She handled the passport renewal, took her photo, and told us she'd notify us when everything was ready. I picked up the passport when told it was ready, but Julie wasn't there. Another staff member handed it to me after making a copy, and we trusted that everything was complete. Jenny didn't find out until she was at the airport for a red‑eye flight that the visa was never placed in her passport. She was nearly denied boarding and had to apply for an emergency visa on the spot. It was incredibly stressful and cost us extra money due to their error. When she called Julie afterward, LL Travel refused to reimburse her and claimed they tried to contact her. We were never notified ahead of time that the visa was missing or needed to be picked up separately. Mistakes happen--but refusing to take responsibility is unacceptable. This was careless handling of important travel documents, and their response showed a lack of accountability. I would not trust LL Travel again. Proceed with caution.

My recent visit was to get a 5 year Visa for my upcoming Viet Nam trip. The whole thing took me less than 15 minutes. It was $70 each. They will call me back in 2 weeks to pick it up. They take cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Eva and Julie are both great and very helpful. Highly recommend for Visa services.

A friend of mine introduced me to Jessie at E Travel & Tours last year, whom she's been using for years. Jessie is very friendly, patient, and helpful. She doesn't push you to buy plane tickets as soon as possible from her, and lets you take your time to think it over. When I was going to buy some United Airline tickets from her earlier this year, she actually suggested me to wait because she was certain that the prices were going to come down in a month or 2... and she was right! I ended up saving $100 for my ticket to Taiwan. I always call around to find the best deals on plane tickets, and so far E Travel & Tours has been able to provide the best price every time. Their pricing beats Travelocity, Expedia, Orbitz and even the popular Chinese travel agency "Just Holiday". Jessie is very responsive through phone and emails which I appreciate. She will always be the first one for me to call whenever I plan a trip to Asia.

This is my first review. So please excuse me for rookie mistakes…read more I know agents have better access to tickets than any web portal when it comes to Asia-bound flights. I found Jessie her from Yelp and use her over a local Portland company because of her attentive service, even though she is extremely busy. It turns out this is the best decision I've made. I was given several options, after I told her my complex situation and urgency. She gave me her own experience, but not pushing me to buy anything on the spot. She even suggested that I google around to compare shop. But she would be more than happy to help. Well, I did. (I consider myself very savvy surfer -- spending hours to get the best deal.) And I cannot find any deal better than what she offered. So I went back to her to buy the ticket. I wanted to hold, but not purchase because something are still in flux. Well, I flip-flopped at least 5 times. Jessie was as helpful to me as the first time. She was very patient and resourceful. I kept honest about my indecision and she was extremely cooperative. I finally made up my mind and took one of the options. At the last stage of ticketing, she wrote back and said she got the price down a bit due to currency fluctuation. Happy surprise! Then, I went to Taiwan and things didn't turn out as planned ... short story: I have to change the return flight several times. Jessie really helped out. She found several options and booked my flight back. (Bonus: I sent her requests during her late hours and she did her best to respond after hours.) I couldn't have been in better hands. Jessie can do things that even the airline representatives cannot. She is resourceful and attentive. And she offers as good of a deal as anyone else. You can't go wrong with Jessie.

Technically, you cannot go into the offices but you can check out the Google store, gift shop, cafe, big art plaza, and workshops. There is free parking at the garage nearby which is a piece of art itself. You can either take the shuttle which arrives every 15 minutes or walk about 7-10 minutes to the Google canopy. Once you arrive, you'll see the different parts that you can explore. My favorite 2 things to do there is the cafe which has so many inexpensive food and drink options and also the big artwork along the plaza. Even on crowded days, the big artwork is easy to check out and take pictures. I love the big white orb which is a massive twisted, metal sculpture that looks futuristic and very cool inside and outside. The bear is cute also because it is made completely out of pennies! You won't be disappointed by the big, fun, whimsical and spectacular big art at Google. It's like a free outdoor museum. My other favorite part of the experience is the cafe. Ordering is simple and the menu changes often. The cafe uses ingredients from a lot of local farms and bakeries. It keeps the menu quite cheap as most items are under $15 and even under $10! That is unheard of nowadays. Try the potato soup and you'll thank me. It is creamy, addictive and do yourself a favor and get the big bowl. The sandwiches are top notch and they use Acme bread which is already an awesome treat. After the art, the store, the cafe; you can easily take a hike to Shoreline and check out the amazing views from the top of the hill as well. So check out the Google Visitor Experience and it has much more to offer than other Silicon Valley experiences.

At Alta Garage there's a shuttle that runs from 10am to 7pm 7 days a week that takes you to the Visitor Center every 15 minutes. The parking and shuttle are also free. There's podium with greeters in green that can give a run a down on the visitor experience and they also have QR codes that gives you all the information you need as well about the Visitor experience. The Google store is cool with branded swag to the right and all the devices to the left of the store. The Cafe has really great food and they are locally sourced from local farms. Then theres the pop up shop that sells products from local businesses inside of the Huddle which is one of coolest places. It's a mixture of a library slash Dave n busters with all the games, board games that's there. The patio area outside is spacious and has tons of umbrellas which you can relax and enjoy a meal. Last but not least all burning man art pieces they have on campus that are exclusive to Google are really cool. If you have family or friends visiting from out of town take them to the Visitor Experience and spend the whole day here.
