I did not know I had to bring in paperwork since it wasn't mentioned by the program I was applying for but thankfully they knew what paperwork I needed and had it printed there (have to pay for bw copy since I didn't print it myself). To my surprise, the day of delivery, I received a notification requesting to reschedule the delivery since it was delayed. Turns out the mattress only arrived at RXO that same day; thus the delay. The day prior to my rescheduled delivery, I received a notifcation with a 4 hour window for my delivery the next day. The day of the delivery, I received a call when the crew was 30 minutes away. The delivery and mattress removal took merely 30 seconds as I opted out of the white glove service (which was included). RXO did call inquiring if they needed to "assemble" my mattress which I declined. The crew doing the delivery was pretty chilled out.
