After a stressful month-long experience dealing with the brand company and a repair company to replace a non-working fridge still under warranty, the best part was the last piece of the puzzle...the actual delivery of the correct product, as scheduled. Although I had to accommodate a change in schedule with RXO, they informed me of a morning Saturday delivery. Isaiah and Daniel (All in One) were not only on time, they called 30 minutes in advance early Saturday morning. I was surprised as after all the hoops I had to endure with the other companies for a month, I had lost faith that my fridge was actually going to be delivered. I was surprised and relieved....Isaiah and Daniel did their part very efficiently, professionally, as I expect. Isaiah was very helpful with the basic setup of the fridge. RXO was tasked by The Home Depot to deliver my Simmons Beautyrest mattress. RXO provided an opportunity to schedule delivery 1 week out a few days after ordering my mattress. To my surprise, the day of delivery, I received a notification requesting to reschedule the delivery since it was delayed. Turns out the mattress only arrived at RXO that same day; thus the delay. The day prior to my rescheduled delivery, I received a notifcation with a 4 hour window for my delivery the next day. The day of the delivery, I received a call when the crew was 30 minutes away. The delivery and mattress removal took merely 30 seconds as I opted out of the white glove service (which was included). Incompetent, unsafe, rude delivery persons. DO NOT TRUST THEM IN YOUR HOME. Ordered a mattress through Costco online and RXO was the delivery provider. Originally scheduled date was unexpectedly changed from 7/16/26 to 7/21/26 from 12pm-4pm. Delivery did not come until 7:58pm. 3 delivery personnel arrived in a rental truck. Parked out at the street to avoid backing in due to low clearance. 1 person then hoisted the mattress onto his back and refused help from the other delivery person while the 3rd waited in the truck. Then he walked it halfway to the door obviously struggling and dropped it on the sidewalk. I helped him carry it the rest of the way to avoid damage to my product I had now been waiting weeks for. We placed it in the living room and I told them I was upset, that they dropped my new mattress and that he should have accepted help lifting it instead of failing to do so on his own. They responded "well it is in plastic, so it should be fine." then I refused their "white glove service" to take it upstairs and set everything up to avoid their unsafe practices from attempting to damage anything else in my home. After standing around for several minutes keying something into their delivery app on their device while standing in my living room I had to ask them to leave. To which they sarcastically responded, "you're welcome." It is obvious this delivery service only stays in business due to retailers outsourcing their delivery and preventing the consumer from choosing any other competent service. read more

My experience with RXO has been extremely disappointing. I recently ordered a Beautyrest mattress from Home Depot, and the delivery was initially scheduled three weeks after the order was placed. Despite that already lengthy wait, RXO has now delayed the delivery twice. For a large item like a mattress, a scheduled delivery date matters. Customers make plans around that date, and having the delivery repeatedly pushed back with nothing more than a text message telling me to "reschedule", is incredibly frustrating. If RXO is going to handle last-mile deliveries for major retailers, I would expect much better reliability, communication, and accountability. Two delivery delays after an already three-week wait is simply not an acceptable customer experience. read more

Well organized and run delivery service. They kept me informed at all stages from shipping to house delivery. When I had a last minute dilemma they accommodated my need to reschedule. The delivery person himself was thoughtful, polite, very helpful . There was a large fire in our area , he called long before my scheduled time and said there could be a problem as the highway was closed. However later he called back to say it would be delivered in about 39 minutes. He was on time, removed his shoes without my asking and took away all the packaging. I am currently having a horrible time with this company. I ordered a refrigerator from Samsung who contracted with RXO for deliver/install/haul away. I currently have a built-in refrigerator. Anticipating that this might be an issue for haul away prior to install, I called twice and even emailed their customer support service to make sure that the delivery team would be prepared. All, including their customer support representative Louie B. Lu in writing, said it wouldn't be an issue. Low and behold, it was. Not only were they unprepared, they stated that RXO does not haul away built-in refrigerators. The delivery team said they would check with their manager to see if an exception can be made. Follow up for help from Louie resulted in a generic "sorry for the inconvenience" email with absolutely no direction on resolution except to contact Samsung after explicitly asking what would happen next. The emails were clearly form paragraphs that he was filling in without any attention to the actual issues. I've received no follow up from the delivery team about their supposed talk with the manager. Now I'm stuck with a blame game between Samsung and RXO while not having a refrigerator or any clear path forward. read more

