Exemplary. A+. I have used this location twice over the years. The process takes about 5 minutes if you come prepared (fill in the middle section of the request form - don't be like me and fill it out while you're there!). Online scheduling is easy and accurate. I dealt with Christian over the phone and in person - honestly some of the best customer service I've received in awhile. He was extremely patient with my scheduling challenges as my work puts me two hours from home all over the Greater Bay Area and Central Valley - making things like this challenging. He stayed open a little late to finish my appointment and remained awesome the whole way through. Very impressed. Will use this location for all of my LiveScan needs. You don't need an appointment to get your fingerprints done here. Prices are pretty reasonable, especially since they offer 10% off with a Yelp check in. Parking is easy as well. They take a lunch break from 12-12:30 so if you stop in around then, you might be waiting. I got there at around 12:30 and I waited a minute or two. I know you need to make an appointment at the police station to get your prints done so if you don't want to wait, this is a good alternative to go to. Everyone I've worked with here has been pleasant to work with. read more

Helpful... welcoming... educated! I went to AAA and didn't have my print Outs because my printer crapped out on me. AAA wouldn't print it. I found someone to print them and help me with that. But I walk in guy was attentive super nice... and I asked hey if I didn't have an application would you have printer one for me? He said yeah of course! There that's customer service. Walk inside and desk is to far right and voice scares the crap out of ya. Awkward placement. So guy greets I say need a live scan he says gotta go downstairs, Freaky. Should I go with this person? So we are downstairs hands ready for lethal attack. So he doesn't really say much besides sign in. He is at computer putting my information in I guess. Finally he asks for my cdl and says to come over to his right side and proceeds to manhandle my hands and fingers. Mind you this is my first time doing this. Is this protocol? It was rather aggressive and I felt uncomfortable. I will not be back to this place rather shady interior and Norman Bates looking worker with the most tightest tan pants my eyes never want to see again . Went in to get fingerprinted for some volunteer work. I prefilled the form I needed and and in and out in 10 minutes. The person there was very polite and efficient. I was surprised that I was the only the second person there all day (it was 1:15pm on a Saturday and they opened at 10am).
