Trash. Was quoted $80 dollars for a fingerprint rolling and "logistics." When I asked what the "logistics" were, John (I assume) used his tough guy voice to tell me that they were "classified" and that if I didn't like the services I was free to shop around. I did. I called ahead but no answer :/ I went anyway. However they were closed due to an emergency. A couple of minutes after I left they were kind enough to call me back, apologize, and even recommended other places for me to go to! Located deep inside the hallway of the building next to where all the cars are. The folks are prompt with their service and know what they are doing. I went here to get my FBI fingerprint scans and received my info within two days (normal shipping). You definitely know that you're paying the price for the expedited fingerprint scans. The pricing could be a bit better, but the service was good and I got what I needed in time. This location also works with some fbi channeled, which is how I found them. John Miller was trash. I called him and left a voicemail when he didn't answer. I followed it up with a polite email. He called back a few hours later, to offer me an appointment two weeks out, telling me that was the only time he had LOL. My job required the fingerprints and my job started in a few weeks. I asked him if he has anytime earlier, he didn't respond. I emailed him again a few hours later, in case he got busy or something, no response. Totally rude. I ended up just going to Oakland fingerprinting center because they guy was nice and had walk in's available immediately. If you like to get the work done fast, you have to fully prepare, know what you want. Don't ask too many not work related question, do your homework, and only bring the correct form in. Left a voicemail on a Sunday because they were closed and some guy named John called me at 8am on Monday but I missed his called so called him back a few hours later when I was available. This tough guy had the worst attitude, asking me what I was doing the whole time I didn't call him back. That isn't any of his business. He's lucky I'm nice because that call would've went downhill. John is a very friendly and knowledgeable guy. He has been doing this for over 20 years and is one of 4 centers in the entire Bay Area with expedited service for the FBI background checks. My colleagues and I came here for both our FBI background checks and DOJ fingerprints and we got everything squared away in 15-20 minutes. All we had to was fill out our forms and go up to the fingerprint scanner while John took our hands and got the prints done. We literally didn't have to lift a finger. Even though I ended up not needing the live scan for my renewal of professional license, I am pleased with the service. My hands sweat buckets and the staff was really patient with me (took us almost an hour to finish the scans). It would be helpful to call prior walking in as they were closed the first time I went to their offfice. Make sure to call to set up an appointment. read more

When I went, I saw Ray, I thought he did a very thorough job and made sure my fingerprints were clear before being satisfied with results. I've had fingerprints done at other places and often they would have to be redone because the prints were smudged. They did a great job! read more
