I have had nothing but good experiences with Pooja. She is always quick to respond, she was able to get fairly complicated itineraries together and has been very helpful when we needed to change tickets due to family emergencies. I can highly recommend working with her and the team! read more

When I travel, I usually purchase tickets by myself and do my own itineraries but this time it was complicated since my husband and I planned to visit many places in Europe. Honestly I was skeptical about contacting this place because I didn't know them and was not sure if they would be reliable or not but I decided to give them a chance. Luckily I contacted them. Pooja responsed to me right away and asked for our budget. The next day she emailed me our itinerary and I was so impressed since she gave me more than what I asked for. We got shuttle to and from our hotels. She showed me that she didn't only want our money but she really cared.( She suggested to change our train tickets to a coach class not business since it was just 2 hours ride) When we were there, everything went smooth. She even checked in after we came back!! It was beyond our expectations. Thank you Pooja for making our 10 year anniversary trip so impressive and memorable. We will definitely come back to you :) read more

I've had great experience working with Pooja in my search for flight tickets. My itinerary is somewhat complicated and there were a few criteria that need to be met. Nevertheless, Pooja was extremely responsive and worked tirelessly to find the best itinerary for my flights. Not to mention that I changed my dates a few times. She even responded to emails in the evenings, which was beyond my expectations. If you're looking for someone to help you book your flights instead of searching online yourself, Bay Area Travel will not disappoint. I highly recommend this company. read more

She is quick to respond, be it before, during or after office hours. She has been a great help this year as well, when I am planning to spend a few days in Hong Kong on my way to India. She found me a ticket at a price that was not available anywhere else. She not only books the tickets, but follows through with all the other needs, like seat reservation, meal request etc. As I say to all my friends, she is my go-to person for my yearly visit to India. I am very pleased with Bay Area Travels. We have been booking our trips through Pooja from BAT for years! She went above and beyond to help us when I had to travel urgently. She herself was on vacation but still made arrangements for my travel. I have recommended BAT to several friends and they have been very pleased as well. Even in the age of convenient internet travel service websites, it's nice to interact with an actual human being and refer someone as 'our travel agent'. Pooja has also managed to meet or beat interet prices on many occasions. We will most certainly continue planning our travel theough BAT. Special thanks to Pooja! read more

She is patient, dedicated and honest with all her communication. Whenever you call Bay Area travels, ask for Pooja. She is the best! If you are looking for the cheapest tickets, there are a lot of travel agents in the bay area who can get you one. The value add Pooja brings is in her advice on which flights to choose, and the help she provides if you need any itinerary changes or are facing some issues with return trips. She patiently listens to your requests, has no problems with generating multiple itineraries, and takes care of each and every request you put to her. I would go with Bay area travels anytime till Pooja is there. Circling back on the pricing, she has given me the cheapest fares almost every time so far. But the value add she brings is worth a lot more, so please don't go there with just the expectation of cheap prices. read more
