After telling her the service we wanted, she immediately informed us that it would take 10-15 minutes to get the pictures done. The price was appropriate and compatible. Had a very disappointing experience here when getting passport photos for my toddler. The photographer explained that two photos would cost $16, and if a second attempt was needed (for example, if the child moved), there would be an additional $14 charge, totaling $30. However, after taking the first shot, she did not show it to me and immediately took a second shot, automatically charging the higher price. This felt misleading and almost preplanned. On top of that, the photographer was neither friendly nor patient with children, and they only accept cash, which is very inconvenient. Came here to get my passport photo done on a Saturday afternoon around 4:30PM. I knew they close at 5, but all the reviews said the service was extremely fast so I thought it was worth a shot. However, I wasn't expecting there to be a ton of people there! At least 5 families and two other couples were there, getting some sort of photo service done. There was only 1 woman working the whole store from what I saw. Despite being very busy and backed up, she spoke kindly and calmly (quietly too because of the sleeping babies in the store), and had me write down my name on a waiting list so I wouldn't be forgotten. It was quite a long line so I sat in my car for 15 minutes before returning, and by then, there were only 2 families and 1 other couple waiting. People still kept coming in; she'd allow them to drop off or pick up packages, but anybody else requiring photo services, she unfortunately had to turn away since it seemed like the current waiting list would have her working past 5PM. It was around 5:15PM when I finally got my photo done, but it was sooooo fast. She snapped it real quick and asked me to check to make sure I was happy with it. I waited at max, 5 minutes for the printing - and she had my two photos. I paid $15 in cash (since that's what it seems like they prefer!) and she even apologized for seeming to rush. I honestly didn't mind though, because I wasn't picky about my photos and preferred to be in and out as quickly as possible anyways (: If you wanna try and skip the wait, try and go on a weekday! Went here to take my kid for passport photo after failed attempt to take it at home. The store is small and operated by one lady only. There were 3 people ahead of me and I had to wait awhile since the lady did one person at a time. I waited for about 30 minutes in the waiting area with chairs. The lady was super nice. The owner refused to wear the mask since it is not required by law anymore. It's a indoor setting so keeping 6 ft distance does not work. It's 2022 now and the owner still think keeping 6 ft is good enough. Clearly the lesson was not learned from the past two years. They charge $40 for 4 photos and e-copy. When we went in, Ivana was very nice - however, Ivana wasn't clear about what the photo was used for as she asked us where we were trying to travel to and we said Asia. She didn't ask us WHAT KIND of passport we had or what the nature of the photo was for, which was a passport renewal, but specifically where we were trying to travel to - thus she took a photo for an Asian passport which wasn't usable. When the photo was unusable, Ivana became incredibly hostile and said that she did this every day for business and knew what everything was for, and it was our fault even though the question wasn't clear and to an every-day customer, it could be misleading when we're asked to where we're traveling to and not "what kind of passport do you want to renew/etc."I feel that it could've been beneficial to ask what kind of passport we had rather than where we were traveling to. I was taken aback from the email I got since she was so nice to me when getting my photo taken, but during an aversion of miscommunication - it was a complete 180 in hostility. I read the comments back on the negative reviews on Yelp and I sadly wouldn't be surprised if I got a response from Ivana that was also very rude, whether it's talking about my ego or whatnot. I also personally feel that it doesn't benefit the business to be so aggressive when responding to negative feedback as I was kind when I was at her studio and I kindly let her know through email that it wasn't being accepted and asked if I could come back in for a re-take and it was met with huge hostility, so I don't know if my "ego" or "vindictiveness" will have anything to do with this as I'm just courtesy voicing my opinion and experience on a negative experience. I'm being honest with the customers here and it's completely up to the customers who visit this place on whether or not they want to come as I'm merely just leaving my experience and how I felt that communication could be improved and how they can strengthen their relationship with customers. Please be kind. We weren't asking for anything other than a re-take on a digital photo that we had paid for - that was based off of an unclear question and miscommunication - that didn't end up working for our purpose and it was just met with unnecessary hostility. She also specifically asks for cash/venmo to bypass fees (she specifically has a sign stating that it's the fees that are eating up profit) and doesn't accept card - we tried to give the benefit of the doubt for a shop that we've frequented and paid in cash which had fees/tax on it anyways so there was no difference between paying with card. It was still a weird sign however. We've been going to this place as a family for many years but were treated VERY poorly by a small business which many of which we usually love and frequent as it's good for the community. I think small businesses are great and should be supported! But it's usually up to small businesses to have to compete with bigger corporations by building rapport and good relationships with their customers as well and having positive interactions. We tried to reach a resolution for a practice we've been frequenting for many years but it was met with incredible hostility which killed our relationship with the business and this disappointed me. I saw the comment from the owner on a previous yelp comment to somebody else, "We're commitment to impeccable customer service is at the core of everything we do, and we would like to resolve any issues you may have encountered to ensure your satisfaction." and this was simply just not true as I feel that I was met with incredible hostility for asking to retake a photo that we paid $18 for, for just a digital copy as well - when the question wasn't clear - and the after-care experience was even worse. I don't know why I was met with such insane hostility right off the bat and I wouldn't be surprised if I got a comment wishing me "luck on my stupid life and hope that I don't drown in my tub for being so stupid" with the way that the owner is answering negative yelp reviews. I don't think I was mean to her at all, so I don't know why her response was so negative towards me right off the bat as I tried to work it out peacefully. Retaking the photo wouldn't have cost anything for the business except for the owner's time. And while I understand that time is money, it was still a bad stance to set with the business's relationship with their customers, especially loyal ones. I haven't been treated this poorly by a small business in such a long time by a place my entire family frequented for 20+ years. Disappointed in the owner and their relationship with their loyal customers. Wouldn't recommend it, sorry. Please be nicer when you're faced with difficulties and challenges instead of being accusatory and rude, especially when the customer themselves were not rude and were only trying to work with you on a solution. read more

I came here for a passport photo for Taiwanese passport. The photo size requirement is different than US passport one and this shop offers this service. There was only one lady working but she was very polite and let me know that I would have to wait since there were few people before me and she explained what services she was doing for them so I might have to wait a while. She was very patient with my 2 year old and took a few photos. When she got a good picture of my daughter, I saw she had a nice smile on her face. It is a little confusing to drive to and find because it's towards the back. The lady who helped us was very welcoming. She used a professional (looked like a DSLR type) camera to take the photos and printed it out in 5 minutes. Pictures turned out great with amazing quality that my mom and brother ended up getting their pics taken too for their passport renewals. Price is pretty affordable.
