excellent service by a young man who helped us with many, many bags of shredding today. We very highly recommend this UPS store location!!!!

I'm basing this review on the returning of my AT&T equipment, which they were supposed to do. The AT&T store in Stone Ridge mall told me it's as easy as taking it to ANY UPS Store location and simply dropping it off. However they didn't accept my equipment, said the model number was "too low". I then took the equipment back to AT&T inside of Stone Ridge mall, where they were as baffled as I was. They instructed me to take the equipment to the Pleasanton location, which they accepted it. I think there should be better communication between these two companies, but more so on UPS Store's behalf. Because it's very frustrating when two different UPS Store locations do two completely different things. read more

I consistently get all needs met here. Mainly returning items with UPS prepaid return labels. Today, I needed to make photocopies and have some document notarized . Ammara was really helpful and had it done quickly with an engaging attitude. The best customer service. read more

I just made the fastest & easiest visit to this location to send a return back. I live in Livermore & happen to be in Dublin running errands & Delilah gave me the best customer service. I'll make sure to come to this UPS location from now on! read more

I needed lots of notarization on important paperwork. Customer service at the store was excellent. There was only one guy working in the store, "Kumar" but he managed to work with multiple people at the same time keeping a very cheery disposition. He was so very kind & very helpful to everyone. Store was clean. I will definitely go back. read more

Best Customer Service. 1 Quick Stop shop.Notary, livescans, packaging, computer rental, free mailboxes(Conditions apply) etc and very helpful. Always open and close on time. I have been using this store last 5 years. Impressed with all new deals all the time. Good Luck Store and Owner. read more

It's a great place to drop off packages, but it is small. If you are lucky you can find parking, breeze in and breeze out. However, if you are unlucky you will cruise around the parking lot a few times, finally find something, then wait in line behind a few other people. I prefer to use it to drop off a package with the pre-ship label instead of using it to purchase shipping. read more

The associates at this store are awesome, their always very prompt, knowledgeable, and kind. I will keep my mail box here as long as needed because I feel welcomed like family, handling my mail & business needs and I would refer others to this location. Great jobs ups for hiring people with great customer service!!! read more

All I know is that dropping off Zappos.com returns to them is fast, friendly, and easy. I walk in, say hi to the dude behind the counter. Point to the Zappos.com markings on the box. Leave it on the counter, and he and I both say thanks to each other. Less than 1 minute. read more

I had always used this location in the past with NO issues. The guy at the front of the store was very nice and I asked him if he was sure my package was going to go out the same day (as i dropped it off at 11:00am). He said absolutely. I said "its perishable" and he said no problem. So I go to track it today and it was not sent out form the location as promised. WTF? read more

Ammara is a Rockstar. Dept of justice could not locate my finger print file and she went out her way to look for it and called me back. She also keeps a file now just in case of situations like this. Meeting and exceeding expectation every time I get things done at this store. read more

I had the best experience with Ammara today. She notarized a document for me. She was fast friendly helpful and professional. She asked questions and anticipated my needs. Even reprinted my passport form because she foresaw that it would be rejected at the post office. Saved me a ton of time. She also took the time to greet other customers as they came in. A great customer experience doesn't happen frequently or at the UPS store usually. This was the best. Thank you Ammara! read more

5 stars for finger printing service . Super easy , lots of parking , courteous employees and price wasn't bad.

I cannot begin to explain how much the employees helped me, honestly I came in expecting not to be helped, because I didn't give them enough info to help me but by my surprise they figured out a way for me to get my work done quickly and neatly, I would recommend this place for anybody because they are worth it. read more

Walked in and was greeted by Ammara. She was so nice and helpful. It was my first time at the location and she was able to explain everything to me with a smile. Will definitely be back for the great customer service! read more

This place is convenient for shipping, since there isn't a Fedex in Dublin. Usually I simply drop packages here when the shipping is already paid for (like from Zappos, Nordstrom, Amazon). The shipping rates seem expensive whenever I have shipped anything and now USPS is offering a lot of the same tracking/insurance services that this place does. read more

Not sure what her name was, but I came into the store on Saturday at 4pm and she was very helpful and made my return process hassle free. Thank you again for the great service! read more

All of the female employees that work here are complete b****** for no reason! Got my finger prints done back in July by a rude little girl who didn't even speak or acknowledge me when I walked In the door. Finally I looked at her and asked if I could get help. Today I simply asked if I could use a peace of packaging tape for one SMALL box..and the girl said "she'd do it this one time, but next time come prepared"...First of all..all you had to say was NO, we don't have tape to lend out. I've been here on several different occasions and every single time they have attitudes. If you hate your job..quit...or get educated so you can a job that's better then causing you to be miserable at a UPS store! #idontneedyourlittleragedytape read more

Sending out a return package was a quick and easy process thanks to the friendly and professional customer service at this UPS. Small but efficient. I was in the area and i was so glad that there was a ups nearby. I had a bunch of amazon returns that I've been holding on to for a while because I never have time to dropped them off. The girls that were working at the counter made it so easy for me to get my packages out. I literally had to do nothing. They packed everything for me and i was out in no time. I Also bought some stamps that i didn't know i needed. But they were so cute i couldn't resist lol. I would definitely come back to this location whenever I'm back in town. read more

We will definitely use this store for all of our shipping , printing needs. read more

Tried to drop an amazon return here. Service was good but kind of slow. Long wait for what should take under a minute. Once i got through the line the service was good and fast. I was out with my receipt in a couple of minutes. It's also walking distance from the Tesla charger so good to take care of shipping errands while charging. read more

Today my faith in mankind has been restored by one little visit to the UPS Store. My cousin lost her home, car and everything she owned in the devastating NorCal fires 2 weeks ago. She has moved into a temporary home and I wanted to ship her a couple boxes of items that would bring a smile to her face. The guy working the counter looked at the address and asked if the boxes were being shipped to someone effected by the fires. I explained to him that yes it was for my cousin who lost everything and he offered to ship it for free for me. This act of kindness was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. I gladly will give my business to someone who cares about giving back to others. read more
