I went into The UPS Store this evening to make several copies and was warmly greeted by Ammara. I asked how much the copies were per sheet and she provided me with the price, which was much more than I wanted to spend. Ammara, hearing my surprise, quickly informed me that there is a copy card that would be cheaper per sheet if I purchased it instead. The register was offline so she told me to go ahead and get started with my copies as she assisted the next customers that came in. I proceeded to make my copies as the store got more and more busy; from one customer to eventually 6! Ammmara was alone but multi-tasked to get things done as quickly and efficiently as possible. She graciously apologized to everyone for the delay and did her very best to accommodate us all. The service I received today restored my faith in customer service. She is a gem. read more

First impressions matter, and when I was looking for a UPS store I found this Dublin location to be clean and organized. There are plenty of parking spaces, and the customer service is pretty fast and friendly. I've been using mail and shipping service here for over a year, and the store has continued to be clean, organized, and reliable. Supposed to be open at 8:30am. There are about 7 customers that took time out of their to drop off or package or get a notary. Still not open at 9am. Terrible customer service! read more

I needed lots of notarization on important paperwork. Customer service at the store was excellent. There was only one guy working in the store, "Kumar" but he managed to work with multiple people at the same time keeping a very cheery disposition. He was so very kind & very helpful to everyone. I had the best experience with Ammara today. She notarized a document for me. She was fast friendly helpful and professional. She asked questions and anticipated my needs. Even reprinted my passport form because she foresaw that it would be rejected at the post office. Saved me a ton of time. She also took the time to greet other customers as they came in. Seems like one's experience at this store is hit-or-miss. Mine was a hit. The young lady with the orange hair knew what she was doing and was a multi-tasking queen. She handled the customer in front of me who had several different items to mail out (belated Xmas presents), myself with a box already packed up and labeled but not paid for, a gentleman behind me who needed to fax something, two phone calls, a lady who had a FedEx letter to pick up and three more people who came in to simply drop off packages...in the span of about 10 minutes without skipping a beat or making anyone of us feel neglected. And she did all this with an upbeat attitude and such graciousness. I wish all customer service was like this! Note: when I got home, I received an email confirming my package was being delivered through this office. Very much appreciated. read more

I'm basing this review on the returning of my AT&T equipment, which they were supposed to do. The AT&T store in Stone Ridge mall told me it's as easy as taking it to ANY UPS Store location and simply dropping it off. However they didn't accept my equipment, said the model number was "too low". I then took the equipment back to AT&T inside of Stone Ridge mall, where they were as baffled as I was. They instructed me to take the equipment to the Pleasanton location, which they accepted it. I think there should be better communication between these two companies, but more so on UPS Store's behalf. Because it's very frustrating when two different UPS Store locations do two completely different things. read more

It's a great place to drop off packages, but it is small. If you are lucky you can find parking, breeze in and breeze out. However, if you are unlucky you will cruise around the parking lot a few times, finally find something, then wait in line behind a few other people. I prefer to use it to drop off a package with the pre-ship label instead of using it to purchase shipping. read more

All I know is that dropping off Zappos.com returns to them is fast, friendly, and easy. I walk in, say hi to the dude behind the counter. Point to the Zappos.com markings on the box. Leave it on the counter, and he and I both say thanks to each other. Less than 1 minute. read more

The guy at the front of the store was very nice and I asked him if he was sure my package was going to go out the same day (as i dropped it off at 11:00am). He said absolutely. I said "its perishable" and he said no problem. So I go to track it today and it was not sent out form the location as promised. WTF? read more

All of the female employees that work here are complete b****** for no reason! Got my finger prints done back in July by a rude little girl who didn't even speak or acknowledge me when I walked In the door. Finally I looked at her and asked if I could get help. Today I simply asked if I could use a peace of packaging tape for one SMALL box..and the girl said "she'd do it this one time, but next time come prepared"...First of all..all you had to say was NO, we don't have tape to lend out. I've been here on several different occasions and every single time they have attitudes. This place is convenient for shipping, since there isn't a Fedex in Dublin. Usually I simply drop packages here when the shipping is already paid for (like from Zappos, Nordstrom, Amazon). The shipping rates seem expensive whenever I have shipped anything and now USPS is offering a lot of the same tracking/insurance services that this place does. read more

I was in the area and i was so glad that there was a ups nearby. I had a bunch of amazon returns that I've been holding on to for a while because I never have time to dropped them off. The girls that were working at the counter made it so easy for me to get my packages out. I literally had to do nothing. They packed everything for me and i was out in no time. Tried to drop an amazon return here. Service was good but kind of slow. Long wait for what should take under a minute. Once i got through the line the service was good and fast. I was out with my receipt in a couple of minutes. It's also walking distance from the Tesla charger so good to take care of shipping errands while charging. read more

Today my faith in mankind has been restored by one little visit to the UPS Store. My cousin lost her home, car and everything she owned in the devastating NorCal fires 2 weeks ago. She has moved into a temporary home and I wanted to ship her a couple boxes of items that would bring a smile to her face. The guy working the counter looked at the address and asked if the boxes were being shipped to someone effected by the fires. I explained to him that yes it was for my cousin who lost everything and he offered to ship it for free for me. This act of kindness was totally unexpected and greatly appreciated. Unlike other locations I've tried, this team moves quickly and efficiently to assist each customer (often multi tasking). I was panicking that I wouldn't get my save the dates out on time, but I rushed to the UPS store to finish assembling the last 50 envelopes. Just as I finished assembling I saw the mailman walk in to pick up the mail for the day. I rushed to the register and Jazmyn helped ring me up. We divided the envelopes and she helped me put stamps on all 140 save the dates! The mailman graciously waited until we completed everything and all my save the dates got sent out.
