Came in last minute on a Friday needing a very large box for an instrument I was flying with the following day. Not only did the owner take the time to make me a custom box, he ensured it was done in a timely manner. The box itself was very sturdy, and protected my case well. When I returned they helped me package my instrument and ensure it had solid insulation. I paid for an express service which did cost me a little over $130 in total for everything, but the price was worth it to me. Came in to do a return. I was sent to Fedex to do a return. I was told that FedEx could print the label at no charge. So I didn't go home to print the label. I Came here asked if they could print the label. After he printed the label he said there was a charge for the label. I would not have come to this location knowing this upfront. I use this service for my "get it out now" service. Belated birthday gifts...etc. With all the boxes we get from Amazon deliveries we can't help but try our hand at boxing and shipping stuff including store returns. But when we need to get serious and need to pack it properly and get it out with various rapid delivery services, I use Box World. They have the boxes, packing material and shipping labels right there. Saves me a trip to the Post Office wait line and getting scolded for not taking off the stickers from the reused shipping boxes sent to me by various stores. I totally recommend Guevara Box World. We needed to move stuff back East and I decided to pack the house myself. Box World had all the materials I needed for the job. I even tried packing a large picture myself. It was way to much work. I decided Rommel could do a better job and he did. My pictures and mirrors were beautifully packed. Very useful and efficient center. Event: tax filing time. April 2014. The line at the post office across the street was out the door and the parking lot was backed up on Village Pkwy. My printer broke and Kinkos was too far for me, so I decided to yelp for closer and more privately owned businesses/centers. (Why give money to big corporations?). I got here, parked on the side of the street. Asked to print an internet IRS form on the internet. The sweet lady helped me pulled it up by my google instructions. Printed out the required tax forms, filled it out. Sealed it in an envelope I brought and I paid for certificate mail postage with the lady behind the counter and she said it would be out to the post office today by 5pm. All of that under 15mins. No need to be part of the crazy post office mayhem. read more