I ordered a fridge (ordered direct from Frigidaire) to be delivered to me by their contracted delivery company, RXO, on December 18th. I got a notification the day before of a delay. When I called RXO (their customer service is abroad, and not local) I was told that they had no information, except that the fridge was not received yet at their hub. I subsequently called every day, to inquire if they had any updates, and each time they said to me they had no new information, and to contact the manufacturer. I contacted the manufacturer and they told me that the fridge according to their records was in Union City (at the supposed RXO hub), but didn't show being scanned yet. I called RXO again letting them know that it's in their hub and to see if they could do anything. They offered to open up a "doc search" a few days ago. I recently called to get a status update on the "doc search" and they still had no info. They offered to transfer me over to the local hub, but the number they transferred to me was closed. I understand the RXO office in Union City has a phone number, which I found online. I tried calling it and leaving a voice message. But no return call back. This is pretty piss poor communication from their call center to their local hub, from a logistics standpoint. Still don't have a fridge or any update from them. Now with the holidays I imagine I probably won't get my fridge until next year. I most likely won't have a fridge in time for Christmas, meaning I will be stuck eating processed food and take out until the fridge comes. Sigh. While I don't mind speaking to customer service agents from an abroad call center, if they're actually helpful and willing to make calls to figure things out or investigate, but the call center is truly useless. If you are assigned RXO as your delivery company for your appliance, I wish you good luck because I sure did not have any. I do not recommend them at all. Avoid! read more

Everything that could have gone wrong, went wrong. First, very difficult to understand the rep with a very, thick Asian accent. Second, My promised delivery time slot was from 4 to 8 pm. The delivery driver calls me at 12:10 pm to tell me he is on his way. Well, I am not home. I ask why he is delivering before 4pm. His reply is that he does not know anything about a delivery time slot. He tells me that he will return the item and I will have to reschedule. I have proof of the emails. So, I called Sam's Club to complain. Sam's Club in turn put me in a 3 way call with RXO and the Sam's Rep escalated 3 levels up. Still, same script and even worse Asian accent that was even more difficult to understand. Sam's Club member support team was great, but after multiple attempts to resolve the issue and request a delivery, the RXO customer service manager repeated the same script over and over again like a broken record. Sam's will try to resolve this matter asap. RXO has very serious problems. Zero logistics, zero accountability, Zero communication skills and Zero credibility. read more

RXO was difficult to work with. Poor communication, hostile deliverers, unhelpful representatives that i spoke with repeatedly by phone. They had orders to deliver a Casper mattress and bed, but they denied that they also had orders to take away two twin beds, including the mattresses, box springs and metal frames. When i called them they insisted that i needed to call Casper and get it straightened out. RXO wouldn't call themselves. Twice i called and twice i was assured that RXO had received these orders, yet when the delivery people arrived they insisted they only had orders to remove one of the two beds. RXO does not communicate the orders properly, they speak on the phone with a heavy accent that is difficult to understand, they refuse to look into the order, instead twice telling me that i needed to call Casper. An unhelpful, uncommunicative delivery service that will not lift a finger to figure things out and get it right. Casper Mattresses should not do business with them any more! No one should read more

I had an excellent experience with XPO. I ordered an LG mini fridge and XPO was the delivery service. I was consistently notified via email and text on the delivery date and time. The day of delivery I was notified by the driver the exact time that they would arrive. When they arrived they unpackaged everything and brought it in my home for my inspection. The fridge was in perfect condition with no issues. They plugged it in and had it up and running. They were very professional. I am very happy with both the fridge and the delivery. read more

However, they did a terrible job of "installation" (see photos) which were unsafe, incorrectly done, very far from code and represent a potential legal liability. They also failed to haul away the old appliance. At the very least I plan to ask for a refund of the installation charge from the manufacturer, as it had to be completely redone by someone else. read more

While they are courteous, they can't really do anything except give you the information of the day and time window. The day of info does not show any actual time or progress. That said, the delivery guys of the day, who delivered my washer, were professional, courteous, and prompt. Thomas sent me an email letting me know the time window for the pick up was going to be from 2 - 5pm which was super helpful. The day of the pick up, a woman named Rachel called to inform me that they were running late. She told me they might arrive at around 6:49pm but they would keep me updated.
