I typically shop for deals on the internet as opposed to buying tickets through an agent. But for the last two times i have used Legend travels since their rates were comparable to online aggregators. Most times your travel will go smoothly and you do not need to talk to your travel agent once the tickets are purchased. Due to the covid crisis, airlines were discontinuing their flights and I am grateful to Gagan to put me on the last flight coming back to the US. After calling over and over again and leaving unlimited messages with the stupid receptionist....I never heard anything from anyone in their office! I called for 1 month straight, 2 to 3 calls a week....left messages amd one bothered to return my calls! Just simply rude. I worked with them for booking a travel ticket to India. They offered me a pretty good rate and said that the would call back once the tickets get confirmed. They never called back by themselves and I had to call them and follow-up every day. After making me wait for one week, I called and asked about the status and told them clearly that if they are going to continue being non-responsive, I am going to go with some other agent. Guess what? They called me back promptly and said that the offer got over and the tickets got confirmed at a higher fare (about 150$ more than the initial offered price). As though that was not enough, they were pushing me to purchase the ticket right that moment, saying that the tickets will be sold out by the next day morning This is bait and switch in action as far as I am concerned. I will not do any business with them or recommend them to any of my friends. read more

I recently had a very good experience working with this travel agency. I had to make a same day travel for family emergency and makemytrip ripped me off by charging three times the price as they knew i was in a desperate situation. A friend referred me to Jatinder@legend travels and he found much cheaper tickets on the same flight on the same day. He also went out of his way to talk with makemytrip as well as lufthansa airlines on my behalf to show them proof of cheaper ticker and help revert back the high priced ticket that makemytrip sold me. Very nice , quick professional experience again .. It always requires bit of patience and trust while booking India Trip. When I asked her to give me quote for India trip, she confirmed price/ticket for my wife's travel itinerary immediately. But, because my travel dates were part of holiday season in December, she couldn't get confirmation/rate from airlines immediately. I had to wait for a day and half . They quote you very competitive prices right over the phone, and you can hold the ticket and make final reservations over the phone as well. I recently worked with Legend Travels to book my tickets to India and had experienced an awesome customer service with much professionalism and personal touch. They definitely provided me the best deals, no doubt about it, and on top of that they went out of their way to help me with a situation which otherwise would have made me to cancel my trip. Its weird but I figured my daughters indian passport expired just on a night prior to my departure on next day afternoon. I really got panicked and called Jatinder to get his opinion. Not only he guided me with next steps, he went ahead and called his contacts in Indian Embassy at the same time, even though it was so late in the night, to give them enough heads up and requested them to help me in whatever way they can. Now that's what I call professionalism with personal touch. That really worked out and I got my daughter's passport renewed in a matter of few hours and I could catch my flight on the same day in afternoon. I just tried to change my return flight from India to sfo which I booked through legend travels, called them 4 times no response Mr jatinder was busy not sure who he is .... called them 5th time and spoke to MR jatinder and he spoke to me as if I owe him some money, my family book tickets from these guys but that's a great way to loose business good luck. They provide no backup if you need to change your ticket. Will not be doing business with them anymore. read more

My wife bought tickets from them for travel to India . The guy confirmed the itinerary but incorrectly booked the tickets for following day. When we asked him to change ticket - he started pleading that his boss would be very upset . We relented - BIG Mistake !!. We later came to know that he misled us on other things - first he charged us full ticket for my 3 year old daughter by telling us that Singapore airlines doesnot have child tickets. Airlines later told us that they indeed have child tickets which would have saved us at least couple of hunderd . Second, he told my wife that travel agents cannot book bassinet seat and we would need to request it for my infant son at the time of check -in. Again this was false, we reached the airport 4 hours before the flight and were first in the line. But the lady at the counter told us that all the bassinets seats have been pre-booked by other passengers through their TRAVEL AGENTS. I will never book tickets with them but if you do , be sure to double check their claims read more

My husband had to find a ticket to India at a short notice due to personal emergency , instead of empathizing (as a genuine human )or helping him find/ get ticket (as a professional) this man decided to show him attitude and was very disrespectful and hung up saying that we should call someone else to get the ticket.
