All three gave me the same price for their services and also I would need to go to their office to do the transactions. The last company I called was Tri-Valley, Shien's service fee was reasonable especially since he does pick up and drop off your passport ; so he saved me a lot of time and hassle going to the embassy in SF. Additionally, all the rest of my transactions were done and communicated via email. All these are good and all but what I really liked about Tri-Valley China Visa Services is how Shien communicated with me. From start to finish. I appreciate how Shien was clear in explaining the application process and how patient he was with me with all my questions. I truly liked that I can reach him by text, calling or by email and he always responded promptly, wow. Lastly, at first I was not sure how trust-worthy this company is, especially since I have not meet the owner in person and only 9 reviews on Yelp (but all 5 starts) compared to other company that have way more than 9 reviews. I did took a chance with Tri-Valley and I am thankful that it turns out to be a good decision. I highly recommend Tri-Valley China Visa Services. I can honestly say these agents go beyond for their clients! Twice we have had emergencies while traveling and my agents were life savers! They were also able to get us part of our money back with the insurance they had recommended. Thanks Destination unlimited for great trips with amazing memories!!

She took the time to understand us and our travel style and was very accommodating in terms of our budget, our likes/dislikes (unlike another travel agent we tried who shall remain un-named), and gave us helpful tips and suggestions about attractions (both well known and little known). She even worked with us to plan around the time share property we were gifted by my uncle. Since neither my husband nor I had ever been to Hawaii, we really appreciated having someone plan this all-important trip for us. And she hooked us up with a beautiful 4-star hotel room right across the street from Waikiki Beach that provided free breakfast, mid-day snacks, and evening cocktails every day. The total price for: 2 tickets to Oahu from SFO, 2 flights to Maui, 2 return tickets from Maui, 1 rental Jeep or convertible Sebring for 6 days, 4 nights in Oahu with deluxe accomodations and above-mentioned daily goodies, came out to a little over $5,000. This was in December, at the height of Hawaii's tourist season. We felt really well taken care of the entire trip. All our plane tickets, transfers, and car rentals were done for us in advance so we didn't have to worry about any of that. Penny also provided maps and a list of places of interest as well as a list of her favorite restaurants and various activities coupons. We will definitely use Penny for all our big shindig vacation trips!

There are no accidents in life - it's destiny! I remember an acquaintance telling me about this travel agency back in 2006, and I called them for an impending trip. The first person I talked to here was a guy called Nirav, another called Major. Both were busy, so they transferred my call over to Ruby - and here's why I say there are no accidents in life!! She is god sent and has been the one I've turned to during the darkest hours of my life!!!! Ruby is one person who understand the urgency in the voice of the caller. She has a lot of patience and not once have I heard her get angry or irritable, even though I rushed her many a time. I'd call her for International tickets, without much notice, and promptly she'd book me on flights. Lately, she has been a part of my family in so many ways - during the hospitalization of a parent, the demise of a parent, another emergency hospitalization, and all other possible life's emergencies!!!! Even a call from across the world, she makes it her business to deliver results!!! RUBY is: Respectful, Uber efficient, Bubbling with an attitude to help and truly be there while you travel. Winston Churchill said, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." In my case, I agree with Churchill completely. Ruby and Travel for Less go hand-in-hand!! They have a purpose and that is to help you on your journey. Major Gill was just on the ball - he was patient and accomodating as we went back and forth changing my ticket because I could not remember the name on my Indian passport. 4. I will be Yelping when I get back - but I have no doubt my experience will be just like all my other friends who have used this travel agent: positive and deserving nothing short of 5 stars (and believe me, I don't dole out praise easily).
