Highly recommend using Legend Travels to book inter-continental air tickets. We have been booking air tickets with them to India and other places for the last 15 years, and love the prices, options and support that Jatinder, Gagan and team have provided to our family. They almost always provide tickets with best prices and convenient and comfortable itineraries with minimal layovers. They are also very good at helping and advise in complex travel scenarios like complicated combinations of passengers, multi city, etc - these are just not possible in a regular online booking portal. read more

Jatinder and Gagan are Awesome!! I have used their services for many years and they have always helped me out. On a recent trip to India my father became very ill and they were there every step of the way. Jatinder and Gagan worked day and night to help me. I can never forget their exceptional customer service when I needed it most. Even with the time difference they were available. Everyone wants a good deal on tickets and the prices they give are the lowest. Once you use them you will see what I am talking about. read more

Jatinder and Gagan have supported us for years and are my family's go-to for booking our tickets for international travel. In our last travel situation which was urgent, Jatinder went above and beyond the call of duty to help us get to India. He stayed in regular communication with us and I greatly appreciated his keeping in touch with us as we managed through a very difficult time. read more

I typically shop for deals on the internet as opposed to buying tickets through an agent. But for the last two times i have used Legend travels since their rates were comparable to online aggregators. Most times your travel will go smoothly and you do not need to talk to your travel agent once the tickets are purchased. Due to the covid crisis, airlines were discontinuing their flights and I am grateful to Gagan to put me on the last flight coming back to the US. Lessons learned - Best to use a responsible travel agent such as Gagan to make international travel plans because you never know when you will need to make changes. read more

Horrible, horrible, horrible Customer Service! If I could give zero stars....believe me I WOULD!! After calling over and over again and leaving unlimited messages with the stupid receptionist....I never heard anything from anyone in their office! I called for 1 month straight, 2 to 3 calls a week....left messages amd one bothered to return my calls! Just simply rude. Then ti make things worse, when I confronted them over the ohinr about their service, they said "what can we do in this matter!!" Just unbelievable and unacceptable to run a business like this! read more

Legend travels is very friendly and reliable business. They made buying a ticket extremely easy process.I would recommend them to everyone.

Amazing service .. 100% customer satisfaction... I got my couple of tickets booked with Gagan and she is really helpful. She not only helped with booking also helped me with flight cancellations and getting new tickets. read more

I worked with them for booking a travel ticket to India. They offered me a pretty good rate and said that the would call back once the tickets get confirmed. They never called back by themselves and I had to call them and follow-up every day. After making me wait for one week, I called and asked about the status and told them clearly that if they are going to continue being non-responsive, I am going to go with some other agent. Guess what? They called me back promptly and said that the offer got over and the tickets got confirmed at a higher fare (about 150$ more than the initial offered price). As though that was not enough, they were pushing me to purchase the ticket right that moment, saying that the tickets will be sold out by the next day morning This is bait and switch in action as far as I am concerned. I will not do any business with them or recommend them to any of my friends. read more

Needed some extra help with my ticket, and received it! Great at communicating and overall great place to purchase tickets!

I have used Legend Travels for my travel plans for the last 8 years and have received exceptional customer service from Gagan and Jatinder. They are passionate and proactive. My friend had a family emergency in India and all I had to do was pick up the phone and call Jatinder. Within an hour he booked them 11 tickets and they were in flight in a few hours. He trusted them on the credit cards over the phone based on my recommendation, which is a huge thing. I highly recommend them for all your travel needs. read more

I recently had a very good experience working with this travel agency. I had to make a same day travel for family emergency and makemytrip ripped me off by charging three times the price as they knew i was in a desperate situation. A friend referred me to Jatinder@legend travels and he found much cheaper tickets on the same flight on the same day. He also went out of his way to talk with makemytrip as well as lufthansa airlines on my behalf to show them proof of cheaper ticker and help revert back the high priced ticket that makemytrip sold me. Because of his help i was also able get my money ($1400) back from makemytrip. I found him to be a honest and straight talker. read more

Very nice , quick professional experience again .. It always requires bit of patience and trust while booking India Trip. When I asked her to give me quote for India trip, she confirmed price/ticket for my wife's travel itinerary immediately. But, because my travel dates were part of holiday season in December, she couldn't get confirmation/rate from airlines immediately. I had to wait for a day and half . In between, I called couple of times. Although, Gagan was busy , but she responded quickly to my call . They called , as soon as she received ticket/price confirmation for my travel dates. Actual price also came cheaper than what was earlier quoted .. read more

My family and I have done business with Legend Travels on multiple occasions, primarily in booking tickets to India. I have had no issues whatsoever. The service is courteous and straightforward. They quote you very competitive prices right over the phone, and you can hold the ticket and make final reservations over the phone as well. You do have to go into the office to pay and pick up your confirmation receipt. I've gotten very fair pricing from them year-round on multiple occasions, even during peak travel periods. read more

I recently worked with Legend Travels to book my tickets to India and had experienced an awesome customer service with much professionalism and personal touch. They definitely provided me the best deals, no doubt about it, and on top of that they went out of their way to help me with a situation which otherwise would have made me to cancel my trip. Its weird but I figured my daughters indian passport expired just on a night prior to my departure on next day afternoon. I really got panicked and called Jatinder to get his opinion. Not only he guided me with next steps, he went ahead and called his contacts in Indian Embassy at the same time, even though it was so late in the night, to give them enough heads up and requested them to help me in whatever way they can. Now that's what I call professionalism with personal touch. That really worked out and I got my daughter's passport renewed in a matter of few hours and I could catch my flight on the same day in afternoon. Awesome, committed, matchless efforts and willing to help their customers at the time when they needed the help most. Isn't it great? I've been to their office and their phone never stops ringing :) so they are already doing great but I wish them much more success and would highly recommend them for any type of domestic or international booking needs or travel requirements for all of the reasons mentioned above. read more

My wife bought tickets from them for travel to India . The guy confirmed the itinerary but incorrectly booked the tickets for following day. When we asked him to change ticket - he started pleading that his boss would be very upset . We relented - BIG Mistake !!. We later came to know that he misled us on other things - first he charged us full ticket for my 3 year old daughter by telling us that Singapore airlines doesnot have child tickets. Airlines later told us that they indeed have child tickets which would have saved us at least couple of hunderd . Second, he told my wife that travel agents cannot book bassinet seat and we would need to request it for my infant son at the time of check -in. Again this was false, we reached the airport 4 hours before the flight and were first in the line. But the lady at the counter told us that all the bassinets seats have been pre-booked by other passengers through their TRAVEL AGENTS. I will never book tickets with them but if you do , be sure to double check their claims read more

Very bad service , the person on the phone was very rude and least interested in helping. Will never call again or use their services. My husband had to find a ticket to India at a short notice due to personal emergency , instead of empathizing (as a genuine human )or helping him find/ get ticket (as a professional) this man decided to show him attitude and was very disrespectful and hung up saying that we should call someone else to get the ticket. May be he was having a bad day but no one talks to his clients like that !! Bad bad service. They don't even deserve one star!! read more
