Let me begin with a little background on how I ended up with Legal Passport LLC, so perhaps I can…read moresave you time, money and serious disappointment. We are traveling in early May and I had lost my passport. In a rush I googled, "services to expedite passport". Rushmypassport was the first company to pop up, in my frantic scatter-brained head I didn't think to read reviews or to look for another option. I paid almost $300 for an expedited passport service. Upon filling out and printing my docs I learn that I must take these documents to a Passport Processing Agent, most commonly located at the US Postal service. (See their lovely review on my profile.) I was treated very poorly and they refused to assist me even though there were no other customers in the building. I learned that this step is required to be done prior to sending the documents out. After two hours going through the very scarce appointments, I was able to lock one in an April 19th. We leave on May 7th. I reach out to Rushmypassport and they tell me that it will be 5-7 weeks from the April 19th date for me to receive my passport. That simply does not work as the 19th is only a few days over 2 weeks from my date of travel. My head was spinning, seriously I was having hot flashes.....we have spent so much money on this trip. Non-refundable money! So I throw some key words into google and BAM.....Legal Passport, LLC pops up. I see their very fast delivery options online and make a phone call. Kaisha answered the phone, (please remember the state I was in when making this call, flustered and frustrated). Kaisha listened to me....she explained that they would be able to get me my passport in time and that RushMyPassport was their competitor. I IMMEDIATLY called RushMyPassport and cancelled the service I paid for and called Legal Passport back, this time Joseph answered. Again, Joseph listened to me regarding all that I had been though thus far and reassured me that we will get this handled in time. I paid the $620, and he reserved the hand carrier right then. He sent me a few emails with clear and easy to follow instructions. Their supervisor, Paul, sent me a nice email with the details as well. What a great team of individuals. Legal Passport......you have NO competition! Here is why..... You answer the phone when customers call. You are polite and friendly even when scatter brains like me call. You professionally provide the instructions. You seriously made me feel confident that my passport will arrive in time :)

I came in with a California Live Scan form that still needed some information completed. I especially appreciated that when it came time to enter my Social Security number, he let me enter it directly into the system myself for privacy rather than requiring me to write it on the form. The whole experience was comfortable, efficient, and straightforward. Exactly how a service like this should be handled. I would absolutely come back here if I ever need Live Scan services again. Highly recommended.

There are no accidents in life - it's destiny! I remember an acquaintance telling me about this travel agency back in 2006, and I called them for an impending trip. The first person I talked to here was a guy called Nirav, another called Major. Both were busy, so they transferred my call over to Ruby - and here's why I say there are no accidents in life!! She is god sent and has been the one I've turned to during the darkest hours of my life!!!! Ruby is one person who understand the urgency in the voice of the caller. She has a lot of patience and not once have I heard her get angry or irritable, even though I rushed her many a time. I'd call her for International tickets, without much notice, and promptly she'd book me on flights. Lately, she has been a part of my family in so many ways - during the hospitalization of a parent, the demise of a parent, another emergency hospitalization, and all other possible life's emergencies!!!! Even a call from across the world, she makes it her business to deliver results!!! RUBY is: Respectful, Uber efficient, Bubbling with an attitude to help and truly be there while you travel. Winston Churchill said, "We make a living by what we get, but we make a life by what we give." In my case, I agree with Churchill completely. Ruby and Travel for Less go hand-in-hand!! They have a purpose and that is to help you on your journey. They make a difference! 3 cheers to Ruby and Travel For Less I could keep traveling if I had to interact with these guys...I'd never stop traveling!

Major Gill was just on the ball - he was patient and accomodating as we went back and forth changing my ticket because I could not remember the name on my Indian passport. 4. I will be Yelping when I get back - but I have no doubt my experience will be just like all my other friends who have used this travel agent: positive and deserving nothing short of 5 stars (and believe me, I don't dole out praise easily).
